Fresh Thyme! Fresh Thyme! Fresh Thyme!You never seem to disappoint me. They have the best fresh lamb and salmon in the area. I love the variety of produce and proteins they have available. They have everything from chicken to sausages, to seafood. Their marinades are also delicious, my two favorite are the sweet chili and black pepper marinade.Fresh time has some of the cleanest foods that I find that also meet my dietary needs. I also enjoy getting natural soaps and essential oils from them.Lastly, the staff is always super friendly and helpful! If you have any questions, they’re glad to assist with a smile on there face. The saying is true, “ you get what you pay for.”So I will gladly pay for fresh high quality produce & produces accompanied by great service!You should too!Stop in today! Check them out!

We went to the fresh market just to buy some groceries during the time we’re going to spend here. Look before we know we bought for three more than $300 staff just for the three days. They have some good stuff too so if you go there you’ll get tempted anyway.

I reached out to corporate about this almost a month ago they passed the message on to the store, I haven't heard back, so I will post the review here. It's a long one!Upon visiting this store enticed by the weekly ad, I found myself captivated by certain items. However, during my shopping experience, I couldn't help but notice a persistent observer, whom I suspect to be a loss prevention personnel. The unsettling aspect was that I seemed to be the sole focus of this scrutiny, perhaps amplified by my status as the only black person or person of color in the store.Each aisle I traversed, the individual mirrored my path. Despite feigning engagement in a phone call, his actions betrayed the charade; genuine phone conversations rarely demand continuous chatter. Strikingly, he never engaged in any purchases, and his body language consistently oriented towards me. His constant proximity and deliberate following left me feeling uneasy.In an attempt to assess the situation, I intentionally waited until he held an item, then swiftly moved away. The response was telling; he straightened up, surveying the area with a heightened alertness. The entire episode strongly implies a disturbing case of racial profiling, tarnishing what could otherwise be a promising shopping experience.Adding to the disappointment, the service at the self-checkout counter was marked by rudeness. While interacting with everyone else, the attendant conspicuously overlooked me. Trivial matters, like a customer refusing a receipt or opting out of a bag, were needlessly magnified. She asked a man if he needed a bag, he said no, and he forgot an avocado at the register. She yelled freakishly loud and ran after the man to give him back his forgotten item. When she came back, she said “this is why you need a bag”, which was unnecessary. It was a woman with dark hair styled in a mullet. Everyone was told to have a nice day but me.This store possesses the potential for excellence, but regrettably, the persistence of racism mars its reputation. It is disheartening that in this day and age, such incidents still persist, casting a shadow over what could be a thriving establishment.

Helpful, knowledgable staff, and management who cares about the local community. Prices may be a bit higher due to specialty brands and small scale atmosphere, but their flowers are top-notch year-round at competitive prices and I always feel safe with my small children in tow. Special shout-out to the manager who was willing to donate "whatever you need" to our classroom Thanksgiving celebration a few years back, your generosity spoke volumes about the integrity of this store.

The butcher was very helpful and knowledgeable as I tried to decide on some beef roasts! On the other hand, the cashier was grumpy and insulting to the poor gentleman before me. She loudly berated him for putting his produce in plastic bags. He tried to apologize, she kept yelling at him. Uncalled for, rude, terrible customer service.

I am a first time customer and the selection and customer service will definitely make me a regular.As someone who works in customer service I can spot genuine and sincere interactions and the woman who waited on me in the deli was wonderful (I can’t remember her name maybe Laura, Lauren? ) . I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I explained how it was my first time in the store and asked if she has any recommendations for turkey. She suggested boars head. She was very knowledgeable and even though it was priced higher than what I usually pay I was sold. I was then offered a sample of Gouda cheese since she said it would pair well.The atmosphere was relaxed not overly crowded and store was clean. Can’t wait to return.

Best grocery store sushi I've ever had, and you cannot beat the price. Whoever the sushi chef is or are - please give them a raise! It's much better quality than Kroger and cheaper. The rice is always cooked well and tastes great, the rolls are tight and they don't fall apart when you pick them up with chopsticks, and everything always tastes very fresh. There is also a more unique variety of rolls available. I was ecstatic when they started serving sushi again after COVID-19. Thank you, Fresh Thyme.

Very clean and well organized store. The fresh meat and produce all looked excellent, and the packaged offerings all looked good too. Prices felt a little higher than I am used to at bigger chain stores, but decided to purchase a few things from the fresh meat case anyway. Overall it's a quiet, quality, shopping market with easy highway access and amoel parking. Worth a visit if you are in need if high quality, fresh ingredients I'm liking for an alternative to large chain grocery stores.

If you like rude employees, who are all seemingly mad at the World, this is your Grocery Store. If it's on sale, it's probably old/rotten. I've had to return rotting Vadalia Onions(on sale), twice. Then I purchased on sale Apples, that were older than my underwear, looked fine, until you cut into them. The Yukon Gold Potatoes they have, always had Solanine(Green, unsafe), after returning a SECOND bag, they suggested I shop somewhere else. Probably the best example of who they are, they sold me some moldy Boars Head Cheese, then demanded I get my money back from Boars Head. Their Corporate Office didn't respond, so I ordered more cheese and "forgot" to pay for it.In addition, if you're disabled, they will follow you around the store.Fresh Thyme, where your money is welcome, but you aren't.

Fresh Thyme is such a cute store and when I can’t make it to Ann Arbor, this is my spot for healthy, organic food, great produce and fresh juices. They have lots of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and the prices are reasonable! I have also been able to find hard to locate items like pulled Jackfruit for tacos!

This was my first choice of places to shop however today I purchased 3 lb of bacon from the meat counter I thought it was a little strange that it was kind of fast and they were single packages but I wasn't really paying attention. So I looked when I got home he very deceptively sold me old packaged bacon two of them were packaged on November 21st the third one was package today at noon I wasn't in the store until 3:30. While on the phone with the manager he said they're allowed to do that up to 3 days old but it's not the standard practice. Please, I don't even want to know what they do with the other meats. They probably all do that though, so I will be paying attention and asking from now on

Products have a slightly higher price here but it is off set by the less common items. They have a lot of vegan options. Produce is typically in good condition.Am disappointed that this higher priced fancy market installed self checkouts and moved to plastic bags as first option when it was paper. There is only one clerk working a checkout lane so you can wait or do it yourselfWith the higher prices you would expect a more customer forward experience instead of having to checkout and bag my own items.

I had a bad experience with this store. The managers took swift action and researched the situation, finding out the employee in question was an Instacart employee not one of their own. I appreciate them looking into the matter. I do think their prices are more than many competitors and sometimes the produce isn't super fresh, but I appreciate how management handle my issue when it occured.

I use love my shopping experience at Fresh Thyme, no so much recently. Organic pricing has simply gone sky high. Even their own brands are ridiculously over priced. And to top it off, they installed those annoying self-checkout stations leaving only one lane with a cashier. They really shouldn't have done that! Most customers really, really hate them. Also, one would think that if you're not paying the wages for cashiers any longer, and your customers are checking and bagging for themselves the prices would have come down --- nope! I'll be shopping elsewhere.

This market has different variety of grocery items and has fresh vegetables and fruits most of the times. I used to buy and like the dairy products and dry fruits they have. You will also find many options of organic food if you are looking for. The prices here are a little bit high due to the quality but it really worth it. You should surely try it and will get satisfied with what they have.

Everything! From fresh produce to every dip you could think of. The meat looked fresh and there were some good sales going on, too. We go in for one thing and walk out with two bags full of groceries. Highly recommend!

Fresh Thyme Market. Every thing ring backyou need and fresh. A great set up and friendly people. I go there rice a week just for their fresh baked breads. They now have stopped baking bread fresh daily due to a corporate change? Bring Back the Fresh baked bread!

They really friendly and have everything you need from apples to laundry soap. Their prices are comparable to places like Walmart, Kroger's and meijer. They are just a bit higher because most of the products are organic with a few packaged items.

One of best stocked stores. Great produce and scored some good deals. It's like a whole foods store, but on steroids. Much better quality is imo and better prices
