Very good shopping experience, nice store, and great products! I used to be an employee at this location a couple years back, prior to year 2020. All the team members were fantastic. I sure missed everyone. I strongly recommend! They need to open up another Food Town down here in Southwest Ohio

I usually buy ground beef at this store but I bought a package on Thursday (2-15-24) and on Friday I could smell it through the wrapping and it had gray spots on the top of the meat. I put it in the freezer and went to return it today (2-18) but the cashier said she could not exchange it for fresh meat or give a refund because the owner wasn't there. It's horrible policy not to do right by the customer because the owner may get mad about it. The meat is frozen and I can still smell it. Disappointed to say the least.

About 10% of the products in the shelves are expired and another 10% are within days of expiration. Finding mold on items in the bakery section is 40/60.

This is my neighborhood grocery store, and since Kroger raised their prices, the prices here are on par with the bigger stores, except I don't have to deal with the parking lot at the closest one. I don't do big loads of groceries for the most part, but things here are easy to find, stocked, and it's quick to get in and out. I would say the bakery, even with a smaller selection, easily rivals the other grocery stores. They have little packs of cookies that are amazing. I'm updating to 5 stars because they seem to be doing a better job of keeping prices stable than the other stores in the area.

I would say that in the last six months the quality of many items is just not there, AT ALL!!. I have purchased the chopped salads in bags and brought them home(even though the freshness date was still supposed to be good) and the lettuce was mushy and brown. Another time, the wrapped deli meats were discolored with expired dates in the case. Once we purchased packaged Nutty Buddy cookie bars and they were very stale. Looked at the date on the package and it was a month beyond the freshness date!! Now today I purchased a bakery item and unfortunately didn't notice until I got home that it was all moldy!! Luckily I turned it over and saw all the mold before we opened and ate it not knowing!! This is just uncalled for. A consumer shouldn't have to check everything so carefully before purchasing in a grocery store. The manager should be making sure the employees are looking at these things! NO MORE FOODTOWN FOR US, which is sad because we love the convenience and closeness to our home. Should be put out of business.

I'm in here every day. The employees always greet me with a smile. Great produce and meat departments.Clean storeGreat store hours. Open late.My only complaint is..The have limited the flavors of international delight creamer!BRING BACK CARMEL MACHIADO!

The deli needs a makeover of recipes. The Tuna Salad is made with the lowest grade tuna and should not be sold that way. Absolutely terrible tasting. The fried chicken is soggy and tasteless. Please do something about it!

Slightly higher prices than Kroger, but usually a lot less people. Surprisingly decent craft beer selection, but will have to dig & look. Disappointed the Chinese food restaurant closed.

Very clean, friendly staff & competitive pricing. A good place to shop Excellent produce, Chinese takeout in Deli along with a large selection of meats, cheeses, & salads. Plus a hot foods case too! Nice fresh meat case with a good selection of proteins. Good dairy Dept. too! I don't shop frozen aisle so I can't comment on it. Still one of my favorite local stores. I love their produce & they have an excellent meat selection also.

Haven't been to a Food Town in a long time!! Definitely have missed their specials & produce!! Some of the other products are priced higher than competitors, but overall a very good place to shop.

They have the most friendly and helpful people who work there. The deli is amazing. The have delicious premade sandwiches, side dishes, great Subs, appetizers and dips. Were talking MADE IN THE STORE FRESH!! Then they have the best variety of dessert!! Oh my!! Great meat department too. Just a great friendly place to shop!!

Cashiers stare a lot!! Cashiers can be cold at times and not best attitudes for customers' service! I just dislike ppl who have bad attitudes as if u BEGGED them to work with the PUBLIC! ... Your pay shouldn't determine how you treat others !

The store is convenient to pop into because it is small and the parking lot is small too, but their prices are too high to do any weekly shopping there. It used to be my favorite grocery store but not anymore.

This is our family store. Nothing in the world like Food Town. Ron, Irene, Danielle, Tony, etc. are so nice/helpful/polite. Very well kept/clean/asthetically beautiful (beautiful colors for each department). We order from China Express, each week we go there. Yes, there are always LOTS of deals throughout the store. Take the time to read the flyer each week. Thank you for everything you've done for us.

I spend 2-2500 CASH.thru out the month up in here.I come in here all the time because it's close to home. Tonight I'm a little upset I come in to do cash back which me..my kids and my niece use at your store and this time I do it your ..I accidentally hit the wrong number and needed a few more dollars because I'm doing laundry and now she wants to complain about doing two Trans actions because of your policy..BUT IVE SEEN YOU DO IT. SHE JUST PASSED JUDGEMENT ON ME FOR THE WAY I LOOKED I don't appreciate it and yes I'm so upset I'm sitting here I. Your parking lot leaving a bad review. She has no right to judge me by my appearance. I come in all dolled up its smiles. I come in on laundry day she turns her nose up and embarrassed me at the register. I WILL GO TO KROGERS WHERE THERES NO PROBLEM BEFORE I COME BACK UP IN HERE ..ILL BE EXTREMELY DESPERATE AND EVEN THEN I MAY CHOOSE FAMILY DOLLAR AND KROGER OVER YOU.

Staff very helpful, plenty of selections of a variety of products and some products are only carried by Foodtown. I like the friendly atmosphere and the size of the store. I can go in, get my products and quickly check out as well as those times I like taking my time.

Update: Tried to give this store another chance, but never again not only is the customer service still terrible but some of the cashier display racist behavior and management refuses to do anything about it.The customer service here is just horrible, some of the women are very rude and snippy. I used to love going here but after scolded like a child because someone did not work to do there job made me realize I can take my money elsewhere.

Prices are a bit higher than other competition. The staff is sweet and of a wiser age if you catch my drift. Great dive inside for a quick bite called China express. It's not where I'd buy bulk, but it's nice for something quick while mid cooking as its close to my home.

I recently used the "Grocery Heroes" shopping experience. I ordered my food online and picked up at the store. I was so pleased with the service. Adam called me right away to let me know the order was received and to clarify a purchase. I ordered fruits and vegetables and everything was perfect. I love that there were sales, clearly marked that could be ordered and found a few things discounted more than I would have paid otherwise. Thank you. I will use this service again.

Seems still well stocked. Some price increases noticed on beef. Which I'm sure is happening everywhere. Nice smaller neighborhood store. Nice employees too.
