A huge thank you to the manager at Bancroft. She was very polite to me and my husband and took care of our situation with no problem! Very sweet girl. She has a nice team they greeted us upon entry something we’ve never gotten over there. I love the turn around at this store! Thank you again we need more managers like you in the community. This store is a complete mess,VERY dirty,Probably the worst I've been in,The new manager is rude and products are placed randomly around the store and not where they should be.(Photo attached is the "paper towel" section)

I was told that they issues with limited employees. I was told by someone who works there that they close at 5. I go there with my son at 345-4 o'clock and there's a big sign saying closed for the day. Now on the website it say they close at 10. I don't what is going on at that store but something is wrong. You can plainly see they have product coming in almost daily so idk what the issue is? Shoplifters are everywhere so that's just an excuse not to want to work. They can hire a security guard if they wanted to. And the prices have gone up dramatically since the renovation. So much for dollar general.

Says open until 10pm online but is currently closed. This isn’t the first time happening.General Manager or Store Manager should be more proactive about updating hours when this occurs.

Had crappy customer service from a guy who clearly had issues/demons/baggage beating him down that day. Never had dismal, rude and sad service from a Dollar General anywhere. I appreciated talking to the District Manager, who listened to my concerns and addressed them properly. I hope that changes are made so I can feel comfortable going to that store again.

It's a nice little store is exactly what you would expect from a national chain. The staff is a very nice and very attentive. They will go out of their way to help you find a product that you need or if you can't find it or think of it they will help try to figure something out for you to help remedy the situation. I tend to prefer to go to this one and the City of Toledo I might be known as they get oh one but the staff is conveniently nice and it is in a great location to where I travel daily

Store is cluttered but associates where friendly and well versed with the store and functionality of their position at work! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the store looking cluttered. Most definitely behind the register on the shelves! Merchandise is just put anywhere instead of alike items being put together!

I will admit today's visit was unlike most visits to this particular Dollar General. There were plenty of staff they were actually stocking shelves and cleaning the store. I also seen that Dollar General had a big luncheon for the employees, they were walking around with plates of Submarine sandwiches and salad. Guessing that it's safe to assume that Dollar General was trying to win brownie points with the employees Maybe that's what they needed was a little incentive. Fingers crossed that this Dollar General will continue do you have fully stocked shelves and a clean store. Ever The Optimist I'm not going to hold my breath LOL.

The young white girl with short hair is amazing at customer service she gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the young black man with dreads is rude and unfriendly he gets 0 stars so overall 3. And they have no service anywhere in the store I had to go outside in order to use my phone which was inconvenient because it was cold out and I had to go back in to finish shopping. I had to call n send my kid pics of there bedding chooses and no phone service made it annoying.

I will never come back to this store. Many shelves were empty due to people stealing so much and a man was caught while I was there. Very ghetto. Only good thing was the man working behind the register took pride in his work and was very personable

Just walked up there only to find a sign saying temporarily closed with an employee just inside the locked doors looking at me with confusion.shelves always bare and stock clogging the aisles consistently.!!

Convenient location, however store upkeep leaves something to be desired. Uncomfortable shopping experience as threat of shop-lifters is common for staff. Only 1 register open to checkout several customers during normal business hours.

I am shocked that this retailer chose to open a location within the inner city limits of Toledo. It was highly needed, after the recession, everything in the city of Toledo has diminished and in the inner city it was magnified as many places closed down. But, this location is huge, very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend neighborhood residents to check it out.

For the neighborhood this place is located, it is ran like a well oiled machine. There is a young man that works behind the counter that is one of the most polite and professional DG associates I have had the pleasure of meeting.

I’m literally sitting in the parking lot and the stores hours say open til 10pm. It’s is 9:15pm. I go to the door and the cashier looks at me on the other side of the door and is on her phone and won’t Open the door. Trashiest DG in Toledo.

Store is always a disaster. Never have signs up for current sales. Most of the employees are rude. If you dare have to ask them a question they will not know the answer. There is always a long line and you have to wait forever to cash out. Only go to this location if you have no other choice.

I prefer Family Dollar, rather expensive for a "dollar" store and the employees I have encountered are not very nice. They must think every customer is a thief because there is someone ALWAYS watching you...smh

Extremely disrespectful staff twice I have tried to enter the store 10 minutes before closing time and was blocked at the entrance by the employee not letting me in to get something to cook last minute just because there lazy nothing's ever stocked in the store I've found opened items all over the store very unclean also would highly not recommend this location
