I needed a new lawn mower. The sales rep was very helpful and answered all of my concerns and questions. Ended up purchasing a battery operated one. They were out of the EGO model I wanted so I chose a Toro. Five stars if they had what I wanted in stock. So far so good.

Was a joke of an experience. Pressed the "help" button, which waited 30 minutes while the whole store could hear it notify that we needed help in appliances (was trying to buy a washer and dryer) went and asked what was going on for some help at front deck. Got told nobody was in the building that could help! ???? Never got any help. Better take the day off work to get help in a store that was open but not able to help a customer. All during business hours. Smh sad situation.

We will NOT be returning other than to return the product they are currently refusing to help us with.Yesterday, we purchased a Toro lawn mower with a protection plan, and when we got it home, we found the battery sold to us would not charge. We immediately brought the battery back and were told to bring the full unit. When we brought the full unit, we were told that since it was open (only way to find out the battery is dead) that Lowes could not help us. We had to call Toro and get "authorization" to either repair, replace, or return the product. The representative would not even let us return the broken product because the box was open. I am not sure how we are to know the product is broken without opening the box. We will be talking with Toro and will NEVER shop at Lowes again.UPDATE: we took the mower to a Toro approved repair shop. The repair shop says another guy bought a mower from Lowes on Saturday, and brought his battery in too. Basically I'm hearing this is a Lowes issue since other stores sell this device, but only Lowes shoppers need repair on purchase. So much for the 30 day guarantee or the $80 protection plans.

Very unsatisfied. Ordered a dryer online and had nothing but issues. finally I went into my store and after some troubles I finally got my dryer order except my dryer actually ended up getting double ordered. Once online(my original order) and one ordered in store. They dropped off one dryer then the next day they tried delivering another which I refused and checked my account to see I was doubled charged on two separate occasions. Lowes did not help me try to fix this and instead made me call number after number until I finally found someone who could start a dispute for me. After about a month of waiting I received and message saying my money will not be refunded. And there was no double charge. So now I’m out 800$ because of their mistake. Unhappy and stressed out with my experience.

Stop at this lowes because my local store did not have the mower I wanted. I went to the register to purchase the mower. It did not accept my Lowesrewards, so I had to go to customer service, no big deal. This is where I met Bryce. Rude,arrogant, and more concerned about who is getting a break, what time they are going, and how long the break is for. Do not stop in the middle of my time to talk about your breaks, I just needed my receipt fixed, not your break time. Customer service first. The receipt was never fixed, and when I walked away to make a coward comment, to think I could not hear you. Great customer service from the person at the customer service counter. The store is dirty, and the customer service sucks.I will never return to this lowes again

Zoe was great assisting us with outdoor lighting needs. She was very knowledge! But we didn't purchase the $250+ items because there was no cashier open to check out. Customer service is a huge bonus for us and we had that with Zoe, just sad there were no open cashiers.

We had been out all morning from about 10a looking for a gas dryer. And if the price was right we'd buy a set. We had been to Jacob's, ABC Warehouse (which turned out creepy), Appliance Center, Best Buy and finally Lowes. Each had very little of gas in stock but gave us enough of their personal details about each that gave us a lot to think about on each brand and whether we wanted to stick with front loaders or go back to top loading washers to the point that by the time we got to Lowes, they had exactly what we wanted and for the best price and Penny was the perfect sales associate that we couldn't go wrong. Which we stayed with our Whirlpool brand but did go back to top load washer with an agitator that I can take out if I need to for big blankets or delicates. The load sizes even just look bigger for some reason. Anyway what a great change I live them!

Went today for a leaf blower and some pocket hole screws, ended up with that as well as $250 in other stuff. Great selection of tools and hardware. I really enjoy the kobalt tools, good value for decent non professional grade tools. Store was well staffed, didn't have to wait to long for help. Facility was well maintained and clean if not a little cluttered from so many products. I don't really understand though why I can put hundreds of dollars of other stuff in my cart, but the have a $100 saw locked up and taken to the register.

I like Lowe's. I bought all my kitchen appliances there. They're all stainless steel. And I got a very good price on them. I opened up a Lowe's card also. They have everything. There's like a home store. You can buy furnace, filters, toilet paper, Christmas items, just anything you need. They have lighting there. I can go on and on.

(PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING A FENCE FROM LOWES) this has been a horrible experienceIn early October I contacted Lowe’s to come out and do a fence estimate for me I told Jim the guy who came out for Lowe’s we needed the fence asap and we were looking to finance he said no problem drawings take about a week installers should be out to your house in a couple weeks well that’s not what happened for about 2 and half months I called jim weekly for updates in which he said oh the installers are gonna reach out in a couple days I probably heard that 5 times before they did and that took me threatening to walk away then it was oh the fence is missing concrete and this is how the lies all started every week he gave me another excuse as to why the installers were not at my house fast forward to December 20th the installers show up and there’s a lot of material missing from my fence which jim said he double checked obviously he didn’t so they couldn’t finish my fence and I’m still waiting for them to do so Jim is nothing but a con man and a liar who will tell you whatever he wants to sell a fence I talked to a lady on the install team and she told me jims not allowed to tell me when the fence will be installed or give me a date because that is up to the install team so I was lied to for months the installers had no idea what was going on but they take all the blame from this dude messing up everything I would highly recommend going though someone else for a fence lowes will just lie and up charge you to use a 3rd party to complete the install im luckier that some people who have waiting 9 months for there lowes fence install Jim will just lie to you about everything I don’t know how but we will find a way to get some of our money back this has been very unacceptable

Do not get your outdoor stuff built by LOWES. They will not fully assemble things, and the little bit they did assemble they cross threaded screws. And it's missing screws. Go elsewhere to buy grills and outdoor stuff.

Dominie was the best. He handled 4 people within a few minutes. He acknowledged everyone, asked what they needed (return. finding something else, looking for departments, etc.). He was extremely busy but you didn’t mind the wait. Fast and efficient. You are lucky to have an awesome employee like him st the Pro desk.

Second time in a row I've walked out of here empty handed. You used to be able to see what aisle and section a product was in on their website, but they no longer do that. I can only assume this is so the workers can help you find what you need. That would be great if literally every employee didn't avoid you like the plague. Luckily the Depot is right across the street from here if you want to save yourself some time.

This store has so much "stuff" in the isle, it is difficult to get a cart from one end of the store to the other. Carts of garbage. Returns. Items to stock. Hard to find any assistance. Long lines at check out.

My experience tonight was subpar. I waited in line for a while when associates were just loitering behind the desk. The product that showed up was all beat up and when I said I didn't want that one, they took offense and walked away.The only redeeming thing that saved this from being a 1 star review was one associate that went out of her way to look for other products and when they might be delivered

Lowe's is an okay home improvement store. Like any of these stores it has it's strengths and weaknesses. They have a good outdoor gardening area, Their tool area is above average and they strive to keep basic needs in stock. We try to use Lowes when we can, but during a recent kitchen remodel I was disappointed with their selection of cabinets and counter tops and unfortunately had to go to an competitor to get what we wanted. This cost Lowes 10 of thousands of dollars. Staff here is acceptable and most of them try to help. Overall I will default to Lowes but again you have to know what your looking for and which home improvement store will have what you want.
