Please stay away from this pharmacy if you can. They have the worst and unprofessional service ever. I was told my blood pressure meds would be ready in 2 hours and when I went to pick them up they hadn't even started filling them, and I was told they wouldn't be ready until the next day. The Pharmacist wouldn't even give me one pill to get me through til the next day, and recommended that I go to Urgent Care.

Between the limited hours having 2 hrs taken away for employee lunches, long waits and having to re-request prescriptions that were called in by doctors and poor customer service... this place is very difficult to work with.Most recent issue was my son going to pick up his Rx and they had incorrect information. Rather than updater it, they turned him and my husband away. Call to attempt to give the updated information and they say to come in. Why did you not do this when they were there?? So unprofessional. Gave 2 stars for their reminder texts.Why is it so hard to find a good pharmacy??

Horrendous customer service skills, how dare any pharmacy tech talk down to me.You are required to wait 10-30 minutes in the store while your prescription is filled, even though the app that they encourage you to download told you six hours ago that your prescription was ready to be picked up.The staff will gladly inform you that they don’t control the app - so WHERE is the app getting its information that my prescription has been filled, if not from your store?Never returning to this pharmacy again.

Horrible pharnacy; I've had countless issues getting my medication refilled and receiving new medication. Their communication is non-existent. Said my script wouldn't be ready until 5 days from now, and I have a rash that needs to be treated. Choose another pharmacy to go to: this one is not worth it.

I switched pharmacies after dealing with this place and having nothing but awful experiences. Unfortunately I had to have one medication called here due to my other pharmacy being out. And I was quickly reminded of why I switched. I received not one but two texts telling me my Rx was was ready, only to arrive and then to tell me it was not ready. The woman in the drive thru was passive aggressive and rude. This place is trash and the pharmacy staff is truly terrible. I'm very understanding and patient with retail workers and servers etc, so I'm not writing this for a small discretion, but never ending condescending staff. Don't go here if you can help it.

The manager is so rude. I had an Amazon return and it said that I don’t need a return slip printed or a package I just needed to drop the item off in the original packaging. When I walked in the store immediately the manager said “we aren’t a full service UPS drop off” and I told him that is what Amazon said that I can just drop it off and he said “no you can’t if you looked it up properly you would know that we aren’t a full service UPS drop off”. What a jerk. How about you contact Amazon to fix this issue or maybe put a sign up instead of yelling at people when they walk in. So rude!

I just went to this pharmacy to get a new prescription . when I paid for it, the young lady asked me if $96.05 was “all right “ that it was a little high. I said I guess, I have never had this prescription before so I thought that that was just the price. I asked her if my insurance was considered she said yes. Upon getting home with my prescription, I looked on GoodRx and it was $34. At CVS. I went back and told them and they said I didn’t ask for good RX. They couldn’t do anything about the difference. The woman that checked me out said you said that price was fine. When I told you what it was, I didn’t know there were code words for CVS that you can get your drugs cheaper. If you ask me the right CVS “magic words “ I will sell it to you for a third of the price. We are retired professional people that feel like we have just been somehow scammed . I have had other issues with this pharmacy and we have just filled our last prescriptions there.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. If I could give it no stars I would. Rude and condescending pharmacists. Poor to nonexistent communication with their customers on med refill issues. Inconsisent procedures. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

Tonight I waited over 20 minutes on hold for the pharm. While on hold, I called the pharm from my other phone still on hold with the first. Now, I am on hold on 2 phones! After 30 minutes on hold, I called and spoke with the night manager who said they only had one pharmacist and one tech working with 9 people waiting in line, no one answering the phone and who knows what the drive thru is doing. Seriously, you call this customer service? NM said people didn’t show up for work. Pitiful service and zero vote of confidence on getting scripts filled. CVS needs a major overhaul in management who can lead their employees so they want to come to work. Never did get thru gave up and wrote this. Walgreens and RiteAid here we come.

CVS PHARMACY STINKS!! I have been on hold for 45 minutes!!! It’s takes them 3-4 days to process a script. I am totally out of a Med it’s been processing for 2 days. Even when I tell my doctors to send scripts to CVS they agree the are horrible. CVS SHOULD CLOSE THEIR PHARMACY AS THEY ARE USELESS AND ALWAYS MORE EXPENSIVE THEN OTHER PHARMACIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Only took 6 weeks for them to get a simple prescription prepared. They refuse to effectively communicate with doctors. My doctor offered to go to the pharmacy with me. And the older blond lady at the front counter always makes you wait until she’s done eating to cash you out. Have left numerous times without making a purchase because of her.

I only deal with the pharmacy and it has gone down hill really fast over the past 5 months. They don't answer the phone, they hang up on calls and a new female pharmacist doesn't care about anything and goes seems to go out of her way to NOT help.

CVS as a whole is a TERRIBLE place to get any prescription. The cost of the prescription no matter what insurance you have is astronomical. If you can go someplace else like (Giant Eagle) then please do or you will leave CVS with a wallet so light it floats away. Also don't let them tell you it's your insurance...it's not. CVS demands a HIGH reimbursement rate which drives up the cost for consumers to pay.

Coming here to share my experience but it almost seems like I don't have to. Every other review reflects my experience. The one older woman whose name I can't recall, (5 year pharmacy technician at that location apparently) really knows how to make someone feel like sh*t about themselves at 9am. Said my prescription wasn't ready (it was supposed to be ready YESTERDAY). I had to call my doctor's office in line. The lady at my doctor's office said the same thing, it should be ready. So this lady huffed and puffed and said it would be ready in an hour and a half. Meanwhile I have to go to work. And I NEED my meds for work. She is so rude. Secondly, every time I've gone to pick up my rx, they're closed. Also way to over-annunciate someone's medication and say CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE loud enough for everyone in the store to hear it. I'm switching pharmacies.

Older woman at the pharmacy window was extremely rude. We waited 30 minutes in line to drop off my son's prescription only to be told that the pharmacy closes in 10 minutes and she prefers we come back to drop off a prescription because she doesn't have time to help us before.

Every single month I get a text that my prescription is ready but when I get to the pharmacy, it’s not ready. I try calling to tell them to please have it ready but nobody answers the phone. Just a freaking hassle every single month.

I have to use cvs as my insurance requires me to go there. I have yet to have a good experience from them. It’s always a huge hassle to get your prescription filled. I had a prescription called in yesterday. I called the pharmacy before I left my house, and said they had it and it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the window, the pharmacy manager said they never got anything for me, and I had to call my doctor to get it resent. My doctor resent the prescription, and they still claimed they didn’t get it. After 24 hours of this nonsense, they finally checked their voicemails, and I was finally able to get my prescription filled. You shouldn’t have to go through all this hassle just to get one prescription filled.

This pharmacy makes too many refill mistakes (number and instructions) and you can wait over an hour for someone to answer the phone to make requests or corrections to your account. I switched my prescriptions to another pharmacy and they are still trying to send me medicines. I give up

The pharmacy tells you when to come pick up your prescription, but they don’t actually get any of it ready until you’re already there and they make you wait for 10 to 20 minutes. Called at noon. Told to come between 2 & 3. Came in at 6. Still had to wait 20 minutes. It’s lazy and it’s avoidable.

Whoever is working pharmacy today (morning and early afternoon shift on Friday July, 2) and is a female—you are in serious need of an attitude adjustment and you should consider a different line of work.The female I had two interactions with is just plain rude and made rude and inappropriate remarks that were completely uncalled for. I hope the calls were taped and CVS corporate can listen.There are plenty of other jobs available if you hate your job so much that you purposely go out of your way to make such terrible comments to a patient. You seriously woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Just wow.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy over the phone. Always a 45 minute wait on hold at least. Today I hung up after 45. Will be finding another pharmacy.

I have always had good service at this CVS. I picked up my mothers prescriptions at CVS. i would take the prescription in and usually was out the door in 15 to 20 minutes. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Impossible to get a hold of the pharmacy. Can't refill my prescription without calling and have to wait on hold at least 20 minutes to talk to a pharmacist

I feel like it’s always something with the pharmacy. Went to go pickup a prescription and some Sudafed. They told me they couldn’t sell the Sudafed to me and you could only buy so much a month. I can’t remember the last time I bought some but it was certainly longer than a month ago 😡...had to go to Rite Aid and they were able to sell me some. I think it’s time to switch pharmacies, I thought I’d try this one because it was so close to my house but I think this year experiment has come to a close ...Never had a problem with the regular store part but that’s not the reason I’m usually in there.

Just horrible. My daughter has seizures and her meds (she is on two different ones) are on auto refill. The one is never ready, they argue asking if she takes it as prescribed saying it's too soon for a refill, the manufacturer does not have it, always something. Place is a joke!!

I went there to fill my daughters prescription after she got out of surgery and the PHARMACIST would NOT GIVE ME PRESCRIPTION that the DOCTOR WROTE FOR HER!!! He said he wouldn't give it to his kids so would not give me medicine FROM MY DOCTOR. !They have me 3 children's tylenol, 1 children ibuprofen, and a nasal spray, none which I had a prescription for but my insurance got billed for those!!
