Being from Texas this is one of the only stores where I found good products from Texas, however kroger is going mostly self checkout and while I don't really mind that their self checkouts absolutely suck, every time you go you always have to wait for an associate to help you because it locks you out, very stupid. Other than that it seems to be a decently ran location.

The deli and bakery has no assistance after 2pm. it's been like that for years. I've worked deli counters and bakery counters until 9pm back in my days!!! I don't understand how the regional, district, and store manager can just not care to find a way to staff those departments past 2pm. Boggles my mind. I always tried to give outstanding service while working at the Stater Bros and Fresh Market deli counter... Kroger staff that is behind the counter claim they don't know how to use the slicers!!!😆😆😆 My grandmother was a checker at Kroger for 45 years.... She was always on top the ball. My heart cry's from the service I've received at Alexis and Monroe Kroger Deli counters. Not in a good way, but a sad way. What what wrong and how come no one has the SPINE to fix it??

I have had about enough of Kroger and their nonsense price scamming.......So a normal 12 pack of Sprite is around 4.00 Kroger advertised buy 2 get 3 free......but they failed to advertise that they jack the price to 10.00 per 12 pack. So in reality it's not a sale, your getting nothing free, rather it's just a price gouging scam to screw customers over...... Good Bye Kroger!!!!!!!!!

Kroger is my ultimate place to shop for groceries. I order online often and go pick up my groceries. Everything that I purchase is always fresh and I'm very satisfied. My points add up and can use them at the Kroger pump!! It's a win-win.

How is it that the management doesn’t make sure the appearance of the store outside looks presentable? Half the carts are outside. This handicap cart is probably dead due to the fact they left the battery to get cold. Smh it’s 5:30 am and the managers here are just horrible.A little over a year ago I came here and was so upset that the store was filthy, I stocked to the max. Ceiling tiles were missing almost throughout the whole store.I may still have the 17 pix I took of Kroger then.Around Thanksgiving I took a look in the discounted meat area. What do you know, the store has allowed who ever to tear of the original price and mark it for sale. Just wow! Who would even buy it then? I sure wouldn’t!

Very ghetto. Lady pulls out giant coupon book. Takes 30 min. Then instead of trying to speed up line for those waiting. Clerk leaves. Strands everyone. Also worst parking lot ever. Staffs always very nice though. Products are fresh.

This store is about 3 blocks away from my house but I only stop here if I need a couple of items because its old and rundown so I drive the extra distance to Jackman Road. If they cared about their associates & customers they would use some of the billions in profits to remodel this busy store. I know this store is profitable. Its busy all the time. I was there tonight & my cashier Anna was very friendly so Anna gets 5 stars but the store gets 3 only because everything I needed was in stock.

We love Kroger and are so happy to be in a part of the country where we can shop there again. This store is clean, modern and well stocked. We found everything we wanted and lots of things we haven’t been able to get at other stores. Brandy was our checker. She was really friendly and quick. This is a nice store. Keep up the good work.

I love going to Kroger because I can get just about anything I want there. I'm glad this particular store now has more power wheelchairs. When they were down to one you either had to wait for a chair or if you are still able to walk you could lean on a cart and walk through the store which I've had to do several times. My legs aren't the greatest so I would come out of the store in a lot of pain. But now they have three chairs and possibly more and it's a big blessing to people like me.

So this location was already becoming increasingly unprofessional at the check-out counters and in the Deli, but the end game for me was when I notified an employee that a bird was walking over the food, the lady actually caught an attitude with ME! Can't go back there again; not because of the bird, but because of some of the unprofessional staff.

Nice store, but my disabled friend almost fell over trying to navigate through the cluttered isles that were being restocked. One of the guys restocking was mouthy saying my friend was making a mess when he accidentally ran into random boxes that were scattered throughout. How about restocking on third shift? How about not disrespecting people that are disabled?

Disgusting. Overly packed all the time and a less than desirable crowd. I will literally drive to any other grocery store over this one.I went after work one night recently, not knowing their closing time had changed to 10p. Two middle aged people were standing right outside of the automatic doors smoking cigarettes and coughing. As I walked up, one croaked out that they were closed.Homeless people are always hanging out in the parking lot where there is always a lot of questionable activity, hence the police camera which may or may not still be present. Messy interior.No thanks. On par with Walmart in my book.Update: Review still stands and if you're excited to shop here and think they have good products, you probably frequent Walmart and are a big part of what is wrong in this consumer based country. SHOP LOCAL and SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES rather than products and plants imported from who knows where. I literally have never had a good experience here.

Have not been in this Kroger for a while. Clean organized store. But I was disappointed in the fruit and vegetables section. Strawberries had mold on them didn't look fresh. Individual Russet potatoes looked old soft.

Today I faced with the Super Rude Kroger staff at self-checkout line number 11-16. A dark hair woman with the mask, at time around 5:30-6pm. I called her with nice&friendly spoke “Hello” as I need staff attendant check and She just said “I’m coming, my ear hear!!” with rude and mean attitude like she mad and don’t want to work!Kroger manager should admit and check on your staff if they have bad attitude and don’t want to service customers then let them stay home🤷‍♀️

No managers. Nothing but problems. They can not fulfill pickup orders. They cannot ring out gift cards. There are no employees. People are walking out with full carts without paying while I stand around like a jackass waiting for an employee to scan my ID so I can buy beer at self check out. Total joke of a business. I can see why everyone steals cart loads full of food from this place. This location needs new management. 5 out of 5 times placing orders I’ve had a problem with zero response from managers who don’t even want to come out to talk to you to rectify the problem. If you’re the shoplifting type this is your location because clearly they don’t care about asset protection or any of the basics that make a business function.

Ordered online and picked up at my predetermined time. Second time I've used this service. Both times they didn't have all the items on my order, but they did their best to find a suitable replacement. Employees have always been very helpful and friendly. Will use this service again.

This store's deli is never open. The meat department makes sure they close before the working class gets out of work. Using cash? Be prepared for a line to the back of the store at the only register open to accept cash because they like to punish anyone using cash. Management doesn't exist at this store, the lazy employees run the place and it shows. They close the doors when they want, open/close departments when they feel like it, store is always filthy inside and out, shelves are half-stocked, customer service department is never open, etc.in a nutshell, THIS STORE SUCKS AND SO DO ITS EMPLOYEES!

Bakery is terrible here never anything in stock and they just stand there talking doing nothing. No managers around and the overall appearance of the store looks terrible! Things rang up wrong on the self checkout but I did have a wonderful older African American lady who helped me at self checkout she wore a white cloth mask she was very kind and wonderful she deserves a shoutout! Other than that my boyfriend and I rarly go to this store anymore because of the issues we have

Yes, the parking lot is too small/poorly designed. Unless you go in the morning/early PM, expect to ride around (sometimes, up to 10 minutes for a spot). Staff is great and never had a bad experience with staff members or managers. All kinds of blue shirt workers ask if I need help finding something/to check out. Cashiers/baggers are great (fast, well-trained, know how to handle the many big orders they get). Big store, but just the right size (lots of walking, but much less than the really big ones).

Stood in line for thirty five minutes this morning because no cashier's we're present and still check it's were down. I understand technology is fickle but they manager Paul did his best to ignore the herd of people lining up and offer no explanation as to when they would be able to operate. Problems happen all the time but actually addressing them and not turning your back to ignore your customers is not a good way to handle them. Corporate might consider actually having real cashier's instead of focusing on Their bottom line with the automated self check outs if they want to make sales especially if their manager won't do it themselves.
