Everyone at the pharmacy is beyond rude specially the racist pharmacist they talk down to people with judgmental attitudes . I did contact Rite aid customer care 3 times already they take my info and they give me a case number, saying someone will contact you soon but they never did .

This store is always friendly, but the outside maintenance is not looking so good. My question is has there been issues with lawn care personnel? Its starting to get hard to see at the corner if turning onto summit. Someone would not be able to walk on that corner for all the weeds. Your stores appearance says alot.

Came here from south eastern Michigan for our Covid vaccine. The area is one of the first cities into Ohio. Easy to get to and from freeway. Was greeted each time entering and the store aisles are well maintained and "zoned". The pharmacy was quick and friendly and the lead pharmacist who administered our shots was very friendly and personable.

They are becoming more and more rude at this Rite Aid in the pharmacy. They have no manners when speaking on the phone with you and sound frustrated that you even called. Not sure if they are short staffed or just rude but their are other pharmacies I can deal with. Just like this store because its right around the corner.

Normally I have very good experiences there. Don't go when the new pharmacist McKenzie is working. She does not care and is not personable. My insulin pen wouldn't work and she did nothing but tell me to call the manufacturer myself or come back the next day when the regular pharmacist was working. Where did she get her degree? Does she not know that diabetics cannot go without insulin? She is a lawsuit waiting to happen... just saying

Was told by pharmacist on 12-10-21 that I could return to pharmacy any day of the week with a completed vaccination application between 2 and 3. Visited on 12-13-21 at 2:15pm and was told they are no longer offering any vaccinations!Very poor community relations.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. The cashier shorted me and when her drawer was counted twice it was short 10$ so now I'm screwed because someone doesn't know how to do their job. I will NEVER go back there again.
