I love the girls at Shaggy Chic! Always accommodating and will take my dog at last minute's notice, and do whatever it takes to make her comfortable. They remember her every time, even though it's usually a quick nail trim. They also let her stay all day after she was groomed just to play with the other dogs and have fun while I was at work! You can tell they love what they do, and treat our fur babies just how we'd want them to be treated. This was my first puppy and grooming experience and they made everything go smoother, and we've continued to go back this whole year❤

Met Tammy the owner and had my dog's nails done. They were awesome and attentive and absolutely loved my dogs! Definitely will be going back there for full grooming! I can't wait to see what she can do with my pups!

My dogs love to go to their 'spa' day at Shaggie Chic! They have so much fun that they are exhausted when they get home. The staff are awesome! Quite willing to work with you. If you have a special request they will do it. Always pleasant and always gentle with your pet. Kimmie is the best! Love her and all her staff!

I found my new groomer! First, they got me in immediately. Then very were friendly when we arrived. I had car issues and they kept him longer than they should have had to but had no problems with it. When I finally see him, he is beyond excited. I can tell he had the best time! He came home smelling great and nails looking amazing and he thought it was a play date lol.Thank you and I will be a regular here and tell everyone about you.

These ladies are AMAZING!HIGHLY recommend them.Took my 5 yr old Yorkie rescue in for a groom, and he came back looking AMAZING! He looked like a showdog!He was so happy and so frisky when I returned. I was so excited to bring my dog here based on the other reviewers but sadly, this place did not live up to the hype. I have a nervous dog who does not like grooming. I got my dog back and she had no less than 4 cuts on her belly! (and those are just the ones I have been able to find!) While I can understand a cut or two, there is absolutely no excuse for my dog to have 4 cuts. She has been to multiple groomers before and never has she come back with a cut. In addition, they lost my dog's collar! Do NOT bring your dog here if they are a nervous type!

I love Kimmy at Shaggy Chic and so do my dogs! One of my dogs (half golden/half yellow lab) is skid- dish and scared of everything, so he visits Kimmy with his labradoodle brother. Even if there are other dogs in the shop, Tucker is relaxed and happy to be there. He knows it's a safe environment and he knows that he's going to leave looking and feeling great. My doodle on the other hand, likes to go any place and every place. He's always excited. But I'm sure he has a spot in his heart for Kimmie!

The girls are great!!!! My puppy is 15 yrs old and blind and deaf, he loves the girls they are really gentle with him. They do great grooming!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I have a husky mix who needs trimmed down in the summer. When my previous groomer would trim her, it left track marks from the clippers. Here, her coat was so smooth and even you couldn't even tell she had been groomed! Very happy with my experience.

I took my yorkie to this groomer. It was a terrible experience, let me explain..When I initially dropped my dog off, the staff did not seemed interested in hearing the type of cut I wanted for my dog. When I picked up my dog, my dog’s haircut was absolutely terrible. It’s almost as if they simply gave her a bath and barely trimmed her tail.I asked for a summer cut. Which would obviously include nail trimming, which was not done. I raised the terrible haircut with the staff, and they claimed that my dog was not being cooperative and it was difficult to groom her.I know that is absolutely false! How the heck can a yorkie be difficult to groom. My dog has never bitten anyone, nor did the staff make that claim. The staff claimed that my dog would not still. The staff did not trim my dog’s face or any where on her body.The owner came to the register and told me to bring my dog back for a free grooming session. I did not get a good vibe from this place and would not recommend anyone to frequent this business. I refused the offer and took my dog to another groomer a couple days later. I will always protect my fur baby.Terrible experience and unprofessional staff.

We are a couple living in the west Toledo are. My wife's dog Bear (a Bernese Mountain Dog) moved in with us recently and was in need of a full bath and cut. We found Shaggy Chic listed online and are satisfied with our choice! He looks wonderful and feels so much better. They do such a great job. My dog does not like getting his hair cut or nails clipped, they have told me twice now that he is doing great and I'm excited. He looks so cute when I picked him up.
