To be honest Sams is much cheaper and I will take my and my restaurants business back there. Very disappointed to get treated that way by an unequipped teenager. Farewell!

Stopped by while visiting to pick up some items. The entrance, the layout is opposite of the layout in Ann Arbor location.Three big difference that jumped out - 1) self-checkout: on the day I visited, you didn't need to show your ID and 2) the cashier at the self-checkout did not have to sign the receipt and 3) they have empty boxes lined up along the wall by the food court so customers can pick and take the one they like.This is opposite of the Ann Arbor location. The cashier checks your card when using the self-check out and sign's off the receipt before you head out.

Stopped in with a friend so he could be come a member... Lenny at the counter was great. I renewed my membership as well. The store was full so we left without purchasing anything. Thanks Lenny for being a great sport.

Costco seems to be focused on making the shopping experience as annoying and frustrating as possible. You have to show your membership card THREE TIMES over the course of your visit, the receipt checkers at the door suspect everyone of being a potential shoplifter and have to check every single item in your cart, none of the aisles are labeled so you can never find what you're looking for (and even if you knew where it was, chances are it's been moved somewhere else since then), and they don't even accept all forms of payment.Compare that to Sam's Club which has none of these problems, also lets you scan everything and pay right from the app so you can skip the registers, AND their membership is much cheaper than Costco.I really have no idea why so many people pay for the privilege to shop at a store that treats them with so much contempt. I live 2 minutes from Costco but will still drive 15 minutes to Sam's because the shopping experience is that much better (and the prices are lower).

The associates who helped me were very helpful and friendly. The cost of items is very reasonable. Everything is organized in the store. I enjoy shopping and buying gas at Costco. Gas price is always very reasonable. Costco stores offer many items and services for a customer

Very busy. Self checkout is somewhat of a hassel because if you scan a large item (such as a case of waters ) on your own I was stopped and told that I now had to be checked twice to leave once by the self check out clerk and again at the door for my only 3 item purchase. I understand that they check receipts at the door but for her to stop me at the self check out before I walked away was a bit extreme for clearly only purchasing 3 items.

Costco, has always been my go to place for everything! When I started dating my fiancée, he couldn’t believe how often I went to Costco. Now, he does the same thing, he never used to get gasoline from Costco, now he comes home and tells m “Costco was $.30 cents cheaper than any other store!Now he loves everything from Costco! Customer service is hit or miss. I'm an executive member and receive a check and it pays for my membership. Well, I wasn't sent my check and called and spoke with Tonya who was rude. She wasn't any help and said you can renew your membership or not, but you can't do anything without the check. I am in charge of ordering for church and spend thousands at this store, but because the service has fallen off, I've been spending the money at Sam's club. I don't know if I'll be renewing my membership.

Had a really bad day and brought the wrong Costco card. Employees were giving me a hard time purchasing oil, Store Manager Mark was excellent and professional and helped me out. Amazing store manager at this location.

Everything under the sun.. you name it, it's probably here. (Not quite but close enough) Ok prices just depends on what you buy. Produce is good, prepped food in containers is hit or miss in my opinion and a little Pricey, but they always have something interesting and or new. Freezer stuff is where it's at here there's like 3 or 4 aisles of JUST frozen food. Overall I like Costco there's unique food and items you won't find anywhere else around here.

I'm sick of the guardians of the galaxy standing at the door with they little marking pencil. I am not waiting in line for that. I already waited in line to CASH OUT. SO until my membership run out I will NOT be standing in line for the pencil nazis to mark my receipt.

After hearing so many good things and in the need for glasses I decided to stop in and shop around. Well wouldn't you know it before too long I was purchasing $120 executive membership! Optical takes my insurance and I'll be walking out with a pair of glasses for about a $100. Everyone I encountered was friendly and very helpful. Store was very clean and well stocked. Warehouse clubs are a very slippery slope you go in for one thing and end up spending $500. They also have the best men's T-shirts!! If you like it tight collar I highly recommend the Kirkland brand.

I spend $100/1000s of dollars here and it blows my mind the customer service they allow here. Between the self check out cashiers and the food court associates, I never enjoy going. The self check out associates literally act like the police, not sure if that’s a requirement to get a position here? You are not TPD….. Last year (2022) we purchased a Kirkland spiral sliced ham for Christmas and it was wonderful. This year (2023) the same Kirkland spiral sliced ham was very disappointing, not much flavor and a LOT of fat. Will look elsewhere next year.

We generally visit the Costco on Central Ave. The employees are so sweet, I've never had a bad experience with them. Always friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. We do a bulk of our food shopping here and save hundreds of dollars monthly (We are a family of 5 plus pets, so the bulk thing works for us.) They also have super cute clothes for women and children although the sizes are limited. They also have great toys, decore, housewares and gift sets throughout the year! They serve good pizza and hotdogs for an awesomely cheap price if you want to grab a bite before or after shopping too! They require a mask and enforce it, and sanitize carts after use also. Highly recommend a Costco membership for families of 5 or more.

Great place to shop! Family usually makes it a date once a week. Iv gotten tires for my truck, gas, wife gets her glasses here, and we enjoy the inexpensive meal/cafeteria. Only negative about this Costco is parking. Very cumbersome to drive through with a pick-up truck and access Central Ave.

Really great deals! We typically go for a fill the freezer trip. Great buy on ground beef/chuck and pork chops. Household essentials like toilet paper and paper towels are good quality as well. Name brand clothing sometimes available.

This place is great. Some of the best quality goods and meats can be found here. Very clean, helpful staff, great location. In my opinion ... You can put a lot of trust in Kirkland products. Better prices, higher quality, after shopping here for a few years now, I've never had a problem.
