I am waiting for my medical transportation and got kicked out into the cold. I was just sitting there not bothering anyone. Why??? I don't understand why they don't have a place where you can wait. I had picked up my prescription and spent $50 there but got kicked out.

The pharmacy department absolutely terrible! Rude when you call! It Takes hours before they fill your Prescriptions. Half the time not all the order even ready after calling to confirm alot of miscommunication.

My dr failed to refill my prescriptions before he went on vacation. I thought I would have to go the rest of the week without. My pharmacist Maher contacted my dr multiple times to make sure I got the refill I needed!!! Can’t thank him enough!! Service and care was above and beyond my expectations!!!

The company will consistently notify me that medications are ready at their location after a personal call to check on refills. When I drove out to them these last 3 months or took the time off of my job to arrive at the Broadway location, they tell me at the counter that the medication is out or 'expired' at their location.. when they literally told me that day that it was "ready for pickup". The first time they did this, they sent me to a store that just expired their medication. Again, they've done this to me three times so far. Enough to upset me to go out of my way to write a review about Broadway's Rite Aid. Long story short I believe they are unprofessional when it comes to their inventory and could care less about whether or not a customer goes without proper maintenence.. these issues are easy to avoid so I think there's foul play or unprofessional laziness involved in Toledo's Rite Aids. Nothing but excuses and carelessness for people's healthcare

I am a medical provider in the area and had the pleasure of speaking with Maher the other day in regards to getting a medication for a patient that had been back ordered. He answered the phone right away (which is unheard of for most pharmacies) and was very helpful! Probably one of the nicest pharmacists I have spoken to in a long time. Thank you, Maher!

The Rite Aide pharmacy at 1605 Broadway is very unprofessional. Today October 18th 2022 I was told my medication refill would be ready at 1:30pm. I sent someone to get it at 4pm. She was told it would not be ready until the next day. Yet I received a text saying it was ready today. The pharmacist that was there was very rude. The actual pharmacist was not there today. The customer service should be good no matter who is there. Now I have to find a way to get there to get my medication. I am disabled and do not have transportation. This medication has to be picked up. I am very disappointed with the pharmacy service

Never had a real issue beside the WU sometimes dont work but I just stop going to them for WU and go to the market across the strret, the pharmacy is always slow so i just have my Dr. fax over the script and pick it up the next day after i received the 2nd notification that the script is ready. Outside of that never experienced a rude employee or the store being unorganized just plan ahead when going to pharmacy there will be at least an hr wait

This pharmacy was afful they told me my prescription would be ready in an hour. I called them two hours later and they told me it wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes. So I wait another hour before I head to pick up my prescription. When I get there they tell me it's gonna be another hour wait. Poor experience!!!

Horrible pharmacy. Please listen to reviews and do not fill here. Do yourself a favor and go to a nearby rite aid and fill. The pharmacist would not fill my out of city prescription (not even out of state) because he "didnt feel comfortable" even though it was from a hospital. He could have called the hospital and confirmed but refused to do so for no reason. I went to another right aid 5 miles down and they fill out my prescription with no issue. Something is really wrong with the people who work here. Needs to clean house!

This place is a joke when it comes to filling scripts. They say you have to wait 2 hrs or more for a script...one script!!!! Outrageous. I told them tonight that I have a driver since I am in a cast and they could care less. I will call corporate tomorrow. EVERY TIME I GO THERE THEY ARE SUPER SLOW AND MOST OF THEM ARE RUDE AS HECK.
