Their curbside pickup is very convenient. My order is always ready in a timely manner and once I arrive at the store for pickup, it’s brought out to me very quickly. The staff is always friendly and prices are reasonable.

People were a great help in picking out my puppies food. The staff inside of the grooming areas were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Mama just had nine babies. I had two cartfuls of stuff and the staff was absolutely amazing and so darned helpful! So helpful!! We got the first puppy groomed and she is with as you can see lol

There is a very nice manager lady with blonde hair and glasses.. She's always very helpful and very nice... Pleasure to deal with!! Store is always fully stocked for all my pet food needs!! Definitely recommend stopping by...

I purchased 20 live medium crickets 2 days ago at 17c each( higher then the competition) when i got home, 2 were dead in the bag. I used a few for feeding and this morning upon checking them , only 3 were alive and the rest dead. I have a cricket container with food and water.Don’t get crickets from here again, now i feel i feed my animals sick crickets.

The kids 🐶😻 love going to PetSmart I was looking for a Xmas outfit for my kitty Woof Woof. And could not find one then a worker saw I was having trouble finding one and she started to help me and she found one for my kitty.Thanks, PetSmart

Comment = Employee training, I was in your store to purchase fish for 2 of my tanks and my mother's tank When an associate came to assist she asked me what size was my tank. I told her 30&20 I then purchased 6 guppies. When she bagged them and was about to get down I stopped her and told her that I wanted to purchase another variety. I was then told that she would not sell me any more fish. I was so confused. So I asked why, she said that with a new set up and not knowing if it has been cycled properly or not she would only sell 6 fish. I was immediately furious because we never discussed anything about my tanks in detail. She NEVER asked me a qualifying question. As I once managed retail I know the importance of qualifying questions. We want to ensure that our guest has everything they need or are aware of their complete options before leaving. So I said to her, I know what I am doing and I would like to buy more fish and some plants. She again without asking one question refused to make a sale. Well about a week maybe 8 days prior I did buy my 30 gallon tank and all necessary chemicals and components from the same store. Your store However, I also have 5 more tanks in total ranging from 2 gallons to now 30. They are all independent ecosystems designed for minimal interference. I have carefully researched each tank and what I could find to be the optimal balance of species from population to cleaning crew to aquatic plant life to microorganisms. . I once had a research and development company and we specialized in aquatic hybrid agricultural grow systems. We did this successfully for 12 years. I have been in the process of starting that project again as I have a new group of interested investors and partners. One of my goals has always been to support local economy and jobs and so we have never ordered any biological systems from industrial warehousing. In other words I believe that I am with respect a pretty good customer. Now I was working with another retailer in Toledo but everyone that I know that has tanks told me to go see you guys. And my first visit was amazing. My question is With what I have experienced should I continue to build a relationship of uncertainty? Not only have I been embarrassed and demeaned by one of your team members, but so to have my friends and colleagues who support your team at the Monroe location in Toledo OH. Should we maintain our relationship or can we count on your leadership team to adequately coach, develop and discipline as need to assure the best possible customer service and support for valued pets?

Decent selection and ok prices. Love that you can book grooming appointments online. My dog's haircut can be sorta hit or miss here, but she usually looks good. Quality is more consistent than have experienced at the nearby Petco. It's a good location, near lots of restaurants and stores to keep you busy while you wait plus there is a light out onto Monroe Street for easy in and out.

At the Toledo, Ohio location on Monroe St. There were two cashiers at two different registers, and nobody else in line. When I started towards the registers to pay for my one item, both cashiers went to the back for almost five minutes, before one came back to the front. Kinda rude

The store is always clean and the staff is always courteous. I just came here to say that I can no longer buy Bettas here. They seem okay with all their other fish but the last few Bettas I purchased here were fighting some form of illness. I can't deal with this disappointment anymore.

Basically refused to sell me a fish. If I could give this pet smart zero stars I would!! I went in looking for a single 30 cent goldfish for my 4yr old. I asked the girl working back if she could get me one. She first asked what gallon tank I was gunna use and I told her and she said I would need a 40 gallon tank for ONE goldfish. I told her I’ve had goldfish before in a big tank and they still died within 2-3 months. She basically told me that I prolly didn’t have a big enough tank which is why they died. I’m not buying a 40 gallon tank for ONE goldfish!!! Then she proceeded to tell me I would actually need a POND for these fish. A POND?! Are u serious? She just didn’t want to sell me the fish. Needless to say I won’t be back, the Pet Supplies Plus around the corner from me is much better and the employees are not rude.

Staff is always friendly and the store always seems clean at this location. 1 star deduction not for the staff but the company's software. It doesn't seem to update when sales happen. So you may get charged the original price. If you catch it, the staff will correct it for you.
