First impression. The order kiosk was missing the keypad, the staff was polite at noon hour. My order was slow but correctly made. The store could use a deep clean. A employee left a hair net and drink on a table. Hmm. Do better

Will now refuse to go and eat at any McDonald's thank's to this one. Order a medium meal and they make you get a large instead of just letting you pay the upcharge for the drink of 20 cents like that app allows you to do. Well they decided to charge me for an extra sauce packet on my app. With out telling me this!!!!! To charge me for the large fry. If I am not allowed to order a medium meal with a large drink it should not allow it on the app either! And you should not be able to change my order and add a second order to my account to make me pay for your poorly made fries I'm throwing mostly in the garbage anyways since it's never warm coming out the window let alone when I get home 7 minutes later!

Typical McDonald's eatery. Food was ok. Turnover always dictates the service level and professionalism. Again this was typical for McDonalds. Place looked clean enough.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces with a couple handicapped ones

Went there for lunch break 2 days in a row.Two days in a row my fries had no saltFirst day my $3.19 large fry was coldI hate cold unsalted friesTwo days I had to wait in a long lineSecond day I had to wait in a long line before I got to the ordering speaker and had to wait at the speakerBoth days I get to the window to receive my food and you didn't have my correct order and had to ask me what I ordered and almost received someone else order..smh..get it together. I'm going somewhere else for lunch this week

Pulled up during what should have been an evening rush and it was empty. Odd? Tried to order, they weren't taking orders because the kitchen was prepping? At almost 6pm? As I leave, I see multiple staff just hanging outside. Just dumb founded by the situation. No wonder the Popeyes across the street had their drive thru wrapped around the building.

The employee who gave us our food was vaping throughout our time in the drive-through, to the extent of handing us our food with a hand that was holding the vape.The fries tasted bitter like the frier really needs to be cleaned.Overall, would have been much better off not stopping..

We were passing through and decided to stop at this McDonald's. That was my first mistake. The sole purpose of getting a frappe was to make my day better. Unfortunately this was the saddest looking frappe I have ever gotten. That's not even the worst part. One of the sandwiches I ordered was supposed to be a Quarter Pounder w/cheese. Well...I open it and as you can see in the picture it was the skinniest piece of meat I have ever seen! It looked like a burnt crepe. It was flatter than the Patty's on the Big Mac we had ordered. It was very dirty on the outside of the restraunt. I figured if the employees were willing to serve this to a customer in the first place... I would hate to think of what they would do to a replacement sandwich. So I was out a sandwich.. two bites and I just couldn't do it. I had to throw it out. Lastly, I'm so puzzled by the fact that I had 8 people in front of me.. yet my fry's were so cold and old. Not one good thing from this restaurant. I would NOT recommend this McDonald's.

Jerks! No signs, not even a hand written paper taped to the door to say it is drive through only. If the dining room is closed, why don't you let people know? Huh? Instead of having people park, get out of their cars, walk up to the door and try to get in, only to find the doors all locked. Hell, the big sign under the arches literally says "come inside". What Giant Inconsiderate Jerks!

I am usually not one of those people that do not post good reviews, but if I could give this place a zero star review I would. Every time I order from here SOMETHING is always messed up. For example: I ordered a DELUXE spicy McCrispy with a large fry and they gave me a regular spicy McCrispy and a small fry. So, I went back around the drive through, informed them politely about the wrong order. When we got our meal..it was the same exact sandwich. And that was just THIS time. Needless to say we will not be going back to this McDonald’s.

Cedric and Eleanor were amazing and the food was actually fresh. Eleanor‘s energy just made our visit that much better. The restaurant was clean and the remodel is amazing. The staff was extremely help and didn’t have a bad attitude like most, their positive energy was perfect As well as their customer service was amazing. They were patient with me because I had no idea how do use the machines.

Watered carbonated down Dr Pepper.Cold old fries and only fries and buyer in happy meal. Luke warm food. Guy at subdue had dirty finger nails. Gross. What happened here? Used to be good.

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs; it doesn't matter if you're in a rush or not. They take their sweet time to do anything. It takes several minutes everytime just to place your order at the drive thru. God forbid there's a line in the drive thru when you get there. Cause if there is one, you're going to be waiting for an extremely long time to even place your order, and your order will probably be made wrong (cause they just don't care). It's like they don't know how to multitask at this McDonald's. Oh yeah... THEIR DINING ROOM STILL ISN'T OPEN!!!!! This McDonald's is legit a joke! I highly recommend AVOIDING this McDonald's! Never again!

Ordered large coffee and a medium coffee from here got two cold coffees gave them back to get hot they took it to microwave to heat them up,, I got my money back instead..Went to 3 McDonald's this night, first one systems were down, 2nd gave us the cold coffee, 3rd was ok..However, I won't do any Mcdonalds workers just don't care about doing good work anymore it's a shame.

I'm confused is breakfast served until 11am or no? Waisted 16 minutes in line only to be told there was no breakfast at 10:38am and it was 5 minutes until lunch, but I couldn't order lunch either and be allowed to sit on her timer and was asked to pull back around and get in line again!! Make it make sense
