I just walked into those atore and got refused service cause I wouldn't leave my laptop bag with them. I have a $3000 laptop securely in my bag with a tiny locked securely attached toe back. I explained there was no way I'd leave my expensive laptop with them cause I don't trust anyone. Don't they have cameras around the store to watch people? I certainly don't have a camera pointed at where my laptop would be streaming toy phone so I could watch it. What fives them the right to expect me to trust them with something I value with my life? I don't drive and have a hard time getting to a store and now I get turned away. This place needs to conduct more appropriate business measures.

They get busy but that's just how it is when the neighborhood is a food desert (google that). They can get understocked, but that's on the company. But management and the employees are calm and collected, and are wonderful to those of us that can be a pain sometimes. They have no problem double bagging for those like me who walk there, they do everything in their power to keep crime out of the store, and do everything they can to accommodate those who do business with them. Thank you.

Under new management since august of last year and the service is amazing. Store is stocked, it stays open it’s always organized. And the workers are amazing.

Totally unprofessional. Guy acted like he didn't want to be there. Waited 5 mins to be checked out and I was 3rd in line. There wasn't another clerk available to check out. Girl behind counter (not in uniform) had to use her cell to call said clerk to register. Get better employees that are more personable and customer service related.

Walked in this store to look for laundry basket and the only one they had available that I liked was broken. I come back a week later and the basket is still on the Shelf and the stores in worse condition then it was the week before.I'm amazed and not in a good way that the owners of this establishment will allow this to continue it's an embarrassment.

I couldn't believe how dirty, messy, and disorganized it is. Everything is cluttered and in boxes that never get opened and stocked. It's very dirty. The cashier didn't even end her phone call to ring me up. It's basically a sht hole. Always.

The shelves are always empty what I go for is never out on the shelves. Boxes are always in front the products I always have to reach over something. The only good thing is it's close to my house

Service is sometimes slow but overall it's a good place to shop. It's convenient and usually has good deals. I shop here weekly if not more

This place was so disgusting I had to leave !!!! They don't have anything on the shelves it is absolutely filthy and stuff was thrown everywhere!!! U might as well close this store down!!! Because there is a new Dollar General around the corner on south st and they rock!!?

It was congested, boxes everywhere, I could barely get down the aisles. Not sure if they where stocking but it was hard to find things with the clutter

The Family Dallor is very nasty there alot of flys and cockroaches around and in the boxes the employees just leave the boxes around the place

The filthiest family dollar ever in Toledo and dont get me started on them so called employee's their clothes are dirty and some of them are even too small for them their attitudes are the worst that store needs a whole new make over
