This is not my usual branch but I will be visiting more often, it was a better experience. Felt less dingy . The shelves were in perfect order, all the self checkouts were open, most of the registers were manned, grocery area looked great, OHLQ store was arranged well and everything looked great there too.

The staff at Krogers are great. Today shopping wasn't so great, a lot of items were not on the shelf. The weather is artic so maybe a truck didn't show up or people horded like they do when a storm hits. One thing I've always wanted to voice my opinion on is the kroger app. I'm close to 70 and I.am not as savvy as younger people with technology. I have learned alot in recent years, but I must say whoever designed the digital coupon application must not have grand parents. Make it simple. Just put all the coupons on the kroger card we have to show at check out so ALL OF US can enjoy the discounts.

Okay if you’re in a hurry to get food personally experiencing all the 40+ miserable tired ladies dont greet you maybe they need to loosen those pins wont cringe so much. The disrespect of these Kroger employees no one asked you to work dont be mad because im having a great day don’t ruin it

You need to learn the layout of the store and know the times that personal services are available like the deli bakery meet seafood I believe they mostly close by 6:00

Ordered online because I'm paralyzed, it was literally 2 items. The earliest time to schedule a pick up was 3 and a half hours out. I show up early, because I have stuff to do and they are not busy. They won't let me pick it up until 15 mins before hand, won't let me come inside and get it myself without issuing a refund. And we're very rude over the phone. Kept cutting me off. So I guess I'll sit in the parking lot for a hour and a half waiting on people to continue to be lazy.... There is nobody else here, they just don't want to fill the order

This review is based on one employee her name is Tammy she's got to be the laziest person I have seen she was at customer service no one in line talking on her cell phone laughing having a great conversation and told me I had to wait a minute. Then another employee walked up I think her name was Connie and she asked if she could help Tammy told her no I could wait. I have been there several times and she's always behind that counter doing nothing and the checkout is always backed up.

Great beer selection, better sales than Meijers, friendly employees every visit. The liquor store inside is nice too. Weird it is separate from the actual store. Why not just put it all together in main store? Anyway. Nice place and return when in area.

In my opinion this Krogers is the best location out of all of them. I could be wrong but it seems bigger than the others, has more products, and staff is friendly and helpful each visit.

New system for curbside pickup is awful. No number to call just a QR code. Ended up having to wander around the store looking for help since no one answered the store phone number

This location closes at 10p I arrived about 945pm to pick up one item. I walked to the storefront but when I tried to enter a weird guy stood in my way. He told me I wasn't allowed to enter the store because the store was closed. He told me they closed 5 minutes early. I was really confused. He wasn't wearing anything Kroger apparel. I decided to defy his orders and took a step forward saying it wasn't even 9:55 and I needed to get cat food. He moved towards the middle of the door and squared his shoulders and stood there like he was the bouncer at a strip club. I returned to my car and sat there for a second. I watched him let everyone out of the store and make sure that the door closes behind them while he stood in the middle of the doorway like the bouncer. I decided to call the service desk and told them there was a weird guy in my way and he wouldn't let me in the store. I was in the middle of begging the Kroger employee to let me into the store when she told me that she would take care of it. She immediately asked him to leave and I got my cat food and went home. I did find out that he was a Kroger employees husband and that he had no right to tell me I couldn't enter the store. Please take care of the riff raff.

Today while shopping my wife and I were checking out Brenda from behind the service counter came out to act as if she wanted to help bag. Really she wanted to check us, and catch us stealing the 40 pack of water under our cart. When Brenda asked the cashier if she rang it the cashier had told her yes they told me, did brenda stick around to help finish bagging, nope Brenda ran back to her conversation behind the service deck where there was no customers shame on you Brenda!

Bought kiwis from here, turns out they were moldyNot only that but I came across at least 2 other items within the same day that were over a WEEK past expiration. Clearly somebody missed the entire deli/fruit area

Not the cleanest location . ...I was bothered that the attendant came over to the self checkout and counted each item in my bags....and since I was the only person she did this to and I was the only minority in check out it seemed kinda strange..outside of that it's a grocery store

Had an issue finding the infamous "25 Days of Christmas" toys, and was graciously helped by a worker named Raquel. She was very polite and happy to help. I absolutely love this store and their customer service. The store is always clean and employees are always amazing! <3

There were not enough carts. One of the carts we're broken and my items fell out of the back. Us being in the situation we are in with the pandemic, they did not have any wipes. They did not have as many rules of people staying 6 feet away. One of the staff barely had her mask on. Some of the stuff I touched felt very unsanitary. They need to do a better job of making the customers feel safe and comfortable walking around the store.

This is a very nice,clean ,well organized Kroger. I was so pleased with cashier and bagger's help today. Had my great granddaughter and it's a chore. They were exceptionally helpful. Don't know what I would've done without their help. Thank you both again ! Thank you management for well trained people who want to help in any way , going the extra mile and polite. Keep up the good work !

Good service and selection. I prefer Kroger to meijer for almost everything. Good sales regularly. Four stars for the crowd here.... definitely sketchy and you'll probably get a contact buzz walking around, but if that's your thing that's cool too.

Nice to see familiar people that work and shop there. Not happy how they change the products around so you have to spend more time in store looking for where things used to be. I know it's there way to force people to be exposed to more products, but I go there cause I know how to find what I need. If they keep it up Meijer is only 2 more minutes away

Pharmacy!! My insurance was not accepted at Rite aid do to avoid another hassle I preferred called and gave the pharmacy all my insurance info prior to having my physician send my prescriptions there. Upon arrival I gave them my insurance card which all the info was taken over the phone prior only to find out they also don't accept my insurance. Smh. So now have to do this for the 3rd time.Should have been told over the phone they don't take my insurance.The purpose for my call prior.Grrrr
