04/01/2024; My fiance & myself were just in there. I don't know who the older lady is that was working this morning at 9AM but she made both him and myself absolutely uncomfortable. The second we walked in she acted like she was on the phone with someone and just kept repeating that the cops were on their way. She followed us around the entire time. She was rude when I asked her a question. She literally basically profiled us from the second we entered the store!!! I don't know if she is racist or what her issue was and reasoning for following us around, acting as if she was on the phone saying the cops are on their way and just being straight up rude but she desperately needs some serious help. After we were done shopping she still proceeded to stare at us while we drove away and even tried getting my damn license number!!! For ABSOLUTELY NO REASON at all. I'm definitely going back up there & bringing this to someone above hers attention because her behavior was absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. That lady was straight up VERY AWKWARDLY WIERD too.

Supposed to be open at 8:00 Walk up there 8:30 not open bang on door lady comes the door says they're having computer problems they could have put a sign in the door to let people know they're having problems but they just let people stand out there it's a year 2022 computer problems shouldn't be that hard anymore they have support you can call to help you out they always having computer problems they need to find someone that knows what they're doing so apparently whoever's there now does not know what they're doing

Went through the checkout. Total was high...check my receipt and several items rang up at much higher price than was listed on the shelf. Cashier says there's nothing she can do because the store is raising prices. I get that it's not her fault. However it is deceiving and bad business. Never again.

The workers there are always so very solicitous and personable. I frequently get proactively asked if I need assistance at this location without having to ask. I really like their "dot" and seasonal sales as the prices can't be beat. The DG brand items are frequently very comparable with the name brands, across departments. Where the store could improve is that it could be be a bit neater and uncluttered, and often the same items seemingly perpetually out of stock and on empty shelves.

This store is kind of a mess, even for a DG. However, they have everything you could need and the prices are generally very good. I love that U can get make up her super cheap. I don't wear it much, so extensive makeup is pointless for me. It's great to cine here and pick up things quickly in small amounts rather than having to walk a big store and wind up with more than you need.

Place is filthy. Very little organization. Employees can't stay off their phones long enough to check you out. Staff not friendly and as a bonus I got I big lung full of cigarette smoke as I was walking in, from them both smoking right outside the entrance. Pretty sure that's not 50 ft away. I even walked around to the otherwise by the garbage can trying to avoid it.

Happened to stop in for July birthday cards. Found a great deal on kids water toys. Half off. Perfect gift for my great nephew. I like the manager there. altho she is very overworked! !, I don't think head quarters care about there help!!!

There's a new manager, Michelle, at the Dollar General store, Jackman Rd, in Toledo, Ohio. She kindly greeted us when we first entered the store. One of Michelle's goals is to clean up the store, and she DEFINITELY has done just that. She made it clear that if we had any questions,she would be glad to answer them. The change is apparent! I'm looking forward to making THAT Dollar General MY Dollar General, and shopping there as often as I can.

Love going here for the lil things the family need. It's not always organized and there's almost always something on the flood but that's due to little kids coming in with their parents and the workers dont caring what a little kids do as long as they're you allow mommy and daddy to go shopping so there's also great people that work there. And when I say kids I mean the babies and the toddlers not your grown teenager okay people they should know better.

This place is disgusting and ghetto. I can't for the life of me understand how a store is allowed to look like this. I'm not an avid shopper of these stores, just thought it would be a quick stop for me, oh my goodness, where is the stuff? No organization whatsoever and gross. Just trashy.

They have Word Seek puzzle 📚! My Mum thoroughly enjoys those. I really liked this Store Chain. I used to work at Dollar General back in the 1990s, therefore I'll remain a loyal customer.

Was very dirty they very in organization very sloppy for it being a dollar general you should show more cleaning place had 11 people in line very close not much move couldn't pay cridit card can't take another one so I would not being going here agine as u see in pitures dirty floor shelf all over floor very sloppy couldn't match what went what tags on shelf ailles so packed also just not safe or clean sorry but I tell 100 💯

Dollar General speaks for itself ,I would recommend their products, they have decent name brand cleaning products toiletries & personal products for a good price . They also carry name brands far as groceries and such it's my neighborhood go to store for quick items to grab if I don't want to do Kroger's or Meijers . Happy shopping folks!

I was there today and I usually buy the same cat food every time I go there and it's always came out the same price the lady overcharged me I said something she got an attitude I would never go back to this place again I wish the old crew would come back because this new crew has a nasty attitude

When I went in there there was the cashier behind the counter with no mask on, the carts we're filthy, the sanitation station was nowhere around. It'll be a while before I go back to that store

I was there yesterday and easily found everything that I needed in one aisle, not scattered all over the store. They have very helpful employees.

It is amazing even though the store is a little cluttered their the staff is trying to get it cleaned up that sometimes can be a challenge when we could short-handed

My wife went to the store in Miracle Mile shopping plaza and found it very unorganized and dirty looking. We won't be going there again..👎👎🙁
