I waited 5mins for the store to open and the manager opening it was sitting in his car rolling a blunt. Then was extremely rude to me once I went to check out so I left my stuff at the register and went to a different location.

The store itself is nice, good stock and convenient location. Minus the smell from the sewage plant next door it's a nice store. The problem is the employees, the cashier was on the phone the entire time cursing, didn't acknowledge that I was standing in front of her while she rang me out, never told me a total, never welcomed me, never said have a nice day. That is so unprofessional and unwelcoming to shop at that store. And every item she rang up she threw in the bag. I understand maybe they don't feel like they get paid enough to be there, but I also just purchased those ites, high quality or not they are mine and I would like them to make it out of the store undamaged. The employees need better customer service skills. Take pride in yourself and don't act like that at a job and maybe you can go on to something you feel is worth more of your time.

This DG was very disorganized in some areas and outright dirty in others. Clothes were strewn about and the bathroom was filthy. However, the staff was very nice and helpful but they didn't remove the security tag from 2 garments so the alarm sounded when I was leaving.

They've been making alot of improvements this year. Its much cleaner ,more organized,and employees overal attitude and appearances are much better. I used to find the store embarasing, so close to my neighborhood, but now it's much better.

This store is always in disarray and looks like a tornado blew through the aisles. The staff is extremely rude and have no understanding of what customer service means. I only frequent this store for the cheap prices and would otherwise prefer not to even stop here.

Nicwee clean location normally when I go! This time was ok besides the cashier being on her phone and talking about her personal problems besides being worried about whatzs going on in the store! The store could have gotten robbed and the way her demeanor was she wouldnt even know or care!

The store was dirty. 5 people in line and the manager and cashier standing at the register but was unwilling to open the second register to speed up the process of anyone getting through there. And then asked employee who was not on the clock to go check a price

I like it because there is a little of everything and even what I did not get in a department store, here I did find it. So they can turn around and for sure they won't come out empty-handed.

Only visit Dollar General, on Heather Downs, a few times. No problems at all. But Dollar General, on Airport rd in Toledo,. Have become a ghetto store. And that's bad Dollar General, is a good retailer. But the Airport rd location isn't ran with the correct employee's. It's a ghetto feel. I avoid going into that store.

I just left the store and could not get in because they locked doors before 8:45 pm. I thought the store was open until 9:00, I just wanted to purchase some personal items now I have to drive to Wal-Mart, smh

Great customer service when I walked in. Decided to go to this dollar store after going to family dollar on western. Their kid toy selection is bigger and summer toys was 50% off.

Once again this is a place that's close to my home and they are very very friendly very helpful I love the Dollar General down here on Airport across the tracks and the one is well on Wenz and Airport great staff great people smiling faces

Terrible experience every time I go there the employees are very rude and dislike customers with coupons and separate orders. Especially this older white female there not people friendly,also another white female there is very rude and supposedly she is a manager and has rotten teeth in her mouth.
