I arrived 4 minutes before closing time needing only one item (which I always hate to do but in this case I was in a crisis lol) I went straight to the register and noticed the two ladies behind the counter about to start checking out another customer with a cart full of items. I asked them if they wouldn’t mind waiting for me to grab this item as I greatly needed it and they were the only store still open that had it available. Both the two employees and the customer were very understanding and allowed me to purchase my item first and had me out the door in less than a minute. This is my neighborhood Rite Aid and my favorite one by far. I wish I could have grabbed the names of these awesome ladies but I thank them so much again for their help, they saved the day!!

Customer service here is exceptional, I love the rewards and roundup for charity programs. It's small and convenient and I can easily find what Im looking for every time. and they sell my go 2 wine for super duper cheap😁 I have noticed some of the employees have been there for a long time so they must be decent people to work for. 97% of the time they have what I need in stock. I have only ever once or twice seen holes in the shelves. There is usually only 1 person working the register but if there is customer overflow, they will immediately call for help without hesitation. If you're waiting in line for some time it's because there's a tard at the register who is completely ignorant of self awareness and wants to talk to the cashier like they give AF in that moment.

Switched to Rite Aid Pharmacy recently because it was closer to my house. There were a few bumps in the road when transferring and filling my prescription the first time, but Beth and Cindy both reached out multiple times to make sure the problem(s) were ultimately solved. As much as the 3 trips were annoying and avoidable, they were able to see it through until I was satisfied. I’m happy with that.While the pricing is better than Walgreens for most meds, next time I will be sure to use my GoodRX GOLD card. Rite Aid automatically applies GoodRx deals to those who are uninsured, but not the GoodRx Gold member offers, unless you provide your specific rx/bin information. I didn’t do that, so I will be sure to next time.

A store struggling due to short staffing, still it is clean, the staff remains positive, kind, and helpful beyond words. For the “entitled” folks I have heard bad mouthing the wait, or experience while waiting at the pharmacy, I’d certainly like to see you do their job efficiently, while keeping patients well being and safety as a priority. I’ll continue to frequent this location and offer kudos to the staff for all your hard work, taking care of patients with professional and kind care. You don’t deserve the bashing some people give, hence my “entitled” description. It takes time to properly and safely process your meds, appreciate them and the time and effort they put into your care!!

Overall, I have found this store to be above average in terms of both general merchandise sales and pharmacy. Pharmaceutical personnel in particular have often gone out of their way to provide support, as well as reliable services.

I'm in almost every day and today at the end of my transaction I paid and we stood there looking at each other. I finally asked for a bag. She said we charge for bags. Ok!?? Wouldnt that have been good to tell me before I paid so I could purchase one? I had to carry my items out to my car in my arms. Thanks. I'll probably just stick to CVS now.

The rite aid I normally go to closed this month. This one is closer to home. Mark and Annette are rude as hell. I'll just drive the extral mile to the one at Dorr and Reynolds. Negative Stars..

They don’t answer the phone…ever!I thought that was part of the job.If they can not handle the customers then owners should hire more staff.Told by front end store workers there was not a good time or day to get through.. they will not answer.I called main office customer service only to wait on hold for 6 minutes to be told sorry about that. Whole apple and the tree thing going onUPDATED 10/13I went in this morning to pick up and they only have a pharmacist, trying to do everything.This is not the workers fault, this is they are unwilling to staff what is needed.Frankly, I wouldnt show up to that job anymore unless there was help. That is unacceptable Rite Aid!

When going to pick up a prescription, they refused to give it to me without an insurance card. There was no way of knowing I'd need this because I was never notified. When I asked why I wasn't told, they said it's on me to call and ask. So when I returned with my insurance, they didn't even have my prescription ready. I waited over an hour for it. Abhorrent service. Will never come back if I can help it.

Worst experience ever, I was waiting over 25 minutes to be helped at the pharmacy and then they gave me paperwork and didn’t even give me a clip board. Multiple people walked out and let me add I had an appointment, and there’s no way to check in online. Multiple people walked out because it’s not worth the wait. My appointment for 10:35am has taken over an hour and im making this review from inside the store it’s currently 11am and I’ve been here since 10:20. I don’t recommend going through them.

This is by far the worst pharmacy experience that I have ever had. I have been in line 3 separate times now waiting over an hour each time to pick up scripts that I need and they close the gates on me like I’m not even there. Rite Aid Pharmacy SUCKS!!!!! Transferring my scripts asap.
