I ordered flowers online and once Myrtle opened they acknowledge my order. They delivered within the time frame they said, and let us know it was delivered. Once we got to the funeral home, we were not disappointed by the beautiful plant/flower arrangement.

We are from out of town, a purchased a Florist's choice bouquet to have delivered to my mother in law, and the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL. They were delivered exactly on the day I had scheduled them to arrive. The quality and timeliness were SO much better for the price than the larger franchises we've used before. Will definitely be using them again.

I had placed a last minute Valentine's Day order for a friend via their website. They gave me a call later in the afternoon to let me know that due to their stock, the arrangement would be a little different than pictured (completely understandable given my timing), and that they'd do what they could to fill it out. The arrangement was absolutely lovely, and arrived in a timely manner, no small fear for a same day V-Day purchase. I really appreciated them taking the time on a busy holiday to make me aware of the situation, too.

THANK YOU FOR RECTIFYING THE MISHAP. And what I knew of you, your response is what the community would Expect. July 18, 2023My friend ordered flowers for me, because I was down and out and needed a smile. She's in California and trusted the guidance from someone to use Myrtle. Bad move. The flowers were packed in the vase and starting to wilt upon arrival. She added chocolate as part of the order...they have the white film as if they'd been frozen. I feel terrible for my friend who spent 129.00 plus. She would never know cause I won't tell her...but you all I will. DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE/CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY WONT see the product....they lasted for two days...

The website was very user friendly. The customer care, although digital, was amazing. They assisted in adjusting the greeting card perfectly for the occasion. The flowers were on display before the service started and were absolutely beautiful and fresh.

Ordered flowers for my mother In laws funeral. When I went in to place my order they told me they would have to substitute some flowers from the picture shown on line— this arrangement was 10x better than what I originally ordered and everyone at the funeral home commented on them.Staff was so nice and so pleasant, I will definitely use them again.

My niece has had a very bad past few weeks with a family loss, school being tough due to covid, missing her friends and then she finally was able to go to gymnastics and she broke her foot. Her mom and I ordered flowers together first thing this morning in hopes to cheer her up. She sent me this picture and was ecstatic. I needed same day delivery for a coworker’s family funeral and Myrtle Flowers & Gifts made it so easy. They helped me complete the entire order over the phone (I'm in TX) and made the whole process effortless. They instantly emailed me receipts, delivery confirmation, and even texted me a picture of the flowers. I gave them free reign over the design - just told them how much I wanted to spend. MFG was able to create a beautiful arrangement and delivered it to the funeral home before the service - and all the SAME day. I recommend MFG and would use them again. Thank you!
