Michele in Money Services was very helpful with my confused and flustered self.I had to buy a bunch of gift cards for my employer and I messed a few things up. She was very kind and helped me through everything. She never once took out any frustration on me. She deserves to be recognized for being so awesome.

Chris from the pick up department was awesome!!! He was, what seemed to be, working alone. Called me an hour before my time to let me know if i wanted to come early i could. He was so diligent and friendly even while in the rain.

Racism is biggg here!!! I just moved in the area coming from Georgia and it’s pretty sad how I’m followed or when asking for help the workers get upset it’s a black person or make us wait! Not just me it’s things I’ve seen when it wasn’t my turn! I think it’s pretty sad how Toledo is allowing this! I think all blacks should start shopping here on purpose just to let them know we not going no where!! Then ask yourself how many blacks are working there! They’re hiring mixed people to make up for us because I still haven’t seen anyone that looks like me! Even Barbie got with the program lol why can’t Krogers?

I am upset about the customer service. I delt with 3 workers there at the checkout. All 3 were rude. Bagger practically threw my bag of jars in my cart. Rude rude . May have to try a different location because if you are going to be rude I won't be shopping there.

Because it was superbowl Sunday, I went into the store to get a few more liquor items. I got there at around 5pm and it wasn't too busy, the guy who was working the register was VERY RUDE. He was not respectful, i asked him where i could find items i needed and with an attitude he said I dont know you just have to look for it, he was suppose to ask everyone for ID and didn't, 2 people in front of me and didn't ask them, but he asked me, which is fine, but I didn't appreciate his attitude towards me. Maybe he didn't like the fact that I had a michigan id, I didn't want to give this store any stars, if that guy hated his job that bad he should've quit a long time ago. I'll never ever go to this store again

At self check out employees are very rude and disrespectful to customers . As well as myself. Feeling of being accused of not paying or I'm stealing items and clearly mechine mess up and stoping me from proceeding with other items belt often stop an check my items so frustrating an time consuming. I'd rather be check out the original way. So disappointing!!!

Was told prescription would be ready at 1 only to be greeted by a sign that says the pharmacy is on lunch break from 1-1:30pm while workers ignore me at the counter.Completely piss poor customer service.

Only reason I gave this store two stars is because it’s always stocked!! BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE…. It’s horrible!!! They treat customers like garbage and it’s even worse for instacart shoppers!! I’ve spoke to the store manager who seems really nice but nothing has changed!! Just wondering if any other instacart shoppers have the same issues?? Please let me know

I was hit in the face by a 400 lbs man on camera! a cashier wanted to lie to management saying I was never hit while it was on video and people standing by made statements on the man hitting me! I am a 25 year old girl who WAS a customer here until staff lied to the police to protect her boyfriend! What woman let's a grown man hit a customer in public infront of even her kids! UNSAFE PLACE TO SHOP YOU WILL GET ATTACKED AND STAFF WILL MAKE SURE MAN GETS AWAY AND LIE TO POLICE

Great for last minute shopping after the gym. Super convenient location. I wish they had things in stock more when on sale. If I don't get it right away it may never restock. The clearance section has been pretty bare lately. Overall, I still will support the store as it's more about convenience for me

Jackman Road Kroger might not be the prettiest store but 98% of the time they have what I need in stock and the associates are always helpful and friendly. I live closer to Monroe Street but that store doesnt even come close.

Most times, easy to shop, whether it's a quick trip for one or two items or a full shopping list. Now that there's no stocking going on at night though, there are times when navigating aisles is difficult or even impossible.

Edit: and the lesbian manager with the short hair - really loud and aggressive if you ask a question. She clearly has a problem with people that have benefit cards because even when something wouldn't scan properly for it to be accepted, she YELLED "I don't carry a list and it's not my problem!" before she even knew what the problem was. You see her chit chatting everywhere with everyone else. She is trash and awful.That one particularly bitter and old lady, a bit heavier with white hair and glasses... everyone knows who I'm talking about..I don't know how that woman has a job there. The way she talks to her coworkers or comes up to you during UScan making you feel like a child... she just shouldn't be in customer service. She's awful.

Order grocery pickup yesterday for 2 pm, checked several times groceries were never done, got a call this morning they were done . Been waiting 15 min and just watched an employee in their own car park right at the curb and had their groceries brought out ahead of everyone else and drove off. Glad they are getting 5 star service while people who have plans and places to be have to wait.

Dont go here to cash checks. I went in today and around 245 and the lady that works the area had the lights off saying she was closed yet took 4 other people an helped them but couldnt help me cash a check? Even saw her help another gentleman after i walked away! Very rude workers who help who they want.

As I understand I could go into the store and shop on my own, I choose to do Pickup because the lines are always horrible and they only ever have a few lanes open.If they are going to offer Pickup, they need to teach their employees how to bag, because im ALWAYS getting smashed bread because they throw it in a bag with heavy items. They will put 1 item in one bag, and half the time they don't even replace the item with something similar or a different brand if what you wanted isn't available when you've selected the option to.Ive had items forgotten numerous times.

I always go shopping here for groceries early in the morning before 6am. All the shelves are stocked or being stocked no one gets in your way because it's not that many people there. 70% of the people that you see is staff working or asking if you need any help and go get or take you to what you asked about. It smells fresh and it's very clean. All the lines are always empty. I get what I want and leave without any delay.

Very racist. If you are black I recommend you go to any other Kroger in Toledo. The Mexican lady that works at self checkout only watches black people scan there things. She will even leave her station if there are not any black people in her area. She will watch the other self checkout just because there are black people there. 0/0 will never shop there again. I was harassed like I was a theft and I did not steal or attempt to steal anything. Spent $300 to be harassed.

Update: 10/24/2022 I called the corporate line but they didn't seem to care either.Went grocery shopping yesterday w/my mom who had to use one those driveable carts. Which thankfully there was plenty on this visit that were plugged in but she got the only one charged. The problem was that I had my own cart that was filled to the brim w/groceries & we both got into the ONLY open lane w/ a cashier running & she had no bagger. I thought she had a bagger since when my mom was in front of me there was a man at the end that I thought was bagging but the cashier said he was a supervisor & they dont bag no matter how busy each lane gets. So I had to help my poor cashier whose name was Niechy (sp?) bag all of my huge cart of groceries & she bagged all of everyone else's groceries. She had called for a bagger but got none which was garbage. That place needs major help. I felt horrible for that poor cashier. She shouldn't have been left by a supervisor who could've stayed a minute to help her get her line down. I plan on calling the corporate line as well its ridiculous.

The poorly paid employees are as good as you can expect. If you're nice to them they are nice back and are happy to help. I've never had a bad experience with the laborers.The management is pretty bad though. It's as if they are unable to prepare for a holiday or season change, like they are surprised at the passage of time.Also you can ignore all the signs asking for people to apply to jobs there. Twice when I was in between jobs I applied and never heard from them again despite being qualified for retail work. Probably for the best though, judging by their low level of staff and sub-par management you're better of working anywhere else.

Kroger pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They are rude, disrespectful, and if they don't know the answer they just leave it at that! Totally ridiculous. the pharmacists are suppose to be helpful THEY ARE NOT. They repeat stuff to you over & over again like you are 5 years old. I wish I knew the guy's name I dealt with many times, that gave me the most trouble. he should not be working with the public . I'd give them a 0 if I could. Inside the store not much different. The employees spend more time talking to each other & on their phones than helping customers. There are a few that are great and it's sad the rest are so ignorant. Im done with this store. I'm calling corporate. It may or may not make a difference at least I tried.

Usually, very crowded with people stocking the shelves and others picking orders for customer pickup. But not this time!I understand the need, George Jetson lives just down the block and his family is growing all the time. But why so many pickers at the same time? Why don't they have name tags on so they can be held accountable? Why can't they use regular size carts that don't take up so much space and not turn them sideways to block the isle?Why not at least do the nonperishable stock work on third shift when there are fewer customers in the store? We used to! The lights are on around the clock anyway. How long will it be before a customer gets there foot (or worse) run over with a pallet stacked seven feet tall? If you have to do stock work during peak business hours stock only what has to be done and with minimal size equipment.Common sense goes a long way in customersatisfaction! And a satisfied comes back!

I have a cute story: I go to this store in the mornings around six, so shelves are still being stocked and the aisles are still being mopped. And the man that cleans the floor, we dont know each others names, but we wave and say hi like we're good friends. He's just always happy and he's super kind. And today he was cleaning a mess right in front of the cleaning supplies I needed and it had been awhile since I've been there so we caught up and since I couldn't get past his barricade to get magic erasers he used the walk behind to reach for them. Because we're both very short haha ! So if you're there and he's cleaning say hi, he's super cool.
