Horrific customer service in the pharmacy.I called at 1005a today to find out why a prescription was on hold. I spoke with a gentleman and was very polite. He explained that my insurance wasn't contracted. I asked which one. After he told me which one, I said I have another one and can give you the info so the prescriptions can be filled. Instead of simply taking the BIN PCN and Group number over the phone so that I could pick up my antibiotics, he says, "We just opened and I'm swamped. It would just be easier if you could bring your card in."Cool... so you want me to bring germs into the pharmacy rather than taking the 3 simple pieces of info over the phone? I immediately transferred my prescriptions to Meijer.

This pharmacy is phenomenal! All my records are here! I love it. When it first opened I said Yes! Super close. The only problem I have - too funny 😂- when the doctors goof up and make a mistake they catch it or when the doctors office staff won't do their job to get it in network they communicate with me! Phenomenal! Plus Andy the checkout person is super nice!

This store was very busy and seeming understaffed but the girls kept their composure and did a fantastic job completing all the orders. Definitely will return when I’m back in the area

Worst pharmacy ever, I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and unorganized pharmacy. I was on hold an hour and a half. They never did answer. Finally got the main store number and wouldn’t do anything. I also called Corporate office and they gave a claim number and will call in 24-72 hours. They also lie, they said my medicine was rejected by insurance. I spoke to my insurance and they said all it needs is a prior authorization. The insurance will be calling them. This my second review!! They deleted the first one I did earlier today after this all went done!!! 6-7-23. Other reviews are still on telling of their experiences. Also it takes 3-4 days to get auto refills. I will be transferring everything to another pharmacy. Plus their prices are higher than any other pharmacy!!!

Worst pharmacy every time I go to pick up a prescription there is a problem. They do not have to worry about me returning as customer. The people that work there act like they do not know what they are doing.

Worst pharmacy in the country. Nobody cares. They send you texts to pick up and when you get here it’s not ready or there taking lunch. Three times in a row I drive to this darn place for the same infilled prescription. And to top it all off they have poor attitudes. Terrible management or no manager at all. Can’t wait to go with another pharmacy. That will happen soon.

Every time I need a prescription filled, I have problems with it not being ready when I'm told it will be. When I call it takes too long to get someone on the phone if they ever pick up at all. They are way understaffed at the store. It's not the employees fault but after several experiences like this, I'm switching to a different pharmacy and will no longer use CVS.

Wanted to transfer my script here since it's closer, and was told I should be able to pick it up the next day. They said there would be a call when it is ready. Two days later, still no call, so I called them. I waited for 5 minutes until someone answered, and they told me that it was approved the prior day and was being processed. I expected a call today, but no call. I tried calling back, but after 10 minutes on hold, I hung up. I'm going back to Kroger where they believe in customer service. I am now without my script for 2 days, and not happy.

Every time I go there, the staff is very nice and helpful. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait at the pharmacy, but it's never too bad and the staff is always busy at work. I also like that CVS chose to stick to their corporate mission and not sell tobacco products.

I have used the CVS pharmacy on Byrnes and Heatherdowns in Toledo for several years now. They are quick to fill orders, friendly, professional, and courteous.

Haven't been able to get anyone on the phone when I call. When I visit the place, it seems they are understaffed and unable to manage their customers efficiently. The people are nice, though, as far as I've seen.

Very disappointed with turn around time for RX fill. My doctors office sent the script to the pharmacy at noon and script not ready for pick until 5:40. Not very good customer service. Instead of getting 2 doses today, I'll only get 1.

I tried calling the pharmacy & they never answered. I went to the store & the pharmacy had 5 calls waiting to be answered. There were 3 pharmacy staff members & none of them was answering the phone. I asked why & they said they were too busy. There was only one other pharmacy customer in the store. Horrible service. I sure hope my doc can get through.
