It's an ok store. But the employees turned some of the lights off on us at 8:25 pm!I get that they close at 9:00 but there's no reason to turn the lights off like that.Public bathrooms we were not allowed to use. Don't know why.Then we get to the registers and there's only one open. They're all self-checkout and there's only one open!What's going on with this place?

It's like Dollar Tree for kids, but it's great! Lots of different candy and trinkets. Games. Clothes. Cheap makeup. And more. I loved the candy options. It's honestly a great place for stocking stuffings for kids. I like the circle shelf with the different bins of candy for $1.25 for 10 pieces. But I am a little concerned about the candy because some it seemed hard like it's old. I know it probably doesn't get bought a lot, but I hope there isn't old candy mixed in there.. I'd go back whenever just for more candy.

Will have things other locations won't, but is messy, 'self-checkouts' often limited to one or two (they say it's 'to better the customer experience,' but we all know it's be more aware of theft... having to stand in line for 10-15 minutes when I could check myself out in 2 minutes is not a better experience), and place often reeks of the bathroom. I feel certain store policies are inconsistently enforced.

This is a great five below. I've also been to the one at franklin mall and I prefer this location. Better selection and more items i did not see at the other location. Love to decorate on a dime and five below really accommodates that. Found some adorable rugs for $5 , these cute shelves for $5 as well. They even had this cute little pop up pet bed for my cat!

Not as much variety in the candy 10 pieces for $1.00. Other candy is too costly. Dollar store better choice economically

The store was really clean. I overheard what I was thinking was the manager letting her crew know what she wanted done that day. She sounded really nice and did not talk down to them. They all welcomed each customer as we came in. I will definitely be going back there.

About 2 months ago I visited the store and I discovered that there were self-checkout registers. Today I went in and a kid that looked like he was barely out of high school says its not self-checkout anymore and procedes to ring up and bag my items. Why have 6 self-checkout registers and only 2 registers opens with ONE PERSON working the entire store? Make this make sense!!

Five Below is a pretty cool place with a variety of items. Most places would charge you an arm and a leg for items like these. This store kinda reminds you of a cozy Walmart.

There is a young lady there right now that was just the sweetest employee ever. Normally at other stores I’d see several employees standing around or either following u around the store😒. But not her, if I’m not mistaken her name is Zarai and she greets u as ur walking thru the door with “Hello, welcome to 5 and below, answering the phone, stocking and cleaning and assisting customers at the self checkout registers. Very friendly, very hard worker too!!!!! My god if we could clone her and put 2 or 3 of her in EVERY department store the world would be a greater place……..SHE DESERVES A BONUS OR SOMETHING 💪🏽..Thank u young lady 👏🏽 👏🏽 I actually had to come back and edit this review because I just saw another young lady that is working with her and she is also doing a beautiful job. Great job ladies. 🤩 🤩

Quality licensed T's for five bucks? Yes! This is your place and they keep adding new ones. Everything here is worth more than you are paying. They have something for everyone. It's a mix of all your favorite stores. They have an attitude of Fun and they strive to give you a good experience. Stop here first, save yourself some money, and be super happy with what you find.

They had I person at a register and he did more talking that running the products thru. I seen people leaving the store because the line was all the way to the back of the store.then finally a manager came out and helped. It will be a long time before we step back into the store...

Nice location, usually very clean and well stocked. Only complaint is I've kinda hated the self serve checkout. When it's busy, it gets crowded and hard to pass others. It IS more efficient though. I do tend to get in and out quicker than I used to. Just could've spaced it a tad bit wider.

Many different items, some a good value others lower quality. The store was clean. They have many self checkouts but none manned. They have the boxed candies sold at Dollar Tree for $1.00 sold here @ $1.25. Be careful on pricing not all are the best pricing.

I've had issues with some of their products being broken or missing things. They took away the self checkout due to theft issues.

We love this store. It's a great place to find gifts that meet the white elephant dollar amount without being cheap. The cashiers are always friendly and the store is usually clean. They even have some of the harder to find candies that we enjoy.

I cannot believe I just found out about this store. It is amazing!There's something for everyone. Kids, adults, gifts, etcWas a lifesaver during Christmas season. The best place for last minute gifts that you don't want to spend too much money on, but just enough to show the receiver that you care about them during the holidays .I also liked to buy about 20 to 30 gifts from the Dollar Store to make the kids gifts under the Christmas Tree look that much better on Xmas morning. Now that I have discovered this store, I am making those purchases here instead.Also a great place to shop and allow the kids to grab a couple toys , books , posters, etc without worrying about breaking budget. Such a variety of merchandise to choose from .Five Below stocks their shelves with the upcoming seasons merchandise, there's something for everyone , and for every season.The carts are cute , unique , if you've been there you know what I mean. .All in all a great , and fun place to shop!

I love just stopping in and seeing what I can use for a great price! Bday, holiday, summer, cosmetics, phone accessories, books & more. They have these huge character bags for 2$ my mom and I keep these bags in our back hatch for our groceries! You can even take the bag in any store and have your items ready to take in your house!

Love love love this place. They have so much stuff to choose from and it is all definitely $5 and below. Lol. Great atmosphere. Never a negative experience although I did buy some shorts that had a whole in them. Didn’t see it until I got home and wasn’t going back. Just be sure to check clothing before buying.

This is a very large 5 below store. Whenever i need something minor that cannot be found at the dollar tree, I will go to the 5 below. Because of the size of this one, they have everything from things for the summer, to clothes, to bathroom supplies, and board games. The staff that I spoke to while I was wandering around (window shopping essentially) was very friendly and when they weren't busy I could strike up a nice conversation with them. You can find practically anything you need there and you'll feel like you're always welcome. 5 stars, will recommend this location to anyone.

First time ever in a Five Below. We frequent Dollar General and Dollar Tree. This store is a step up from both. Everything in store is five bucks and below just like their name. Store was clean and had a somewhat good variety of items to look at. Staff was friendly and asked if we needed help a few different times. Gonna be back but gonna try a different five below location next time to see if variety is any different.
