They were absolutely fabulous here. They let me drop my dogs off and told me to bring the shot records later, since i forgot about them, so I wouldn't have to reschedule as they do get pretty booked.Drop off time is from 7am to 830am. When dropping them off they were very through and explained everything In depths. They went into the care they would do for both my dogs as well as introduce themselves to out dogs especially with our shipoo who is very skittish, which i really appreciate. They really interact with the dogs and keep them good company. The staff actually seem like they love working here and working with the their pups and clients. They also did really good in washing and brushing out our corgi and did amazing on washing and trimming our shipoo. The nail care was amazing as well. They even came with cute bowties. The pick up time does vary as it states it's a first come first serve from drop off. They are really nice on the phone as well. The prices are also really good. The lobby and parking is a little small and cramped but it isn't awful. Will definitely be keeping my service with them. I could tell my puppy enjoy it much more here than petsmart after leaving.

Great salon for the puppies! My 2 yorkies have been coming here for the last 4 or so years, I have been exceedingly happy with the service. The puppies always look great and their timing is excellent! :D Love Let The Fur Fly!

Very happy we found this place, they did a great job at a great price. We have a toy poodle, we went to a few different places which all charged in the $60 range. They all either had really long waits (like months) or we had bad experiences (inexperienced staff). This place was less expensive then the rest, was able to get him in same week and did a really good job. Every other time we got him groomed somewhere there would be spots they missed that I had to fix, not a big deal. But, this cut was perfect and exactly what we asked for.

Love love love this place and the people within! They take great care for your pet and you. Automatic scheduling takes the work out for you and they’re great with reminders. I know my puppy is in good hands and loved on when he’s there!

Got my dog shadows nails done here, he is normally skidish but this time.with the ladies he was with ge seemed to do just fine and the ladies behind the desk was super quick to helping me out with my little shadow. In and out in a jiffy with no problems at all! Only $10 for clipping there nails!

We love this place! We moved to Sylvania from West Toledo and were looking for a close groomer. We couldn’t believe the great price and great cut our dog received here! They are so patient with our anxious and sometimes growly dog also. They muzzle him while doing his nails but really try to manage and make him comfortable. We have visited three times now and the cuts have been consistent.Update 2022: 3 years later and we LOVE this place! Our jack loves going now! We call it spa day. He gets so excited when we drop him off. Clearly he is in good, loving hands while he is there. The groomer says he hops on the table himself and wouldn’t even need clipped on.

My dogs were very hairy and needed grooming. They had to be trimmed pretty short. Friendly staff. Good behavior towards the pets. Just a bit pricey.

I feel comfortable with my dogs in their care. Not overpriced like many groomers and the best cut I've been able to find for both of my dogs. Before Let the Fur Fly I had tried about 6 different pet salons, always ending up disappointed. I'm thankful to finally find a groomer we can stick with.

Christine is such a fantastic person and the grooming she does is nothing short of wonderful! She is kind, gentle, skilled and patient with the dogs. I not only take my ShiTzu to Christine for her grooming but we also took our late Golden Retriever Wilma to her as well. She does a great job on all dogs regardless of size!!! Love her!

I love this place. I bring in my 5 pound chihuahua and my 60 pound boxer mix that is Absolutely TERRIBLE when you try to cut his nails and everytime these women work they're magic they are nice, good with the dogs and get they're nails nice and short!
