So I went to pick up a script today and I usually use the CVS in Target on Monroe St which I have 0 complaints with ever, but since I have the flu drive thru makes more sense. Anyways,This pharmacy has two drive-through so I go to the outer one because there’s somebody in the first one already press the button somebody comes to the window goes are you dropping off or picking up? Reply and say that I’m picking up, she said You have to use the other lane that one is for drop offs only. So I assumed I had missed the sign or something so I drive back around and get behind the other guy. There’s zero signage that says anything about one lane being for drop offs and one lane being for pick ups, however they do have it posted what time their lunch break is. I asked the woman who came to the window to get my prescription for me. How is anybody supposed to know if there’s no signage she said that’s not my problem CVS needs to post a sign and if there’s not a sign out there anymore I don’t know what to say it’s not my problem. Really? Good to know I won’t be back to this pharmacy. How hard would it be to put a nice sign up there like they do announcing their lunchtimes? The only good thing I can say, is my script was ready on time. Which is why they got a 2 star!

Using the drive-through, I waited for 10 minutes to get to the window, only to find out they have closed for lunch a minute before I got to the window. You would think they could figure out how to schedule employees lunches at various times to keep the pharmacy open.

I work in medicine, and was appalled at the lack of transparency/effort on the part of the person at the counter filling my medication. I was trying to fill new mupirocin ointment, a very inexpensive, generic topical antibiotic. This medication is listed, with the good RX coupon, for $16.57 at CVS. However, I was told that this prescription was not covered by my insurance. When I asked if they had my correct insurance information, I was told that they were unable to obtain that information. All the while, I stood there with my insurance card out. I find it hard to believe that a pharmacy cannot tell what insurance they are billing for a medication. There was no offer of a discount card, and I paid $55 for a 22 g tube of a topical antibiotic ointment. This is terrible service, and this is the type of thing that I hear repeated to me on a daily basis from my patients. I will never use CVS pharmacy again. I suggest you take your business elsewhere as well.

STRESS AND 2.5X COST FOR MEDICINE?!?!It seems that no matter how many times their pharmacy, my doctor's office, and my insurance company speak to each other they can't seem to get my medications correct. They did have one of my medications ready and expecting me to pay $75 for a medication should only cost 30. I went to Meijer pharmacy it only paid 30 for my medication. Shop around because you're wasting money at CVS

This is one of the SLOWEST, RUDEST, NON-INFORMATIVE pharmacy’s I’ve ever had to deal with. I sat in the drive thru line over 30mins! I couldn’t leave because the med I was getting was extremely important and there was a car in front of me and behind me and I was unable to move. The worker seem to have an attitude and if that was the case they should have called off or ask not to be at the window.

I have a child with asthma his mom dropped his script off on Tuesday they said they would call us to pick it up the next day and it is now Sunday I called and asked about it and they can not order it today on a Sunday, but it was supposed to be there Wednesday so I guess my kid just suffers?? I bet that the people who work there that there kids have all there medication, and I was upset and the jackass on the phone the pharmacist acted like it was our fault that they obviously forgot to order this poor kids inhaler....pathetic.

Clearly no one at CVS corporate cares about these reviews. My review has very little to do with the store itself, just customer service from the pharmacy to the corporate line. Everyone plays hit potato and not a damn thing gets accomplished. Awful customer service.

If I had a choice to change pharmacies I would. But unfortunately I can not. On 3 diff occasions my script was not refilled with the auto refill. But that's not the main problem. The main problem is the customer service. When I go to the drive thru with only 4 cars in it shouldn't take 15 minutes per car.. And if I go inside the cashier's have no sense of urgency. . I come to the Toledo store on monroe and Douglas because it was 24 hours but after COVID it's only open until11pm. I work nights. So when I have very little time to sleep work 12 hour nights, I don't have the time nor patience to deal with this on a monthly basis. I must have to change to the pharmacy inside the Target store which isn't close to me. Very frustrating, Melissa Bailey

The worst service ever, everyone from the Tech to the Pharmacist walking around with no sense of urgency constantly having side conversations. Drive to is always backed up there's never been a time I walked in and haven't seen someone just sitting on their phone. When you complain you are made to be in wrong because you're not in a happy enough mood to say goodbye before you hang up. That according to the lady I spoke with about them not feeling a prescription nor informing that I would need to wait.Secondly they put back a drug athat wasn't available until the 3rd of November, I attempted picked the drug up on the 13th of November. CVS policy is to hold a drug for 14 days. Because no one there seems to care about their job I'm sure they don't care about their 2.0 star rating.

This has been the most ridiculous experience ever. The pharmacy for whatever reason billed scripts to worker’s compensation instead of my insurance on file and of course months later they were denied go figure. Now I’m being told I have to do all this foot work because of an incompetent employee adding incorrect billing information to my file. The store itself is stating they are unable to rebill because over 30 days. Well this is a CVS mistake not mine but I’m being threatened that this matter will be sent to collections by a 3rd party company called HealthLift. You call the corporate number to only be told call the store or workers comp. It’s not workers comp fault. I’m furious at this point. Let’s not get into all the other issues I’ve had with this pharmacy. I didn’t know each time you ice up a script you should ask where it was billed to when it should only be billed to your insurance.

The wait time for scripts makes you regret the trip before it’s made. If you have multiple scripts, I promise unless you wait it out, you will need to make 3 attempts in a week to get them all at once. I’ve been waiting a week for a script they did not have. There has been ZERO follow up with me and I’m still in need of the meds. I now have to invest at least 45 min of my life today to try to get the meds my doctor prescribed to me last week Who has time for this continuously?

Always a 45 minute wait. If you call your on hold 45 minutes. if you pre order and use the drive thru, 45 minutes. if you bring in a new script, 45 minutes. I wish I could go anywhere else!! I cant wait to change insurance plans.

I am done with CVS. Your website sucks! ! ! ! The autorefil doesn't always work. You do not notify me of when things are ready to be picked up. I have been lied to before. Told I could pick up an Rx in 1 hour, show up two hours later then to be told that they cannot fill it.Their hours also suck. Why do they close for lunch, is that not the best time for a customer to come pick up an Rx. They use to be 24hours, now they are closing earlier and earlier.I am moving to mail order.

I love CVS' store...always clean, always have what I need! But the pharmacy........good grief! There's always a million of them back there, yet you're in line for what feels like a century and calling them is a literal joke. Either the automated message hangs up on you, or you're on hold for close to an hour! And they always seem so upset back there...like we (the customer) are bothering them? About to make the switch, because I cannot take this anymore......

I used to like this pharmacy because the staff were professional and I could shop for Maybelline and NYX while I waited but the customer service has declined. It does not matter what time of day you call, this pharmacy does not answer the phone. This pharmacy also has a high turnover. I went in last week to pick up my mother’s prescription and overheard two of the techs complaining about the amount of people coming to pick up Covid test😂. How about you just give them what they came for and stop talking so the line can move.

I get they’re busy. I get it. We need another 24 hour pharmacy in the city. But, a 48 hour turn over time for something as simple as birth control is insane. The automated refill system told me Friday, 6 PM, then Saturday at 3 AM, then I went up there today, Sunday, and they told me 30 minutes. It’s been 2 hours. I still don’t have it. This really isn’t something I can just skip and not take. What if it was something important? Like an antibiotic?? This is insane. They need more staff and we need another 24 hour pharmacy. It’s interesting that ProMedica can force people that carry their insurance to go only here but there are not enough CVS’ in the city for the supply and demand.

Pharmacy is woefully understaffed and mismanaged. We've been using this pharmacy since it opened, but over the last 6 months or so they've constantly disappointed us, so we're done. They are always out of stock of the medications that we need and never bother actually telling me until after I've waited for 40 minutes for them to fill the order after they've expedited it.They are, however, more than happy to refill the medications that I didn't ask for and to spam me with phone calls every day for weeks telling me to come pick them up.I've been transferring my prescriptions to the Kroger pharmacy down the street and it's been so much better.

I just got off the phone with the "pharmacist" at this CVS.After waiting 20 minutes to talk to her.I was polite and had some questions related to ongoing shortages.I asked what might be some common replacements I could look into and ask my Dr about. She said there were many and I need to ask my Dr...ok.She treated me like I was annoying her because I didn't already know the answers to my questions. She also commented saying my Dr should've been aware...How does that help the patient on the phone attempting to figure out how to move forward. So much for "Ask the pharmacist" at CVS these people hate you and it was obvious in the tone & responses. My girlfriend was sitting next to me listening and could not believe how poorly I was being treated.CVS especially the one on Monroe St in Toledo hates youReal professional conduct

I don’t typically review things but my experience of transferring prescriptions here has been awful. 2 weeks+ workout my medications and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’d steer clear

I have been sitting in the drive through line now for 34 minutes stuck between cars trying to pick up a medication. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Why on earth would it ever take over 40 minutes to get 4 cars through the drive through. I've turned my car off twice now because why am I running my car and wasting gas. Would it have been faster to come inside? Is the medication currently being made when the person comes to pick it up? I ABSOLUTELY I can not understand why it would ever take this long to pick up a prescription that is ready.

Tried to get ahold of someone in Pharmacy and was “on hold” for over 40 minutes and finally hung up. This happens ALL the time!! I know everyone is short staffed however patient medication questions and unwillingness to answer the phone are problematic! If I could have given half a star I would have 😡😡

The techs in the Pharmacy helped get my insurance sorted out so I didn't have to pay close to 900$ for something that is usually 40$!

Just left this place empty handed because I refused to spend my entire day waiting for them to fill an urgent prescription I got expedited. Was told a 10-15 minute wait but ended up waiting over an hour because I desperately needed the prescription just to end up leaving. Good thing it wasn’t life or death. I would never come here again.

Just about everyone that works there is rude then you go through the drive-thru be prepared to be in it 45 minutes to an hour with maybe only five cars ahead of you if I could change pharmacies I would

Pharmacy staff, the entire staff of 6 people, all went on lunch & closed the gates in our faces even though we were the only ones left in line after waiting over 15 minutes for a preorder that was ready!. When we asked for an explanation & explained we had a 30 minute drive home they were rude & told us we would have to wait until lunch was over. Either have a little flexibility upon when lunch/breaks begin & end or stagger you staffs lunches! Treating customers this was is unacceptable. We are switching Pharmacies I would suggest everyone else does likewise.

Worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. Only good employee there is a younger guy I believe his name is Austin he's amazing at making sure you understand everything and if he doesn't know the answer at that moment he definitely takes the time out to figure it out. We always appreciate him. The woman pharmacist is the rudest person ever. Always has a bad attitude, talks rude. Makes you wait forever just to speak with her even when there is no one in line. The man pharmacist can be rude too. But I would rather deal with him then her. Constantly has new staff there and they never seem to know anything. They are always screwing up names and even gave me the wrong persons meds on top of my daughters meds which I realized when I got home... Lines are usually long. The other staff in the store are always nice. Store is clean. Pharmacy department just sucks!!!

If Google allowed a zero star rating that is what I would have given. This entire pharmacy is filled with the rudest employees I have ever dealt with at any business. Their pharmacy techs are unbelievable and I now realize they get their poor attitude from the actual pharmacist. Avoid this particular location at all costs if you can. The pharmacist just told me to have a nice day and hung up on me instead of trying to understand the point I was trying to make.
