Don't go to this store. They are scamming people on pricing. Husband went and bought batteries that were marked $3.45 and the total came to $5.87. SAY WHAT?! Last time I checked sales tax didn't go up to more than 50%. When something is priced at a certain amount and rings up differently at the register a honest business would honor that price. I live in the neighborhood and shop there a lot. I will never be back and I'll spread the word. All the employee would say is "well that's the price sir". Yeahhhh nah! Too many other stores around to put up with that nonsense.

No matter if it's paper plates for the kids or laundry soap for the kids to learn how and when to wash their own clothes even a drink for the Mrs you can always count on this location to stay stocked and have it all one of my favorites locations

Don't understand why this store said it doesn't do refunds on food! I had the receipt, it wasn't opened and it was just a bag of Lifesavers but sugar free, I even bought the ones with sugar. I also checked their return policy which says that they do give refunds on food. Seriously disappointed!!!

I went to the Family Dollar on Sylvania Ave. near Secor Rd in the Plaza where The Salvation Army store is located. I'm decorating and found the perfect curtains and sheers. The price was right and the store was neat and organized well. I've been to other Family Dollar stores and the store was not appealing to shop in. This store is great! I will shop there again.

The store manager that was working the evening shift has a bad attitude and does not know how to properly talk to customers in the right tone. I would not recommend going there while she is there. She was working 12/14/15. and she defiantly doesn't know what customer service rules are and how to talk to her customers.

Always a good spot if your looking for sanks like chips, candy, nuts & soda. Can find most everything here at reasonable prices.

I love the new store and the clothes! I always spend more than I plan on simply because it's all very low cost but good value. The customer service is always good.

I've been going to this Family dollar for years and this is the first time I've experience this bad of service. The cashier was rude and very unhelpful, she even started texting in her phone in the middle of a transaction. I will not be returning no time soon.

Every time i go in there there is a manager his name is chris that is just rude and won't help you if you ask here is a tip if you hate your job find something different cause we don't deserve your attitude when we ask you a simple question...get out of retail
