The pharmacists/pharma techs here are amazing. I have to travel long distances in order to go to a Dr. I attended when I was permanently living in Ohio. I'm currently working another out of state job and these guys go above and beyond to ensure I can pick up my medication and go about my life. When they're able, which is anytime they have any notice my Rx is coming in, they have it ready and waiting. The entire pharmacy staff is amazing, caring, empathetic, and great at their job. I try to take into consideration the situation, location, operations, obstacles, and overall experience when writing reviews.This store is super busy. They seem, much like most retail pharmacy stores, understaffed. However, the employees have always been pleasant and honest. If they can't fill something they will tell me. I have watched the pharmacy staff being berated by customers with issues that are not within a pharmacy's realm of operations to fix. They remain calm, polite, and professional. The drive through has to close to keep the pharmacy open, but the pharmacy stays open. This is a tough time to be in the retail pharmacy business. This is a tough time to work in a pharmacy. This is a busy location. Is it perfect? No. The staff however handle the state of the industry with poise and professionalism. I have to use more than one pharmacy location for my family due to shortages and unusual meds. This is one of the locations I will use, and that does say something. I hope these employees are being properly compensated because they have displayed deescalation skills I would expect of ER, EMS, and other high stress medical professionals.

I dropped off my prescription and told it would be ready for pickup the next day. I never received a call from them. I called them 3 days later and was told it was put on hold because they don't have the medication. It would've been nice to know that. The staff had the nerve to get an attitude when I said I was picking up my prescription to get it filled somewhere else. Saying "sorry" doesn't make up for your lack of customer service. I wont be back to this location.

This is the second time I've had my prescriptions pulled from this horrible pharmacy. They literally are the most incompetent place in the entire city . Wouldn't even tell me on the phone that they still after 4 or 5 days didn't have my sick child's prescriptions and kept me on hold for almost a half an hour and then hung up knowing I was still on the phone waiting for an answer .I called back 2 more times and they hung up again. Once after hearing my voice say hello and again after the first ring . You bet your behind I went up there and cussed every last one of them out about my child and they deserved it . I will gladly take the DC charge and wear it as a reminder to never EVER use any Rite Aid pharmacy ever again. They have no professionalism at all . Jeffrey Muszynski I'm expecting you to deal with this swiftly. Somebody needs to be fired . They deserved every bit of my rage . Forgot to mention I've been asking for my son's meds from Friday till Tuesday. I have screenshots as proof . No need for your cookie cutter response because I called corporate before I wrote this review and I have still not been contacted and don't expect to be almost a week later 11/7/22 . At the time I went up to the counter there were no customers in the drive through or in the store . No excuse. If any Rite Aid deserved to be closed it should be this one.

I've been shopping here for years as well as using the pharmacy. All the staff members are great. The Pharmacist, Melanie, is phenomenal. Despite being swamped with back orders, she took the time to show me a step by step guide on how to inject my medication, as well as being present for my very first injection. She went above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable for future injections. Thanks Rite Aid!

The store is always so clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful if you have trouble finding something. I really keep an eye out for what's on sale. The Clearance section is awesome!! Got lots of amazing deals over the years.I really miss the old Rite Aid Rewards though. I used to be known as a regular customer. The Gold Status Discount used to get me to spend a lot more money there. Now I only go in for what I need and try to find better deals elsewhere.

I called Rite aid to see when my prescription was supposed to be filled. The young male must not have known how to read because he told me I could pick it up on Saturday. This was a script I needed. I calledToday to make sure the script was going to be ready, and I'm told I can't get it until Monday. I don't know what's wrong up there, because I've heard from other people about mistakes they've made. The only reason why I use This Rite aid is they're close to my residence and Walgreens is closed on the weekend. They may have some nice people there, but if they don't know what they're doing what good are they.

Wish I had read these reviews before trying to fill a prescription here. I got a song and different dance everytime I came in to figure out why they kept losing my prescription! Employees are absolutely incompetent. Should have their license pulled.

These reviews are unfortunate. They must have struggled in the past, but this pharmacy is on point now. They are friendly and punctual. Although all employees are friendly, there is one tech who is amazing. She knows all of her customers and when she sees me she grabs my meds and puts them on the counter for the tech checking me out. This is incredibly efficient and even if there is a line, I have never had to wait long. This is a WONDERFUL pharmacy and this is a recent review. These people need credit for their hard work. I appreciate them very much!

Not a welcoming feeling in the store with the workers (the pharmacy is good an I mostly get my prescriptions delivered) I had just got done working out at the gym an was met with a rude, disgusting "Can I help you with something?" by a African American elderly lady who works there while looking at the hair dye. in-between working out at the gym and Rit-Aid I went to Walgreens to pick up pictures and the Customer service was amazing with a welcoming energy, the workers were not rude and we even had a pleasant conversation about my gym bag from an anime and my gym Cosplay harley quinn outfit, I would of bought hair dye at walgreens but they didn't have the colors I was wondering about. At Rit-Aid Her an another worker's attitude turned me off from buying anything that day from that location, I did say I'm getting my prescription and looking at the hair dye I wanted my boyfriend's opinion. I have Asperger Syndrome an hated the Rude pressure and disgusting attitude towards me looking for dye normally I'd get anxious but it just upset me an temporarily put me in a off putting mood with how wonderful an accepting the Walgreens workers were.

Ive been using Rite Aid as my pharmacy for a very long time now at lesst the past 10 years, the reason I havent switched to another pharmacy is because Im very happy with the service that they always provide.Rite Aid has some amazing deals every week as well on their home products such as cleaning supplies, decorations, grocery items & a nice selection of beauty & wellness products to coose from. They usually have some amazing deals by using the Rite Aid app to clip online coupons & finding sale/discounted items. I also love that while checking out, you just need to enter in your phone # thats associated with your Rite Aid card & the deals & coupons get applied to your purchases automatically!I also cant end my review without mentioning how much I love that I can now get my Amazon orders shipped & stored for me at Rite Aid to puckup anytime they are open. I moved into an appt recently & dont trust that no one will take any of my packages if its just sitting in front of my door or sometimes next to the main enterence of the building so its perfect for me to have Rite Aid hold onto them for me until I come by to pick them up! I can be at ease now knowing my orders will be safe until I pick them up.I really dont have anything negative that I can think of to say about Rite Aid, they are definately my favorite Pharmacy/general store in my city.

Worst pharmacy in Ohio no one is ever there but you wait over an hour for your scripts while you watch the people behind the counter talk and play with there hair. There’s nothing else like it I would have walked out if they hadn’t already taken my paper and laid it on the counter for the next half hour.

I came in on a day that it was really slow, it must have been just a rough day for the pharmacy staff. But the young lady at the window was on her job!!! She was still professional and kind, if anyone was upset, they couldn't be after listening to her. All the workers should follow her way of handling stressful or no so good days.

Stopped at this location today to fill a prescription for prescription was two days early the prior authorization was taken care of by insurance the pharmacist and the pharmacist assistant told me that they cannot fill my prescription two days early that it was completely against policy I left that store and went to another Ritaide location where they filled it with no problems at all after calling and discussing it with the pharmacist again they told me that there was a miscommunication and I was very clear on what I stated and what I needed done very disappointed waited 40 minutes to be told something that was inaccurate Definitely will not be going to this location again and will be taking it up with Corporate

I was looking for my medicine and I found some of they medicines are expired. I was so nice with them and didn’t take pic of the medicine and I told the worker about what I saw , she was acting like it is fine next time make sure to look for the expiration
