The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable with healthy dog treats, dog food, dog bed and toys. For both my dogs needs. When I asked associate to carry big bag of dog food to the front he was very happy too. Young man was super helpful. Cashier was very pleasant and friendly and put heavy dog food in my cart after ringing me out. Great experience and will definitely go back.

I bring my dog here every other week for the PAW PACKAGE..They clean her ears her teeth and her paws for 20 bucks you can't beat thatAnd they do a great job.Groomers are very knowledgeable andFriendly

I went in there, asking help for my fish tank and they were being super rude the first time and my fish didn’t make it so I had them test my water and they told me everything was fine and that I only needed conditioner and the second time I went in because my fish were still not surviving but I was doing everything right and my water was perfectly fine so I went there and got two goldfish instead of the other fish I was trying to get and they literally called me stupid for getting goldfish And the manager I spoke to the last time I went in she was just disrespectful and I don’t think that it was my tank or my water killing the fish because I have two other fish that survived the entire time (The other two were hiding in the picture, but you can see the one in the pineapple)

For the past 5 plus years, I've been very happy with the team members I've encountered at Pet Supplies Plus. From the cashier greeting me when entering store and the smiles and/or offer of assistance as I traverse the aisles, not to forget the convenience of the VIP health services in your store.My favorite and not utilized service is that of the grooming services. A more caring and lovely group of persons on the grooming staff I've not encountered at very many other places. { for reference I did have another dog for 16 years and the groomer retired so I was on the hunt for an equally pleasant groomer}A few places I had utilized before discovering the all around services at Pet Supplies Plus, fell far short, not mention that My Pomeranian received a DISASTROUS grooming episode thank about skinned room bald!!!! This was about 7 years ago . Gone all his glorious, fluffy hair and his poor tail was stripped bare!!!!It drooped and was hairless, his beautiful plumed tail seemed to be lost forever.Now, after the diligent care of your most wonderful and dedicated staff, his fur(Well, technically its top hair) now is coming back, luxurious, thick and full. His tail, though still a bit scraggly, is coming back and curling around as it should. He may never have the plumed tail of his glory years, as he is 12 years old now, but he is still cute as a button to me and the groomers are wonderful with him each and every time when he comes for his "spa day".I'm so glad for the care and attention to detail as well as the all around convenience of Pets Supplies Plus for my furbaby.Thank you all!! Sorry for the long story. I am sincerely thankful for all the care, attention, services and convenience that assures the health andwell-being of my furbaby.

We came in to do a dog wash, paid $40 for 5 washes so not a bad deal compared to doing it in my bathtub and having to clean dog hair out of it and wrecking my back! My pupper isn't so impressed but she gets a cookie when we're done!

This is my go to store for my fish needs. The staff is polite and friendly, and they don't hide behind registers. All of the equipment that I bought is running strong, I've had no issues.The only reason that I am giving them a 4* is just because they didn't have the fresh water prawn I've been looking for.

I was looking for my bag of cat food that we always get and it wasn’t on the shelf, so I flagged down a gentleman that looked real busy, but he went into the back and none was left but did find one bag on the bottom of a cart that had like 10 bags on top and he dug out the one I needed and was happy to help. Wish I got his name. I really did appreciate that. Because I didn’t want to have to go to several different stores to find it. I always have a good experience at the Alexis store in Toledo Ohio. Thanks guys!!

Uhm there's a lot to unpack here. A dog attacked my dog here and the attacker was left alone but I and my dog were told to stand in a corner of the street and wait. Didn't feel too great. Additionally, a worker asked if she could use video and photo of my dog for the social media. I don't see any posts a couple days later so I'm concerned an employee is creeping on people and doing who knows what with the data! Prices are higher than Woodville per store sadly. Only advantage is a pet wash for 3 more dollars than it was last year. Nobody else in town has that service that I've discovered.

Our children won fish at a fair. We went to your store to buy better tanks and we were also were instructed to buy expensive fish.We have purchased over 25 fish and they have all died except the original fair fish. Each time your employee give different competing information on how to introduce the fish into our 3 tanks we originally purchased.Today we were treated extremely rudely and asked for a manager who was nice but continued to let the cashier be rude and disruptive. I wish I'd have looked on here for the reviews on fish. I bought a clown pleco, 5 neons and 5 Glowlight tetras. When I got home the neons never colored up and the pleco was covered with ich.I'm now on day 4 of ich treatment and had to also start treating them for fungus because the neons had fin and tail rot. All of the neons have died and now the first glowlight died. I may as well have thrown my money out the window.

Excellent customer service!!! I purchased 2 bags of litter and a large bag of food and I was assisted to my car with help carrying the items. Huge help!!! The Pet Supplies Plus on Alexis is always a Great store to go to. It's the only one I usually go to!!

I buy canned dog food and dried dog kibble here because they carry brands that have quality ingredients and 95% of the time are in-stock. They are open late everyday except Sundays. I also use the rewards points program but the points do expire, so act fast on the discounts! I also check instagram for coupon codes which stack ontop of rewards discounts.

Pet Supply Plus is next to Kroger's on West Alexis road. It has quite a few products for various pets. That's the good part. The bad part is the staff. Every time I come here the staff changes. I'm not sure what the learning curve is but there was a very long line to check out. Finally, someone saw what was going on and added a clerk. The original clerk was really struggling, maybe a manager could have trained her better. Staff also has a problem with blocking isles while stocking. They don't appear to care about the customers inconvenience. I continue to come here because it's close to me which is a sad commentary about customer service.

10-7-2023 had water tested. Was greeted. Didn't have female guppies but neither did another store we went too. Was asked if we needed help by many employees.5-1-2023 My mom who past 2 months ago fish were dying. I took water there and Codie tested it and told me what I needed to do. My water was beyond hard,, it was off the charts. Still working on saving the few I have left. Lost 90%. I had to order a water softener pillow from Amazon it came with in 12 hours. My last hope. But the employees at Pet Supplies were very helpful again..Old postHad what I needed along with 2 employees asked if I needed anything. One took me right to the spot of the item I was looking for. Wish they carried more parakeet cages is all.
