What a JokeI went to pick up a few things for my family and the holiday. The AC is broken in the store, NO workers to be found and Boxes after Boxes on the floors to where you can't walk with a cart let alone get threw to an isle to get your items. This is horrible costumer service to say the least. Literally clean up your act Dollar tree this is doing a disturbance to your establishment in place of business

Was very few people in there when I pulled up, so that's good! Because this specific dollar tree is usually very busy all the time. They had a lot of newer items in stock and plenty of the normal stock. Nick was a very nice employee who had a really happy personality.

Never enough cashiers. Always long lines. Everything recently moved around, causing more time to locate your regularly purchased items. I will only go here if I'm desperate, anymore.

Love love love the dollar tree!!! I know they raised their prices by 25 cents but with the price of everything else going up the way it has they had to. They've also got some great new merchandise since the price increase.

Always busy and always one cashier doing all the ring outs with 5 or 6 others walking the store and a manager that always sits in the office. PLEASE utilize your employees BETTER! Train them ALL on cash register! It's just rude. Then one kid always has his light off and claims he's closed but then when u walk away to wait he turns it back on and chooses who he takes care of

One thing about shopping here is. You will always spend more than you plan to. I make my father a beetroot smoothie everyday for his Dementia he wants it and say it helps a lot. I get a months worth of frozen fruit and juice 80% less than what I would pay at a grocery store.

It's a great feeling to know that customer service is not dying. I spoke with the manager over the phone and she was so pleasant and uplifting. Her name is Corey I believe. And she gets all my praises today. (⊃｡•́‿•̀｡)⊃

Very rude employee today. An employee asked me if I had a mask when I was entering and I said no. I asked if that was ok. She said we are requesting but not requiring. So, throughout the store (I was very quick just to get a few items) I could hear her vocalization of how unhappy she was of people not wearing masks and in Michigan people would not even be allowed to enter a store without a mask. Mind you she is complaining to a customer that she decided to check out but she would not check me out I am assuming because I did not have a mask on. After she was done ranting I did happen to say, very politely that "masks are only effective if they are worn correctly and that includes covering of the nose and mouth. In order for your mask to be effective, you should probably wear it correctly over your nose, not just on your mouth."She gave me a dirty look and went on checking out her masked customer spewing her words as she was being a hypocrite.The manager on duty could hear this employee and yet she did not intervene. The gentleman checking me out as well as other customers, could hear this employee. Other customers (many without masks I might add) could hear this employee.Now, I appreciate whole heartedley that Dollar Tree is striving to maintain the safest atmosphere and environment for their employees and customers. But, do not tell a customer they can enter the store and then berate them throughout their visit.A woman was going to enter the store as we were leaving and I suggested to her if she did not want to be accosted by an employee she should put a mask on.

I got everything I needed. I bought some juices they are pretty good . I only wanted $15 so I was happy. No just joking around I just needed some juices and I didn't feel like going to Kroger's. So I did pretty good

I always am able to find different & useful things at my Dollar Tree--especially in the children's book area & seasonal decorations. The staff is also very friendly too!Today when I shopped everyone was wearing a mask-customers and staff. Signs were posted on the door that masks are now required by everyone.I'm hoping that this will continue as long as our local ordinance requires it & especially since we are at the red level. Also I'm hoping that Dollar Tree will give all their stores the permission to enforce the law for the sake of their staff & their customers.Anything less than this would be highly irresponsible and force me to stop shopping there.

I find some of the best things here. I brought my boyfriend here one day and he kept grabbing stuff and saying, so how much would this be, I had to tell him like 918 times that EVERYTHING is a dollar, LMFAO! Unlike Family Dollar where hardly anything is actually a dollar. This is a REAL dollar store. My favorite for seasonal items too.

I usually go in there to buy wrapping paper batteries sometimes Kleenex just certain items. I normally do not buy groceries there. But I think it's a good store for certain items. You can get the newspaper there for $1. Best to come before noon for the most part because they might so out of them.

Love the location, everyone is so friendly. And for the price, we buy anything from tableware to crafts, drawer organizers and so much more! I take my Grandkids and they buy all kinds of things, and we do crafts over the Holidays and give them as presents. New Years, Valentine's Day, Easter, Fall Harvest, Thanksgiving and Christmas 💝

Me and my family always have an awsome shopping experience here. The cashiers greet you and are very nice. This dollar tree is always clean and have very great items and groceries. We love this dollar tree!!!😄

Not going back to that Dollar Tree.The cashiers were not wearing their masks over the nose. One stocking had hers completely down. SORRY CAN'T EVEN GIVE YOU 1 STAR. .

I will not return to the store on Lewis Avenue in Toledo Ohio. They were very rude and it seems like there was only one person working in the whole storeI had to get in line with people waiting to pay for their items just ask a question about something you did not carry. Would have been so much simpler to have a sales representative on the floor to take care of customers questions instead of making me wait in line to find out you didn't have what I was in there for.

The pet section has a lot of empty spaces. Never seem to get the basic supplies. Raised their prices to a $1.25 on most items in the store. Only one cashier open and the line was down the isle.
