The store made me feel uncomfortable it is such a mess, there were articles on the floor and the floor in each Isles were dirty. Please have someone come and clean the store inside and outside.. ( disappointed).

Usually go to this store about two years and this time I buy pillows case lady at the cash register ring me up $5.39 I hand her $20.40 meaning she suppose to give me 15.01 she gives me a penny only so I get home realize it I go back she telling me after telling me come back at 9 when she count her draw why do I have to wait that long but yet I do so get there she says no u gotta go outside and count your draw so I say well u can count your draw but we go outside but I don't know why we gotta go outside and u counting but your manager out smoking a cigarette while u counting alone so she says she calling the 🚓 ce call them and they came two police cars deep and find out she did owe me $15 she don't apologize or nothing but God see everything she will have her day when one won't be so patient with how she do them

I've gone in here multiple times. Store is dirty, i doubt they mop. Shelves empty or messy and i swear there's always someone stunning out the store stealing tons of stuff literally every single time im there. I feel bad for this place.Edit: the employees smoke in the foyer so the whole store smells like cigarettes.

There voice message say they open at 8 am , but they don't . I am writing this as I sit in the parking lot at 8:09 a.m June 23,2022. Website has hrs post as 9am. Just fix, thanks

The cashier that checked me out was so rude. I said "Merry Christmas" and she responded very mean. She never smiled, her face and words might as well told me to stick my purchase where the sun doesn't shine. Never going back to that location. The store was filthy, unorganized and messy. Found a single key on top of the ice machine when I was walking in so I asked same cashier if it was for the ice. She said she didn't know what that key was and didn't even ask to keep it behind the counter in case someone came back for it.

They have roaches bigger then I've ever saw. The employees know the roaches are vad, the exterminator they go through says the type of roaches they are, the spray doesn't kill... I was a customer until two Months ago, when i put the stuff down that i had and grabbed my son, paid for a soda and left. I took initiative to help employee take unitiative to pull clothes from racks n put in a shopping cart cus she was scared. After that experiance i refuse to go back ill walk a little further and to dollar general.

The Manager Kevin was FABULOUS as well as Angela one of their truly caring employees. My shopping experience would have been rated considerably higher had it not been for Candice. She was the EXTREMELY rude checkout clerk that was SO consumed with her "ride" that she refused to let me go to my car to get my phone which had my $30 digital coupon, saying there was "no time". It was 9:53.. the store closed at 10pm. RIDICULOUS 🙄.

I was VERY disappointed with Rise n Grind. Eggs Benedict eggs over done n the cubed potatoes were also dried out . Ice water was fine but my friend said her coffee was $3.00!!

I was amazed! The amount of products they have is outstanding!!!! The prices are very very reasonable!!!! And a lot of times cheaper than any other store!!!

Most employees are very friendly! Always have what I need and so much more. Anytime I have a return or any problems with prices being marked wrong no questions asked they always make it RIGHT 😆

Always takes forever to checkout, but never more than one register open, employees just stand around rather than opening other checkout. Not to mention the disgusting ghetto trash customers that you have to deal with.

When Google shows that the Family Dollar at 1135 W. Sylvania Ave, Toledo, Ohio, opens at 8:00am, but the doors are still locked at 8:22am…Hmmmmm!!!Corporate either needs to update Google or MAYBE they need to check into who is doing the scheduling!!!I would have given them 1/2 a star, however that is not an option.

Not the same staff that actually use to be one the best family dollar store in toledo not anymore the old staff gone its an dam mess in there now nothing is stock and it looks dirty kelly try her hardest to keep it up but her staff is gone

Well it seems to have a hi employee turnaround,line can get a little long at times. Theft is become a big issue at this location also but employees tey to keep up.
