They should change their name from Family Dollar to ghetto dollar! The freezers have been broke for damn near a year, if not a year already, they close early all the time or they just dont open at all! I dont have transportation and It's the closest store to my house i can walk to that carries certain things i need, like my dog food. So yes it angers me when i walk up there 2 days in a row during business hours and theyre closed!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. They are hardly ever open and if it seems like they are open nope. Sign says registers are either down or system is down. Maybe open 1 day a week if that, absolutely ridiculous.Not even 530 on a Friday and are already closed for the day. Just shut this store down already. What a waste!

This place needs more employees. They are only open from 10 am to 3 pm because they are so short staffed. The people that work there currently are cool, and I understand why they can't be open during their normal hours, but still it sucks

I asked if I could return something towards the purchase of something else like an exchange. I did have my receipt BTW. She said I'd have to do the return anyway and I know it takes days sometimes to refund on a debit card so we put it on gift card. The gift card I laid on top of the item I was buying. The item was 40 something the total was 20 something so I swiped my debit card for was I thought was the remainder. Turns out the item was discounted, the associate never touched the gift card! Of course, at some part I dropped the ball not paying attention because I was sure we all knew what was going on. The ENTIRE point was to make and exchange to purchase something else. Also, as I am at the counter the associate is arguing with another customer! My real issue is once I understood what happened the manager expressed no interest to fix it. Saying, "well you can use it for anything in here anytime" and walked away like she's not fixing it. Like... I don't want to use it anytime for anything. I specifically returned this for that! And it's a gift card at family dollar for crying out loud! She said that like my options were endless. like, can I buy gas for my car there? I don't think I'd go there again unless urgent because it's closest to me. Do not expect professionalism! Go buy what you need. If you have custom service requests DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE! Drive your receipt to another location. Also I called ahead to check availability of and item she swore up and down wasn't there, when I got there, guess what I saw? Just guess! I'll wait 🤣

I was once an employee of this place so I'm no fan. I visited this store with my daughter. Family Dollar has gone downhill comparing to how it used to be. The cashier was very nice. It's a decent place to get a few items but the shelves stay kinda skimpy.

Please shut this store down. Please shut this store down. Pleeeease shut this store down! NEVER OPEN. Even switched hours from 11 AM to 5 PM and still closed. Having lines of people wait all the way until 11 and still not to open the doors. People just trying to simply get diapers first thing in the morning type stuff Sad as hell

They alright its good enough for me to run in and get what i need or want. The staff isnt bad, a little on the chill side but they are always moving around working and make you feel comfortable.

Does this place ever even open? Every time I stop here during business hours, they are completely closed. In fact, they are closed right now. 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening, with no explanation or sign on the door. I don’t understand, isn’t this a business?

Went in there for 5 or 6 things and got it all except the underalls which I didn't feel like Walmart, Meijer or mall bcuz of all the people but they we're cleaned out of the thermal underwear!!! Arrg
