I am from Cleveland ohio, my daughter lives in toledo. I'm there least 4x a month at that store. I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE KROGERS. they use to be here in Cleveland. Always a clean space to shop at. I give this grocery chain an A+++++ keep up the great work. The staff is pleasant all the time. I visit different krogers in toledo. Not a bad thing I can say bout this store. Keep up the good work. Very clean, the prices were reasonable and better than Giant Eagle in most places, and the cashiers were kind, quick, and professional despite the store being very busy and very few checkouts because of the labor shortage. Props to them! The store was very clean too and had recently received an interior remodel.

Very dissapointed at this Kroger location. They allow people to bring dogs, not even service dogs, but just any dog. I own a big Husky, I'm going to start bringing it to this store because the employees and management don't care about keeping their grocery store free of animal fur and pathogens anymore.

This store is totally disgusting. So dirty . They really need to clean things up. I find mold on food. Cold food sitting around store. And the ladies bathroom just had the big old roll of toilet paper just sitting on floor to use not on roller. 😡😡😡😡

Even though the sign at the door says service animals only NO PETS, you still see ignorant cretins bring their stinking germ ridden flea riddled mutts Pets in the store. Ohio health code violation. State law says only service animals permitted in stores. And so called emotional support animals do no qualify as legitimate service animals. Sick and disgusting years ago you never seen this, cuz there wascommon sense people knew animals don't belong in a grocery store ,sad how society has took a nose dive. Some people are allergic to dogs and cannot be around them what about those shoppers Kroger?????

Kroger is constantly violating health codes by allowing customers to place their dogs inside of shopping carts where food is placed. Staff also fail to do their job by asking customers who bring dogs inside the store if it is a service dog or not. Staff were also seen displaying unprofessional, and very unhygienic behavior by petting customers dogs and then handing food. I witnessed dander go airborne when they do this and land in food. Very disgusting. Kroger is more like a doghouse than a supermarket.

This location is a bit better than the Miracle Mile location. Still, seems Kroger hires just about anyone. The children bagging do a horrible job and are so rude. Wish there were nicer grocery stores in Toledo like Publix.

Pick list here is absolutely the worst. They never communicate they don’t call or anything and every other order is going to be delayed. I placed an order this morning for tonight pick up at 6 o’clock (15 items) received a text message that it was gonna be ready between seven and eight. I drive 15 minutes there to get my groceries to have some kid come out and tell me that it wouldn’t be ready for 24 hours??!! Really how in gods name to the store have a four star rating??? obviously employees and family/friends of employees are fluffing the reviews up because this is like the fifth time in 2 months that they were running so far behind and had no decency to call or send a text!

Please don’t go into this grocery store. They allow dogs which I a MAJOR Health code violation. They not only allow around open food, fruits, and vegetables, but customers bring in bully breeds. So if you’re in that store, you’re in danger, and your loved ones are in danger.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have multiple complaints about this storeFirst off this store NEVER has more than one or two registers open, and maybe 3 to 5 uscans, so expect to wait a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes to check out.Second, today I went in to pay my gas bill and after waiting in line for over 20 minutes,the woman at the customer service desk turned me away because I didn't have a physical copy of my bill (never once needed a physical copy before and I stressed this to her). After spending another 45 mins running around trying to find it and having to print it out I go pay it at Laskey Kroger, and what do you know, I was right, I didn't even need a physical copy.After this occurred I called Alexis kroger to complain and it took over 7 minutes before the front desk answered the phone,and after they transferred me to a manager I was disconnected from the call after waiting another 4 or 5 minutes. I tried calling back and was left unanswered for almost 10 minutes before finally giving up.Other things to complain about, shelves aren't usually stocked well and Kroger is by far more expensive than any other grocery store, and it's pretty common for them to be out of carts.I'm done shopping here. Corporate will be getting a complaint call.

I use my healthy benefits card here and I went to the register and got what was on the list from anthem blue cross blue shield and still owned 8.33 so I said to take everything off and walked off re-shoped and a police officer asked me to leave all because supposedly I got into an altrication.

Not enough cashier's. Usually there is 1 cashier and 4-6 self checkout counters. They have 10 self checkout counters, but they only rarely have them both open. This results in long wait times. Please hire more people.

Scott and Jerimey in the meat/seafood department are exceptional! Corporate should know what amazing employees they are. They are so kind, caring, and knowledgeable!!! Kroger is fortunate to have them. They deserve acknowledgment. Holidays and weekends they always have a smile and friendly greeting.

I used to visit this store often. Well lately ill gladly go to meijers and spend a extra few bucks. I wont have to stand in the line to self checkout my items for almost a hour. The self checkout machines are set so the machine goes off non stop then calls help for you. So now at self checkout the cashier still has to check items. I go to any other self checkout at any other store and have no problem. Also the self checkouts are card only. The self checkout machines themselves are gross 🤢 They do not let you know card only so you stand in line forever to find out you have to go to the 1 cashier lane that is accepting cash. Ive seen many people just walk out with their groceries to avoid the line. Security guard dont even bat en eye because they are only there to watch and report. The employees are rude. The bathroom😳. Paper on the door said it was deep cleaned 30min before I went in. Grime all around the faucets, toilet paper not stocked, mirror you cant even see yourself in, the hand dryer is disgusting. There is always emails saying they are hiring. I applied before the holidays and they replied to my application with they were not hiring at this time. Something has to give because that place is crazy anymore.

This location consistently has only 4 out of 10 self check out lines open, while only having one cashier lane open. Expect to wait 30 minutes in a line to the back of the store to check out. Got a coffee from Starbucks the other day and they set it out of me. In the 45 seconds I wasn’t looking someone stole my coffee off the table. Literally the Scumiest Kroger around don’t brother stopping.

Close to home, has most everything I need at a reasonable price. Make sure to check out the sales and any coupons for the maximum savings. I prefer Kroger to a grocery store that's a little closer because the prices at Kroger are better.

I always shop @ this Kroger's because it is my favorite one. But, I wet in on Monday 3-6-2023 to get a Cookie cake for my son's birthday. I asked the lady if she could put Happy Birthday on it for me and she said she was to busy because she was the only person there for the bakery and deli department. It's too bad that I had to leave and go to another store because she couldn't take 3 minutes to help me.

Well they used to have a cashier policy stating between certain hours they would guarantee to have all lanes open. That no longer exists. You spend twice the time in a checkout lane then you do shopping. We can't buy time and it's precious as we all know. I will never come to this Alexis location ever again. Lambertville is where to be.

I was walking out of the store this afternoon when I was almost hit by someone in the parking lot, and that person proceeded to scream at me and my roommate. This woman quite literally threatened to pull her gun on us because we got mad and said to watch for people in a parking lot and the employee that witnessed the whole thing as we told the woman to watch where she's going told us to "shut up and walk away" and those were her exact words. She said nothing to the woman who was threatening us. I have never been to a store where someone who didn't do anything wrong was treated like that. It was such a disrespectful way of treating us for that. The employee didn't get anyone to deescalate the situation. She just told the two of us that were having our safety and, potentially, our lives threatened to just shut up.

One of the worst Kroger in all of toledo. Money centers never open. All self check out lanes are card only and at the most there is 2 check out lanes open. Both will have lines longer then 8 people.

When I went to check out, only one cashier, the one I used, had a mask on. The others had theirs down and were not distancing. They were all standing close and joking. I was appalled by this and how people still went to their lanes. They were also not enforcing the mask mandate with customers. Many customers went through the self scans with their masks down. Some in the store didn't have them on either.*old review after *Worst visit in a long time. Upon entering, no carts and baskets ran out. I needed lettering on a cake. I, and others, waited 25 minutes to have the deli counter lady tell us she went on break and no one was covering bakery. I saw at least a dozen different employees go by, not one offering help. They seemed to change course to avoid the counter (and us). The lady at the check out seemed concerned that no one was covering her break and for the length of it. I ended up buying a tube of frosting that of course won't stick (hence my wanting them to write it on). FYI, a lot of good reviews were because of senior days. Those were eliminated. The carts have an electronic device that shuts them down if you take them out of the lot. They don't even go to the edge. I have shuttled my groceries to my car, end row, on several occasions. I have not been visiting this store as often. See no need to.

I absolutely LOVE Niecha! Out of all the times we chat at her checkout, today she made me feel so special. Talking while packing my groceries and talking to my baby. She don't know what I have been dealing with and her kindness just shined 10x more today, I appreciate people like her. I left that store after standing in line (for a little longer than normal) smiling and feeling good.

Lately this kroger has gone down hill and has just about hit the bottom. Waiting in line for 25 to 30 minutes when the shopping only took 10 minutes. They need to figure something out fast or it will taint this location. Started with no carts rolling to the lines then rude staff when something is said. It's not the customers fault kroger! Fix it!

I could not find a product listed in the weekly ad, so, I asked about the product on sale to the meat department manager. He gave me an attitude about how they don’t have it and the sale started three days ago. The ad lasts a full week. I walked away wishing I hadn’t asked in the first place. Other than that, the shopping trip was just okay.

What on the world is going on at Kroger on Alexis's. The last month the check out lines have been ridiculous extending down every aisle. By the time I got to check out frozen items were thawing such as ice cream. I realize I don't need it but, that's not the point. Have workers quit? I don't know what's happening and I should of asked. I sure hope things get better!

Horrible me and our family and about 10 other people I know will travel to another Kroger or started shopping at expensive miejer because how horrible this store has gotten never have anything in stocks we want or need lines are always long as cam be they switched to only running the self checkout card only they always need a cashier so your stuck waiting on 1 person to help every person standing at self checkout cuz id's or something Than they only push the product they want to sell like mo I want the Kroger brand that $3 cheaper but that's what they obviously have a lot name brand so purposely leave the Kroger brand off the shelf have to sell this name brand so make us pay the more $
