Worst pharmacy I've ever used. If my insurance carrier and the lack of other cvs options weren't a thing I would find a different pharmacy. They always have a ton of ppl behind the counter but offer the slowest service. Twice I've been told to come back cause my meds weren't ready just to come back at their allotted time and see them fill it right in front of me. They are the laziest inept crew I've ever seen operate a pharmacy.

The line to get your prescription is ridiculously long and slow. That doesn’t matter if you go inside or go through the drive thru. The employees are for the most part rude and act as if you are asking them to shoot for the moon when you are simply asking them to do their job. A simple greeting and a thank you when concluding the transaction would suffice. I have taken most of my prescriptions to a different drugstore because of the continued issues with this location. I recommend any other pharmacy over this one.

Always friendly and helpful. I understand lunch is at a certain time but they will slam that window in your face with no words spoken. Put better signs up of your hours around the building where your line forms. I’m speaking about the Monroe and Douglas location.

I don't go to many Pharmacies, but this might be the worst one ever.Constant texting to refill prescriptions that cant be refilled. When I do get a prescription sent there they don't actually fill it till you go in and ask them to expedite it.They do not answer the phone. The whole process wants you to use the CVS app instead of them having prescriptions ready because your doctor sent it.Again the DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I called and it rang and rang so I got in the car and drove there and waited in line for 40 minutes and they still didn't answer the phone. I could hear my call ringing the whole time I was in line.Any problem is My problem. They just dont fill things and then tell me after I waited in line to pick it up. They wont call the doctor and straighten things out if there is insurance issues.It's like they are actively trying to NOT DO the things actual pharmacies do.Save yourself a lot of pain and time and go across the street or to any LOCAL pharmacy. The chain ones are all the same in town. But if anything, just skip this location.Some of the employees are really nice hard workers. They are not usually the ones who you get when you talk to someone but I just want to say there are good people stuck in a bad place.Recognize all the short comings are due to corporate policy and practices that go into running that pharmacy and are not directly due to any staff members. But that said, there are some ratchet people working there as well.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s set up terribly and if you don’t go right before they close, you’ll end up waiting over 30 minutes just for your prescription not to be ready when it was supposed to be. Then you’ll have to wait for it to be ready and they’ll make you get back in another 30 minute line for it

Closing the pharmacy for a half hour in the middle of the day is stupid. I stopped to get glucose strips first and they closed the grates. Ridiculous! Sitting for 30 minutes, nice!

Ive been a customer here for the last 8 years. The first 6 years this store was top notch. Most of my prescriptions were ready before i left the Drs office and the employees were always excellent for the most part. Calls were answered immediately. Timelines were fulfilled accurately. They did a great job all around. Over the course of the last 18 to 24 months things have slowly gotten atrocious on all fronts. I routinely wait 20 to 30 minutes to speak to someone. When i finally am able to speak to someone they always have terrible attitudes. Rarely if ever are timelines accurate. They are routinely days behind in filling prescriptions now. They are never fully staffed even during their busiest hours and days. Waiting in the drive thru is an exercise in futility. If there are more than 2 cars you will be there for a minimum of 15 minutes guaranteed. Management has succeeded in running this branch right down the toilet. Absolutely pathetic mismanaged business at its worst. Have filled my final prescription at CVS i have transferred all of my remaining prescriptions to Rite Aid. Good riddance.

I can't even properly describe the poor service here. The employees seem nice enough but getting a script from them is like pulling teeth. Three times I've gone this week for meds prescribed after a surgery and all three times the meds weren't ready even after several hours between dropping them off and picking them up.

As one of the only two 24/7 pharmacys in the area you would think they would have it together a bit more. After leaving the ER around 3am I went to drop off four scripts, I was told that the system was down and it would be about an hour and a half. Having no other option I waited in my car for that amount of time. I called to check if my scripts were ready and the young man at first couldn't even find them even though he was the same guy I had given them to. He gets back on the phone and tells me the same thing about the system being down and will be an hour. At this point I'm exhausted and give up and go home. The next day I pull up to the window and it's the same younger Asian(?) guy, I give him my information, he asks what one's I want... I say well I dropped off four so all if them. Only three are ready he says, I ask what one isn't and when it should be ready. He says "I don't know"... At this point I get a little bit of an attitude and tell him about waiting last night and now he can't even answer a basic question. He gives me my three that are ready and I ask again.. "How do you not know when it will be ready?" he tells me to call my doctor, I explain that it was a script from the ER so that's not really an option. He then just closes the window and walks away. I sat there a minute thinking maybe he was asking someone else and coming back, he looks out the window at me and walks away so I pull off.

The employees were friendly and helpful but if your prescription insurance is through United Healthcare, do not come here - they aren't a partner. This is a 24 hour pharmacy. I came in with a script from an urgent care at 11pm and the prescription was filled, but I found out upon arrival that they don't partner with my insurance provider, and they wanted a ridiculous amount of money for a steroid and z-pac. So at 9:00 am the following morning, I still have no prescription and am in loads of pain. I also know the guy behind me in line came from the same urgent care and walked in with a prescription at 11pm for strep throat and they said they wouldn't have it ready for 2 more hours - even though I refused my (probably identical) prescription because of the cost. They also had a fire at this CVS the same night and I'm not sure what happened there, but there was a fire and I think this caused a bit of the slow-down. Overall, employees are helpful, but unkind and unsympathetic to those who are sick and just wanted to fix the problem.

One star is far too generous for this place! Worst experience ever!! I went to fill in my prescription but they didn’t have it and they said they would order it for me so that I can receive it the next day, but I told them this was urgent and my doctor had told me to start the medication as soon as possible and I asked the employee if he could help me find it in another CVS store he said you can call them yourself and check, this is how much they care about the patients. So, I called a few pharmacies in town and they didn’t have it either and I gave up. Next day, I went to get it from this CVS as they promised but they hadn’t ordered it at all!!! Then I went to Kroger pharmacy in North Holland and Sylvania road, unlike CVS they were very helpful and searched their branches and finally they found the medication for me in a “rite aid” store! But CVS refused to search their own branches let alone somewhere else, they didn’t even care to do their job and order it!!! Neither I nor my doctor had canceled the prescription, still I can’t believe they didn’t bother to order it, what a shame. This happened about a year ago and I never went back to this CVS store or any other of their branches ever since.

I had been in the ED all day and then went to get my rx filled and spoke w samantha hert at the counter and specifically asked her if i needed a saline solution to mix with my albuterol sulfate inhalation solution and she said no well on the box it says it must be mixed w saline called to the pharmacy and their response was well the dr didnt note it in the sig well the damn box says you need it.
