The Family Dollar on East Broadway has a nice selection. The store is well maintained so customers can actually find what their looking for and the cashiers are always pleasant. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that around 3 pm the store is packed and 1 cashier is available, which prolongs the checkout time.

I dont usually shop at this location but was a last minute decision. I gave it 3 stars because most of the time they only have 1 register open and the line is extremely long. Therefore, I end up waiting about 10 to 15 min. Also, in the parking lot and the front door entrance someone is always begging for change. Other, than those issues the workers are always nice and helpful.

I went for tube socks and underwear. Got the tube socks, but I can't blame a dollar store not having the undies in stock. Any number of things could be the cause of that from Supply Line issues to the store losing too many from shoplifters and not ordering them. I don't tell retailers how to run their businesses and they don't don't tell me how to live my life. Gal behind the register was friendly and I was in and out with my socks in no time at all.

They're rearranging reorganizing to store It was still quite a mess. Family Dollar stores are almost never my first choice. The convenience of the location is why I stopped in for a handful of items. Customer services quick but not necessarily friendly. It was just okay.

Cashier rang up my cat food twice and acted like it was my fault somehow because it was in the cart and she had to reach. It was a 20 lb bag but she was on the phone with her kid too so.... other than that I love the place. Not all but most cashier's act like the got no job but to get you out as fast as possible and if you need ANYTHING ELSE they get all huffy and puffy.

Good if you're in a hurry and don't want to run to a better store. Prices are great and most employees are pleasant. Cleanliness is constantly an issue and be prepared to be harassed by beggars, drunks, addicts and bums. I've never shopped here with being approached by someone begging for money.

It's well stocked and the staff is friendly, the prices are good and they have a good variety of products both national and store brand, the store is clean and well laid out. The parking lot is open and spacious however it needs sufficient lighting at night

I love the combination of the dollar tree and family dollar . Saves a trip to another store. The shelves are usually stocked up as well.

This place does have a variety of things from alcohol to food, to tampons and cups. They do honor their coupons on Saturday where you get 5$ off your order.

Had a mask on and the management still wanted to lecture me, the one on E.Broadway. And because I didn't want to listen to her lecture she kicked me out. This woman was sweating and shaking, almost like she was on drugs. It's hard enough to deal with all that is going on without that kind of nonsense.

Good products cheap prices, but this is hands down used to be the most "hood store" but very nice sales associates and the place has cleaned up there act. its a shame though cuz people are constantly stealing from this store. I was actually asked to leave my cup of coffee​ up front due to people bring in empty cups and filling up with laundry soap lol.

The new workers are rude and impatient! And the new policy of having to show your id to get cigarettes is ridiculous! Im almost 50 and definitely dont look like some kid! Smh. I will not waste my time with you anymore. Dollar general has better stuff anyway!

A yr back, I said i would never go back. My daughter wanted to go. Wow, what a difference, was very clean , everything was stocked. People alot more friendly, now I go on occasion. Very big improvement!! Job well done!!!

it is a very wonderful store who has a lot of great discounts on brand name products most of all the staff has been very helpful every time I have shopped there especially the young lady by the name of Jennifer who is wonderful and helping me to find any product that I need there I would continue to shop there as a loyal customer thank you Family Dollar

This location is not bad... it's within walking distance from where I live but there's always panhandlers hanging outside the building once in awhile,.. and that gets to be very annoying!?Other than that the stores just like any normal Dollar Store? it has everything you need and stuff is fairly cheap.

Store needs to be more ORGANIZED and less CLUTTERED,Some cashier's can be a bit more NICER and HELPFUL.Very long lines FREQUENTLY and SLOW). But overall,A okay store but FAR from the best in the city...

This store is dirty, always. The cashier was on her phone talking, sat the phone down and TOLD me to come to her register. She was rude, no respect. Someone needs to take control of the place. It doesn't even deserve a star.

Shopping for a mop had about 6 to choose, except they sell refill mop heads but not the mop handle to go with, also asked to use restroom was told not a public restroom but I was shopping there and still couldn't use it I understand no public to just walk in to use but I was shopping there and it's not the first time there to shop there at least once a week sooo what wrong with this picture?

I only go here if i absolutely have no other choice to go anywhere else. They're always out of what you need. The staff is rude and lazy. The lines are always ridiculously long.
