My children love visiting when they have extra cash. They recently rearranged the interior. Some items are a great deal but others I can find cheaper elsewhere.

I have never been to a 5 below before so I just assumed everything in the store was 5dollars or less. When checking out the cashier never made eye contact with me which I think is rude. One of my items was $8 and I asked why the store was called five below if stuff cost more than $5. Her response was “idk I just work here.” Still no eye contact. Super weird interaction. Won’t be back

Me and my daughter went to find some things for her classmates and their gift exchange. We were able to find everything we needed like blankets, slippers and skin care items. Would suggest for such things to find nice, affordable items.

Asked an employee (might have been a manager ) if they had an item and she didn’t even look at me or turn around just said “idk they would be by the phones “ in a very rude annoyed tone . Ended up leaving and just getting what I needed from target . Very unwelcoming atmosphere

This place is great if you are shopping on a budget. We did lots of Christmas shopping here for years now. This stiff has the most random stuff good book collection art area tons or crafts and board games check this place out you will not be disappointed

The place was busy. But the self scanners worked great. Went in not knowing what to get for are local Toy drive. Between me and my sister we spent around 70 dollars. An the people who were collecting the soon to be Christmas Presents were surprised at all the things we got.

What's the point of self checkout if the employees take your items from you and check you out. Meanwhile they stand there while you type your card info in. Take away the self checkout if your employees are gonna check us out with one checkout register open.

Like the store but they only have self check outs that aren't self check outs bec they scan your stuff for you at the self checkout

Store is kept clean, self checkout makes for a quick checkout, selection is usually organized and well stocked. The only issue with this location is staffing, finding a worker to ask for help is usually a challenge and they just keep one up front at checkouts. It's not a huge problem, but does add some difficulty when checking for new products that may not have arrived at that location yet.

Closed all the self scans except one and an employee does it for you. This causes a 15 minute or longer wait.Corporate said it's to provide a better shopping experience.It results in a messy store because staff is now running registers and long waits.They had 15 self scans and one is in use and customers are not allowed to use it.Save yourself time and dont go here.

They have a nice little selection of stuff. Got lights from there that have lasted at least 6 months (one strand has gone out, but we only paid $5, so?). My nieces get posters from there all the time.

Hoping that they've updated their return policy, because every single RC boat I purchased for a day party as party gifts, were almost immediately junk, and wish I could return or exchange 😡

Went in for charging cable for phones. They were lacking on longer one. I did see some of the better holiday decor that I have seen lately. Shelves were pretty well stocked on most things. T-shirts were low but it is not yet the gift giving season. Maybe that will improve over the next couple of months. All in all it was a good trip and the store was very clean.

Enjoyed the experience of buying a car. Employees are very respectful and don't pressure you. Explain every paper before you sign them. They make sure you understand what you are signing and will answer any questions you may have before you sign the next set of papers. Considering buying another car soon

The item i purchased ...a USB charging cable, was $ 5.75 so the store name is inaccurate. It used to be $5.00 and I was surprised when the clerk rang me up. I was a little disappointed. But I still like the store, they have fun things and the clerks are always friendly.

Cool store and great concept. Only downfall to my visit was there were 3 people up at the counter talking the whole time we were there but when people decided to checkout they were nowhere to be found and there was a few of us who could have used their help using their self checkout machines because they had no actual person checkout register.

5 below is always a hit or miss for me, sometimes I go there and find tons of wonderful goodies but other times there's really nothing to write home about unfortunately more times than not. Yes it's cheap but so is most of the quality.
