First when I walked in the store one ast manger cussing out loud while customers were in the store . Returning some chairs and a mop didn’t have my have my original receipt . They let me return the mop but not the chairs that were in original package did offer store credit or anything . I think this will be my last time shopping there. One less loyal customer

Just came to get some things for my kids for Easter and despite the sign on the door saying open 10am-7pm, it's 2pm and the doors are locked, lights on, but nobody there, even knocked. Another lady came to do an order for a person and was upset as well.

This store is filthy dirty. I moved into this area July 2018. It is a total mess all the time. Boxes stacked with product all over the store. Half the time you can't find thing's. Shelves are empty. I have never been to a store that is in such a disaster. This is Reynolds Corner store in Toledo Ohio. I lived in Swanton their store was spotless and organized.

A hot mess, one cashier trying to do store computer testing work as well as greeting n reg check out...n saw one person on floor getting merchandise out...not super busy but the store needed attention that the person putting out stock couldn't get to...both employees were friendly when interacting with customers !!!

My son and I were just at the store at 1121 N Reynolds rd. Toledo,Ohio. We waited for the girl to unlock the door and what a mess we walked into. There were boxes everywhere, shelves for many things were empty, there were dust mops in the aisles that had not been used in a while. It was difficult to push a cart Down the aisle it was full of broken up boxes and all kinds of clutter on the floor. When I checked out I asked the cashier if the store was going out of business, she answered no. My son said he was in that store the week before and it was just like it is today. Just thought you should know.

I do like this store and the employees are always nice.It needs to be cleaned up inside and the parking lot has trash all over.

Awesome place to purchase products even in this time of higher gas increases.Indeed they even stock grocery products like Apples.. orange 🍊.. tomato 🍅 etc

Dirty, dingy, sketchy store. The worker was on a personal call on her cell phone the whole time I was in the store, and when I asked her if they had any stock of an item she said: "if it ain't there, we ain't got none." Not going back to this store EVER again.

Not a good one misleading haven sale signs on something that isn't on sale. They should give it too you for sale price since they putt the sign in the wrong place. Wontt be returning there.

Not a very friendly place to go. Stock always on floor and or damaged. Cashier's always complain to the customer, manager not well trained and seems to not care about the store. Recommendations, go to a different store and leave this one alone.
