The condition of the fish tanks makes me so sad. So many fish have fungal infections and ick, and some of the tanks you can’t even see through the water because it’s so dirty.

Bought a harness for our family pet ( dog). They tried it on her to make sure it was a great fit. They even gave her a doggie treat to try but she didn't like it so she spit it out and then barked at the lady who gave it to her. That was quite funny seeing that she never hardly barks at anyone she just didn't like the treat lol!

I went to pet supplies after going to numerous other pet stores looking for cat claw caps. They had a large selection in various sizes along with plenty of other things for our other pets. Great selection, great staff, and accurate website stock to check before you go.

This place isn't much different from any other pet food store. There was a moderate wait to check out. They were out of items I was looking for. The parking situation is not good. With a lot of popular stores in this plaza it's hard to find parking near the store. I had a coupon for 10% off so that's why I stopped in. Probably won't return.

Took my two senior small dogs here to get groomed. They make it SO easy. You can make the appointment online (which I love) and the groomers are very friendly. I don’t care if every piece of fur is perfect, my main concern is that they treat my dog okay. I can say they did great on both ends.

Went in to use my $5.00 off coupon for my min pin Remies birthday. The cashier was very helpful since I'd never used the coupon before. I thought I could only get an item under $5.00 and she informed me that basically I get whatever I want and the coupon takes $5.00 off. All the staff were excited to see and pet my pup and he was all to excited to be pet. The cashier also gave him cookies on our way out. So we had a great visit.

I don’t even want to give this place a one star. We have brought our dogs here before to get groomed and pay over $100. It never looks like they do anything except give us a wet dog back. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe our dog was not behaving l, ect. Here is the cherry on top. I scheduled for our golden to get groomed on a Friday. TWO days before his appointment someone called me from the grooming department to tell me he needed an updated rabies shot. She also told me it needed to be done 48hrs prior to his appointment.. mind you his appointment was on Friday, this was Wednesday. I told her I wouldn’t be able to get him into the vent until Thursday. She said that should be fine no worries. So after making an appointment at the ven Thursday for shots I showed up Friday, because I was told it would be fine. Filling out the paperwork it asked about shots, I explained what I was told. The “manager” Maria said no we can’t take him today, our policy says we have to wait 72 hours. So now not only did this other employee tell me it would be fine and it had to be 48 hours prior this employee doesn’t even know their policy. I will NEVER take my dogs back here nor EVER recommend it to anyone unless you want to pay a lot of money for nothing.

Has a space where you can wash you own dog for $14, or cheaper if you buy a pass. Room well equiped, make sure you pay first at the cash registers up front. I dropped one star, because ideally you would be able to pay at a credit card station in or near the dog wash station.
