Had to exit quickly because of the bad odor as I walked in the door, had to come my nose and mouth. Something very bad was in the vents or something. Got home and still smell it.

This is my first time going in and I've lived in the area for 3 years. The store was clean and organized, but what stood out the most was the black, female cashier that was there. She was at the register alone with several customers. Despite there being several people waiting, she took the time to help an elderly customer take his bags to his vehicle. I was very impressed by that and will be back! Great job young lady!

Apparently this location has no consideration for the handicapped. Delivery driver pulled up I walked in and mentioned it the manager. He proceeded to brush it off. I told him it should be moved considering it's the only ramp at the location. He brushed it off signed paperwork and checked in the order. Went to leave and ask for his name. He told me no and gave me the Pepsi truck drivers name. Very rude at and would rather drive to a different location than to give my money to a store that doesn't care about the disabled.

Store was suposed to open 2 hours ago it doesn’t make sense. The store owners car is parked outside but the store doors are locked and its 2 hour passed opening time. People need things from a corner store.

They close early, at all different times, with no warning, don't post their hours - But leave all the inside lights on and no closed sign. There's literally no indication of being closed except locked doors. Never answer the phone. Aisles are impassible with carts and stock. Absolutely violating ADA guidelines, and general safety.I do not blame cashiers and store level staff in any way. Corporate decided their staff weren't worth paying well or treating right, so it's no wonder at all that they can't keep doors open.

Hours are never consistent. Either closed at random times or not even open at all. Super inconvenient. Even in the middle of the day. Or like right now at 11:26am on a Saturday. 👎🏼

I’ve been going here for the past couple year’s, at least once a day for something. Never had an issue. They are always polite, will greet me as soon as I walk in and ask if there is anything they can help with. A great group of people.

This place would be amazing if I could actually get into the store to shop there! I love that they have closed their store twice 4 hours early in the last month!

This place is always a mess. There is no organization to the shelves it is extremely hard to find what you're looking for. The staff of males are horrible they're not willing to help you and they often ignore you. However the ladies that work there are pretty darn awesome.

5 employees trying to stock shelves which were very bear. Not one said hello can I help you. This is not my dollar General they could teach them something about being friendly. Found what I could got in line. One cashier. Women in front of me had a large Sale. Roodney was filling bags to full to the point were one broke. He didn't say sorry while she was picking up her items she lost her debit card. At no time did cashier ask for someone to come up to help

Place is soooooo small and very cramped. It doesn't have hardly half of the things other dollar generals have. Also I tried to get the cashier to make sure my coupons were taken off before she cashed me out and she did not. Then afterwards I had to stand and wait to be refunded the amount of my coupons because they were not removed beforehand

The employees are to quick to judge and they speak their ASSUMPTIONS out loud which is extremely rude. I don't steal so maybe you should make sure you're stating facts before you speak out loud about it!!! RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!

The employees are always so helpful and there was one employee that went above and beyond one day when I got stuck there with no ride and really had no money that week she thought that I was literally just getting soup and crackers to hold me over for a couple days and told me to grab a couple more items of food and put it on her Personal credit card.. .

The Dollar General on W. Sylvania Ave. is a TOTAL DISASTER!! shelves empty rack after rack of merchandise still in boxes, either completely blocked or so blocked up you couldn't navigate the isles!! VERY DANGEROUS!!I will NEVER step foot in that store again!!

The Dollar General on Phillips was actually CLOSED at 6pm! Had to go down the street to the one on Sylvania! Now THAT DG is nicer & actually have more things stocked at all times!

Have only been in Dollar General a few times. This is a newer location for them. It was clean and organized but it is crammed with so much stuff it is really hard to look around. Prices were the same if not more than competitors.

How can you go wrong. Almost everything is a dollar. Store is a little crowed but good deals to be found.
