Went in for an item the site said was in stock. They didn't have it, but had plenty of uncaring excuses for why they didn't. Not concerned that other Rite Aid's also show it in stock. I'm not driving to every Rite Aid store to find it. I'll shop elsewhere. Manager too busy, laid back, relaxing in sneakers in the office. I don't need you, you need customers. There are plenty of other places to shop

This review is regarding a poor interaction with a female employee on Saturday, December 30th at around 8:45 AM. I went in this morning to get a maintenance inhaler filled that I was already out of for 13 days due to another pharmacy's mistake (it's Trelegy, which being off of for so long can make a person very sick).I already talked to this pharmacy twice the week before about getting it filled- they told me they have it in stock and it would be ready on Saturday, December 30th. The female employee attempted to dismiss me, telling me the store doesn't have it in stock.When I told her I was told by two previous employees that they would have it, she said the store wouldn't have it until Monday, when the truck comes. I told her again that I was told the store would have it and I can't go much longer with out it- she nastily turned around to her male coworker and said, "can you handle this? He needs his Trelegy". The male employee promptly assisted me with filling the Trelegy they did indeed have in stock. If I would have just accepted her word for it, that would be another 3 days I'd be out of my inhaler which literally keeps me alive.This was reported to corporate this morning. The female employee was also rude on the phone when we called in to get her name- she spelled it out, said "thank you, bye bye" and hung up on us.I sincerely wish this location would have been closed down instead of the 3911 Secor Road Rite Aid, because we have multiple incidents with this store. I'll be sharing this everywhere I can.

Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone, no matter the time of day. They rarely do, which means you'll have to possibly waste gas and time going there to check on a prescription that isn't even ready.

Its a pharmacy, so obviously it has got all your first aid needs! But thats not all, they sell snack foods some canned goods and seasonal tchotchkes (cute decor) as well as nail products and makeup, hair accessories and dyes, hair spray, shampoos and conditioners!And I've never had a bad experience with the staff, they always are willing to help you find anything that you are looking for!

Used to be good but for the past year has become increasingly worse! They mixed up all my insurance and benefits information which lead to me being over and under charged for months which then caused a whole reimbursement process I had to handle myself. To this day, every time I try to pick up they tell me my information is wrong and I have to write it down or show my phone again because they don’t fix it on their side. *All* of their attitudes are horrible and they hate to admit they made a mistake, becoming rude if you ask any questions. First, they started doubling filling one my scripts which I obviously decline. However, this past week has been unacceptable. It started on the 18th when I came to pick up a refill and they said my “request was denied” I didn’t question it and allowed the worker to resend a request to my doctor. Fast forward to today the 24th I come to pick it up and after waiting 30 minutes they tell me again that it was denied. I called my doctor before leaving and was told that it actually wasn’t denied from the beginning, only the second request they put in last week was denied because they already had the script! I spoke to a new worker (while the previous one kept side-eyeing me and making conversations with other workers) and after being told it was denied I explained I just got off the phone and that was incorrect. She told me that I’m right and that my request is in the system but now they don’t have my prescription and there’s a shortage. I accepted this and asked if they could transfer it to another location. Without even checking she just looked me up and down and said “No”. That’s all. I asked if the other locations were also short and she said yes. I just accepted the conversation was over and went back to my car and called the Laskey Location. They have it, turns out all of the other locations have it. Then I had to wait 2 hours for the original pharmacists to even agree to the transfer. Just ridiculous. If you don’t enjoy your job that’s fine, but don’t mess around with peoples health because you aren’t happy.

They may be short handed, however, I am handicapped and it is VERY DIFFICULT for me to walk to the back if the pharmacy to even get someone to TALK TO. They DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, THE DRIVE THRU HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR A VERY LONG TIME, and today in particular I have to talk with one of them about my prescription and all day long, they won't answer their phone! Not even is I hit the button for a drs office! I understand short handed, but what's happened to customer service???

Got a text my medicine was ready , got there and me & two other people were told that the employees had missed placed out medication & we were to come back later , mind you I just had surgery 3 hours before I needed my stuff . Then to come back and then tell me they still didn’t remake it and I needed to wait !! Seems to me your employees have sticky fingers this is beyond ridiculous. This location just needs to be shut down

It is absolutely disgusting how much the customer service at this pharmacy has fallen. In the past I never had an issue with them answering the phone. Now I have to go up there every time because they never answer. When I get up to the pharmacy there are always like 4 or 5 people behind the counter. The drive-thru is hardly ever open. This is unacceptable. They need to hire someone just to answer the phones and work the drive-thru.

Most of the staff in the pharmacy are rude. They go out of the way to be difficult such as picking up the phone to hang up to stop the ringing. They don't apply discounts or coupons for medication and argue when they are told there is an issue.

The main pharmacist thinks he a super cop & will refuse to fill a prescription due to him being “50 percent liable” for it & tires to take it upon himself to deny filling your prescription until your doctor calls and verifies it with him.

Horrible service. Pharmacy never answers the phone and they are RUDE AS HELL when they finally answer after 45 mins. Takes 4 hours to get a basic script ready. The entire pharmacy is just horrible. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tried to get my second covid shot between 2-3 during walk-in time. They had a number of people back in the pharmacy, looked like more then 6 people. The drive thru was blocked off. They refused to give me my 2nd dose, said I must schedule an appointment. No one outside in line because its blocked. One person in line inside, 6+ people behind the counter and no one wanted to help me. Whats going on rite aid? All the online appointments online i couldn't book. The room where they give the shots was closed and the light was off. Went to other rite aid i was in and out in under 15 mins.

I called the pharmacy to check on a prescription from last week and the lady was very rude and didn’t let me finish talking. I get things are stressful but you guys need to learn to still treat EVERYONE with respect. I went through all the reviews and I guess nothings changed. This pharmacy is just horrible.

Terrible service! The lady in pharmacy was very rude this morning I was just trying to pick up a prescription they weren’t in which I did not know and she made it seem like I was just irritating her day for even coming to the window that’s her job. She was not pleasant whatsoever didn’t even greet me or say goodbye I asked her for the smallest thing; I asked her to put in my prescription or give my doctors office a call and she act like that was even a nuisance to her job I’ve never had service like that at Rite Aid before now I’m going to just change where I pick up my prescription from here on out

Was hung up 3 different times, after wait for 10 minutes on the phone.. Finally ask to speak to a manager, he explained to me that there was only a tech and pharmacist back there, which is fine but the thing that is the most disrespectful is answering the phone and then just hanging up… I left a pharmacy before for stuff like this, being rude and unprofessional.

Pharmacy workers are not friendly. I have had more than 1or2 unpleasant visits to this pharmacy! Apparently they feel that they know better than MY DOCTOR!! They dont hesitate to tell me how they feel about my doctors as well as their opinion on quantity and regimen. I have several physical problems and when my husband picked up for me,your worker asked why my Dr. still has me taking them and its been too long. He then preceded to say that he doesnt care for my Dr.! Excuse me,but is that really any of his business? No it is not!!! I am bi polar and suffer from extreme anxiety disorder.This makes me not even want to give you my business!100% Real 100% true!Thank You in advance for your speedy response.... Before i take my business somewhere that appreciates and actually cares to have me as a customer!

Pharmacist was very helpful and courteous about a question I had regarding medication that was prescribed for my cat, it was after hours to call my veterinarian and he was very patient while I explained her condition so that he could give me the correct advice.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews on pharmacy being rude, however I've never experienced this they have always been friendly, and helpful with many questions I've had cause I just recently been taking a lot of new meds..Only problem I had was Online said pharmacy hours they open at 8 so I drove 20 minutes there and was told they won't be open till 9..please fix the online hours I have 0 days off these last couple months and not much time for myself and just wasted an hour and will have to get my meds another day..I hope this won't happen to others, it's an easy fix.

This pharmacy has givin me multiple problems. And the pharmacist by the name Cindy Dunlap was very rude not only over the phone but in person and was making very rude comments in regards to my medication to the other pharmacist, I assume she felt I couldn’t hear her but this is the last time out of 23 years that I will deal with rite aid.

Walked in to the pharmacy for some medicine. The staff looked up at me as i walked up to the counter, never said a word to me no hello no give us a min nothing . As i stood there for a few mins being ignored.I loudly said would be nice if someone would acknowledge my presents. Nothing but. I then said loudly hello to them. They all looked at me like i was stupid and one person said hi back and everyone went on to do there work. As few more mins go by i then get someone to help me and not even an sorry for the wait.

This rite aid pharmacy is an absolute joke. The pharmacists are unpleasent and it is a chore for them to get medicine. My original rite aid was out of my pain medicine that I need. And this rite aid refused to fill it. I am a wounded warrior from the war in Afghanistan after being hurt by a IED. They could care less never doing business with any rite aid again lost a loyal customer.

Went in there thinking I was having an allergic reaction and asked pharmacist about antihistamines. I'm sweating and panicking and she's answering me as if she's Yoda. "Take or don't take benadryl, you can try but I no try". I shoulda asked the light post outside. If you get the black woman with the greasy hair and Indian accent during an episode of some kind; consider yourself SOL and on your own.
