My puppers love going to see "Aunt Kasey" for their monthly groom. She and her staff do an excellent job with my doodles and doodles aren't for the faint of heart! It warms my heart how they greet her when they arrive...no nervousness, just a great big hello to the staff and Kasey. That means a lot to me, because my dogs mean the world to me. Excellent job, every time.

Both Kasey and Kaelyn are so great with all my dogs. My dogs are all rescues and can be tough customers but I’ve never had any issues. In fact, my one dog loses his mind when I ask if he wants to go see Kasey very affordable and quality pet grooming!

I absolutely love this shop!! They got my boys cleaner than any pet supplies plus shop has ever done, and for half the price. They did everything requested and the results were amazing. Their coats were brushed thoroughly and looked amazing. I cannot believe I haven’t heard of them sooner. The quality of there work is phenomenal, you will not be disappointed.

I am so glad I took my little mojito here. We both have separation anxiety from each other, the young lady that met us at the door was beyond wonderful! I am going to ask if I can have a standing appointment for my little mojito. They are kind, caring, compassionate, and have empathy. I'm going to lift this business up in prayer, but they go over and above what they already are doing. Don't look anyplace else for a dog groomer! This is the place to go to. I have been taking my plush coat husky and long hair German Shepherd here for about two years now. I wont trust anyone else. I always give them a huge tip because they charge half what other groomers do ! My husky is a lot of work and they do a phenomenal job. I am so happy I found them. Highly recommended !

My dog is very picky. These ladies are the only ones she will let trim her nails. She just went for a bath with them and they said she was great. Took my pomeranian there for the first time and they were absolutely amazing. My dog has anxiety really bad, to the point his old groomer drugged him without telling me(that's why he's his old groomer). Gentle Touch were so gentle with him. They are definitely his new groomers.

Gentle touch Gromers is awesome the staff is excellent with your fur babies. My baby come home so fresh and clean smells so good because her B.O is terrible! Her coat is so soft. On top of that if anything is wrong they let you know right away. I left my baby harness and they kept it there until we returned for our next visit. And I forgot to Mention the prices is so affordable especially in times like this. I love the care that is given to my fur baby from the staff here I highly recommend them for your pets you would not be disappointed.

My Beautiful Pomeranian needed a hair cut so bad and places were booked up, so I thought I’d try this place. I regret taking him there so much right now. I wish I would have bought a pair of buzzers and did it myself. He looks HORRIBLE! I said not too short and she took it down as far as she could go. It’s uneven and he looks so ugly I actually cried when I got home and saw it. Never again. Don’t do it unless you want a hack job and don’t care about what your pet looks like.

Reply to owner: “I'm not sure who your talking about but we do not have a man that works here.”You had a man working for you when you were on Lewis, I don’t remember if he was with you when you moved to your current location.Someone there traumatized my babies! (This happened before Covid) My little girl used to come and jump on my lap to get brushed, she absolutely loved it! She began to fear the brush and even tremble broke my heart every time. Be cautious.**Rumor** has it the guy that worked there got rough with fur babiesThe woman should have fired that guy and told her clients what had happen and not let it happen over and over again. I bet it didn’t happen to my babies just once it was repeated
