I went there to buy my daughter a fish, she just lost her furry friend Milk who will never be replaced and she was feeling down.I know that we will all miss him so much.The store workers were kind and informative. They talked about all the different water temperatures, about which fish are territorial, growth span, feeding, cleansers and more. They also have a sale right now on a 10 gallon tank for $10 for members sign up free. Nice Valentine's gift right? Well we love this place, awesome.

After having a terrible experience with a new groomer in the area, I was a little nervous to make another appointment. But making the appointment here was very easy, no deposit required. I was able to get in within the week and received several appointment reminders. The appointment was at 5:30 and they called at 6:14 to say she was done! When I picked up, they made sure I was happy with the service (even did a little extra butt trim lol). Then I was shocked when I went to check out that my total was only $28! (The other place was asking for $80). We will definitely be regulars now!

They are on of the few that have sympathy cards for the loss of a K-9. Their bathing "Dirt Dog" service is fantastic.

Poor customer service. I used to go in alot to get fish for my turtle but last few times they weren't busy and I wasn't greeted or helped because they were more interested in talking with each other to notice anyone was standing there waiting. I wasn't the only one other customers were standing there waiting to be helped

Great selection great group of people working in store very knowledgeable people working in store very willing to help you find anything you may have needed for whatever type of pet you may have had and if they didn’t carry it, they were willing to help you try to find someone that did

The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. There were lots of dead fish in the tanks and most of the small animal cages were empty. Overall, the store was fairly clean.

The store was recently cleaned and reorganized to include a groomer. We were excited to try it out finally for our dog. Our pup was just as happy when I picked her up as when I dropped her off. She looks and smells great and the staff back there was super friendly. Thank you for taking care of our Molly!! We will absolutely be back!

Stopped at this particular location because it's close to home however it is not the closest to my home. The employees at this location seem to be more helpful than a couple of other Pet Supplies Plus locations.

They have such a great variety of pet supplies! And, we were so happy that our rescue group was there on Airport Highway! This is our favorite store.

I was very impressed with the quality of service by the staff here. However the prices of the items were a little more then I expected yet the quality is much better then places like Walmart or places like that and it's been awhile since I've been to other pet stores but seems like their prices are the same as other places of that type of business. Workers were amazing and very helpful even loaded my bag of puppy food and other bags into my truck for me and they asked multiple times if I was finding things alright. So 5 stars for customer service and 4 stars for prices of stuff. Minnie says thank you for her sweater and new toys also.

I have an high anxiety older chocolate lab that had a horrible experience at a previous groomer in Michigan getting her nails trimmed. My sweet girl was overdue to have a trim because of her last experience. Liz at the airport hwy location was AMAZING with Chanel and we are just in awe over how great her nails now look. Thank you so much for being so kind and taking sweet care of my girl.

Staff is always very kind and helpful. Best prices on dog food, cat food, and cat litter. Dog & Cat treats, toys, and accessories tend to run the same price as competing stores. I still tend to drive a little out of the way to come here rather than other pet stores.

Went there to purchase some fish for the grands, the worker who helped me was extremely knowledgeable very very very professional and had the most welcoming demeanor!!!! We purchased some glofish, and she also showed me the different labels that shows if the fish is friendly or aggressive. And also the tank size per fish, which that was very helpful in making my final decision.

I just got a new dog this week and went into the pet supply plus On Airport Highway in Toledo Ohio. There are many items this week that I have returned to the store for and I feel like family when I go in and they help me find things and they give me recommendations. I will definitely continue to go to the store because of how well these workers do their job and how well they treat people.

We visited Saturday, 1/21/23 around 2pm and the gentleman back handling the crickets who helping us was great. The moment we walked back into his department he greeted us. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated how he offered me a few extra nutrient cubes to keep the roaches I bought alive. There were also two young ladies at the check out who had smiles, were personable, and greeted everyone who came in the door. They seemed genuinely happy to be working there, which is rare these days.We will choose pet supplies plus again and again over Petsmart down the road on Airport Hwy. These people care about their customers! Well done and thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would they completely brutalized my baby's hair 😩...I will never let them touch him again. Worse grooming I have ever seen in my life. And left him matted as well!! If u love your fur babies do not trust them with them!! So disappointed..my poor baby 🤬

If I could give you a zero, I would. For the managers responding to all these complaints, PAY ATTENTION. I dont want to talk to anyone, because you will do NOTHING!!!!! I had a Horrible experience. Staff unfriendly, Refused to groom my dog due to matting around front legs. I ask groomer to skip that area and work around. She refused, never offered a detangler, didnt give my dog a bath, very unprofessional and rude, never apologized to me. I will never use this store again. You need to hire people who can handle all dog temperaments. My dog was uncomfortable but not aggressive and you just didn't want to deal with it. Go back and get additional training and learn proper customer service skills!!!!!!!
