The pharmacist there is so rude. I thought when in doubt you can ask a pharmacist questions about a medication apparently not from this snotty prejudice pharmacist, I simply wanted to know if I can take both medications at the same time ,why her response was if it wasn't safe we would not give you both at the same time this is not first time time she has responded negatively before. Please corporate get rid of this racist pharmacist or provide her with more diversity training as she lacks people skills and communication skills with all people .I only give this location a poor rating because of poor leadership. You know how that saying goes one rotten apple spoils the bunch ,please get a more friendlier pharmacist at this location. Never let the unattractive blonde answer questions especially if the person is brown.or any communication of any type because she is very prejudice I hope corporate reads this and implement change right away

Went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription at 1:28pm and Jan was at the window working and COMPLETELY ignoring me. After 3-4 minutes, she pointed at a hand written sign that said "Pharmacy closed from 1:30-2" and said we are closed. I let her know, I can read and that I pulled in before 1:30 and just needed to pick up a prescription that I know is ready. She replied, "Well the pharmacist is gone so I cant ring it out you will have to come back." Just plain RUDE! Also, Rite Aid if you are going to close for 30 minutes, you may want to get a shade for the window so your customers are not sitting there being ignored. Have an ounce of care!!

Only went in to load boyfriend's cash app card which I've never done before. My app wasn't working and the cashier went over and beyond to help me. She was beyond patient because I may have been panicked a little bit. I just appreciated the effort that she made to make sure that I needed what I came in done. My receipt didn't have her name on it but I do have the cashier number. (10921731). Thanks again for helping me

Went to get my Covid booster. The Pharmacist Susan is absolutely amazing. She was very kind and gentle! Will be visiting this location more often for my needs.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. After going back twice and after 3 hours I wish they would just tell me they can't count out 30 pills so I can get my prescription transferred someplace else instead they just want you to keep coming back.

Usually have nothing but great interactions with staff here, but tonight after leaving urgent care with a broken ankle to pick up my pain medication the pharmacist (Susan) came to the drive-thru window and said (in a bit very nice tone) "We close in 8 minutes, you're going to have to come inside to wait if you want your prescription!""Ma'am I just left urgent care with a broken ankle, but I'm more than happy to come in on my crutches if your need me to"... (I thought the whole purpose of the drive-thru was for convHer: "Well can you at least go over and park in the corner and I'll wave you down when your script is ready??"Keep in mind, there was NOBODY in line.I pull to the corner of the parking lot, get "waved down" about 2 minutes later. Susan then tells me, as she's ringing me up, "Just to keep in mind, we close at 9, and some pharmacists wouldn't have even filled your prescription"I replied, "But you were open when I arrived, no?"Susan: "We were, just something to keep in mind for the future!"Between both have my children having to be in multiple medications, I pick up approximately 15 scripts a month there. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. It's a shame Susan had to ruin the whole pharmacy for me. Don't think I'll be back😕

why I like Rite Aid Pharmacy. The pharmacist and the cashiers are friendly when you walk in and they are quick to help you when you can't find what you're looking for, that's why I like Rite Aid. O ,You don't have to wait too long to refill a prescription

The two Stars are for the covered lady that works there she is awsome. The absence of Stars is for the manger guy. Went in this store at night and he was on my heels like I was "Charlie". If you're of a "colorful decent", don't go here at night. 😒
