Based on reviews, I thought this pharmacy would be horrible, but it wasn't, Everyone working there has been kind and helpful. I suspect that the negative reviews are mostly from the non-paying "customers." Someone tried to rob them, and they still stayed open to fill scripts. Rite Aid should be extremely grateful for these employees.

I went in to get the flu vaccine and I was greeted by the kind associate Adinda. Although the pharmacy was busy, Yusra helped administer the vaccine as soon as she could. Not only was the process painless, but Yusra was also able to educate me on other vaccines and their potential side effects.

I had a hpv, hepatitis B vaccine, and a flu shot by an awesome pharmacist Yusra Siddig. I had the best experience while getting my vaccines, I took a lot of vaccines throughout my 21 years life and this was the best experience I’ve ever had So far. She was amazing she was so gentle with me while explaining everything was going on, and the side effects and everything. I was amazed with how good and talented she was in doing her job. Also the way she was multi tasking while I was first filling the form was amazing too, was like a super hero. I just wanted to say I had a really good experience in 2317 pharmacy store and I will be returning there too.

I hate this pharmacy. They dont never answer the phone for questions and always late filling prescriptions. They always saying they dont have too much help but its 4 or more people working there. Its always the places in the hood thats messed up

Supposedly is the only Rite Aid that has my medication when it's supposed to be available, and for the most part they never answer the phone. Keeps sending me to the same voice prompt instead of telling me a worker is unavailable. Rite Aid is misleading & I've only had trouble since I've been prescribed medication by my doctor. Only unprofessional experiences with people who could care less about your health

This review is for the pharmacy department. My mom went through the drive thru to buy some Mucinex for my father. She usually gets this medication through the pharmacy. She was told to come inside to purchase it, so she did. When she got to the register, the pharmacist showed her the medication and my mom didn't recognize the box because it was different color than last time. When she asked to see the box, the pharmacist would not let her read the box or let her hold it! My mom then gave her her drivers license and insurance card. The pharmacist said "you scratched me" and gave my mom a hard time, just to see the box!!! I'm not sure why she was acting this way, but my mom was nice and pleasant to the pharmacist. My mom purchased her medication, reported the pharmacist to the corporation and purchased her medication. This is unacceptable customer service and because this Rite Aid is located in an urban area where crime may be high, you don't treat customers this way! She nor I will never visit this Rite Aid location again!

I called to refill my script for insulin needles so I could take my meds the pharmacist was so rude and unprofessional! Instead of saying I couldn’t refill it until next week she could have told me I could get 4 for a $1.00 to hold me over until I could fill the script. That was my last time going to Rite Aid I literally started the process to transfer my meds to CVS. I refuse to be talked to like that when I’m already dealing with health issues!!!

Honestly? Don't go here for anything. Slow service, didn't have the necessary tools to administer a PCR Covid test that I scheduled online, have been so short-staffed that they were not able to administer vaccines on walk-in days. Just don't go unless you have no other choice.

Received my 2nd dose of moderna. The gentleman who proformed the shot wasn't so gentle. He forcefully and quickly jabbed me in the arm and released the liquid even faster. My wife also had the same thing happen to her same visit. I email them a complaint to tell this guy to slow down. Then they have the audacity to have the guy who did the shot call me and said he reviewed the tape and it looked standard. My wife's arm and mine are in complete pain with huge bruises. I wasn't looking for anything from them other then to let this guy know to slow down. But he is super defensive about his mistake and calls me to tell me I'm wrong. Ridiculous

Not handicap friendly! *Not all disabilities are obviously visible.* Carts physically cannot leave the store. They did not offer to help carry items to the car. I overheard another customer with the other rude cashier (who told me carts can't leave the store) mention pulling their car up to take multiple trips with heavier items. Thanks for the tip! After the poor customer service, I returned all of the items my innocent cashier just rung up. A colossal waste of everybody's time!

This pharmacy is horrible! Not sure if they taking the drugs or what, but she was very much so unprofessional, rude and impatient! Totally cut me off and disrespectfully raised her voice at meand then hung up on me. She would definitely be terminated if she was my employee. I was trying to find out information for an older relative in which they told her she didn't have any insurance and when I called now she has no prescriptions.

I had a horrible experience here after being with them for 10+ years I switched to CVS. 2 days after I had emergency surgery they were so rude and disrespectful while I was trying to fill my written hospital scripts. Some young girl, I wasn't even talking to, and would've NEVER spoken to me the way she did if she wasn't hiding behind a counter, came around the corner yelling at me and just infuriating me even more. Never again will I go there! I don't recommend them to anyone EVER!!!!

I called last month to have my medicine filled they said it would be ready by 4pm I get there 6:00pm for them to tell me they been working on it all day that I could wait until the following day...so I said no I need it now. Now today. Same medicine. They said they needed permission from my doc which is fine. I've been calling them all day and they told me they haven't gotten anything about it. But my doctor called me and told me they sent that to them. Smh... Worthless...

This was my go-to pharmacy for when I would get a cold. Earlier this month they started putting hand baskets behind the counter in order to reduce crime which made it very annoying for me to try to pick up cold medicine, kleenex and juice.Will not return until I here the policy reverses as I refuse to shop anywhere where hand baskets are not available or where you are not allowed to take shopping carts to the parking lot.I plan on taking my custom to the Walgreens in Perrysburg instead (I work in Perrysburg but live in the OWE).

Cashier staff very helpful, pharmacists rude and unprofessional. I have had pill shortages before as well and would not suggest asking for any pharmasutical information because have been told inaccurate facts regarding drug interactions.

The hours they have posted show they are open until 8pm everyday. They have been closed at 5pm everyday. Can’t call to transfer the script because they have to be open for another pharmacy to call them. This is ridiculous! Really should be zero stars!!

Bathrooms are now locked which means heaven help you if you're pregnant or disabled and need to use the bathroom. Snotty pharmacy people! No wonder people are taking rxs elsewhere. I would too!
