I got some powered shades for my computer room and bedroom. The quality is top notch and the install was perfect. You just push a button and the shades go up and down. They work great for room darkening and privacy/light control when working on the computer. They helped me with the colors (im colorblind) and patterns and measured everything. I could have done this project cheaper through a big box store but the quality would have been way worse, especially if i tried to install it myself. These people know what they're doing, from start to finish. It's not cheap but I'm not going to knock a star off for that. You get what you pay for. They were also able to do it in a fairly timely manner which was nice and they are courteous and professional, I had no reservations with them being around my family and children. So yeah. 5 stars.

He also offered the best price and fastest delivery interval on my shutters. Installation was smooth and efficient. Entire process from quote to whole house installation took less than 5 weeks. I love Elden draperies. As a matter of fact, I had them come over and replace a lot of my draperies in the house that were just getting too old and ugly looking. They're not that cheap but if you want something that's going to last longer I think they are worth the money.

Elden blinds was a pleasure to work with several years ago when they install several blinds for us. They have worked perfectly except for one recently that we did not use much. I contacted them (several years after installation which I believe differentiates a good company from a great company). They came out immediately and took care of the issue. We have used Elden for all of our window coverings. We recently went through some home renovation and bought some new motorized shades and blinds. We absolutely love them! Gary the owner was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best product and colors. The installer was excellent. Elden will also repair blinds and replace cords. Customer service is awesome! They are a local business that treats its customers like family. I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else for window treatments. Prompt, efficient, and honest!!!!!

We contacted Elden Blinds after trying to get in touch with a competitor (Budget Blinds - Perrysburg) and never hearing back from BB. Needless to say, we are extremely happy that we did. They were timely in their response to our request for an appointment for a quote. We moved forward that day and three weeks to the day after we ordered they were here to install the blinds. Fantastic quality for a very fair price. The installers were here no more than 20 minutes for our three windows. They will be the first call we make if we need blinds or draperies in the future. And we will be making sure our friends and family know they should call Gary, Betsy and their team if they need blinds or draperies. Such wonderful people to work with!

Gary was fantastic. My wife was having trouble deciding on what to use as we had blinds inside our windows for 30 years. Gary and Betsy both helped us decide in no time. So very happy with our blinds! They are beautiful. We've had them for a year now. I had an issue with my automatic lifting blind on my patio sliding door. After I changed the battery, it kind of went crazy. I called and they were out that same day! Within the hour actually!!! It was a simple fix, just needed to be re-programmed. Now I know not to let it go completely dead before changing the battery! This was our second home that they have done. Would use Elden Draperies again in a heart beat!!

I called for an estimate and Gary came out within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his explanations of percentages of sunlight allowance and recommendations. He wasn't pushy and allowed me to make the decision on which direction to go. I had the quote within the next 24 hours. Gary gave a time frame of when he would be out, communicating with me when there was a delay and offered a solution to avoid the delay. Blinds were installed on the day promised and work was completed within 4 hours. We have a large facility so this was no small task at hand. I enjoyed working with Gary and Betsy and would recommend them over their competitors, whom failed to have the same "hustle" as Gary presented. The salesperson showed up 20 minutes late and acted like it was no big deal when he finally arrived. I presented our project and what we were thinking. We were very flexible as far as price and product because we just did not know yet how to tackle our project. Any other salesperson (including one of their main competitors) would take that opportunity to present a number of different options and different price points and really lead the sale (usually to a higher profit for the company). This person was here no more than 5 minutes. He looked around and said, "we cannot help you." He offered no explaination as to why he could not help. No recommendations for someone who would. Nothing. And he walked out. I am very disappointed in his lack of professionalism and overall skill from a company that is supposed to be one of the best in the area. It was a complete waste of time and I will not consider them again for any other projects nor would I ever recommend them to any friends or coworkers.

the quality and workmanship were simply outstanding..The price was much lower then competitors.. I brought in a pillow case so I could match colors and Betsy was extremely helpful , she had thousands of colors that I could choose and after picking out three different options she ordered 3 swatches for me to choose and make my final pick.
