Simply asked a employee today to ring me out using the registar. instead of self checkout so my app would work. Employee refused stating I had to use self checkout. I Educated her on the apps process of reading receipts only with the register. I walked out. Will not spend any of my money here ever again. Lost my service. Zero stars!!!

THIEVES!!! Swiped my card several times rapidly not even waiting for closure between each swipe due to system malfunctions in which case I was told I had to use cash and that my pending charge would be refunded before leaving with NO MERCHANDISE and was ultimately charged $9.11 ! THEY STOLE MY MONEY BEFORE LIEING TO MY FACE ABOUT THE TRANSACTION BEING UNSUCCESSFUL and I have YET to receive reimbursementand i know that night came back over but they took ZERO initiative to make it right! DISHONORABLE DISHONEST DISRESPECTFUL DISPICABLE CROOKS!

My boyfriend went there a couple of nights ago to buy some milk and other food. He was refused because he was using an EBT card. The employee muttered something to him about taking it up with his manager. For a disabled person to be humiliated this way is a disgrace, a matter that needs to be looked into by advocates for the disabled. Heartless management and employees. He told them he would never come there again, nor should any of us shop there until the manager and employee are fired and replaced by ones with decency.By the way, with my encouragement, he just took the matter up with corporate, in a more detailed manner.

I stopped in to get food and drinks for my trip back home, was in a hurry and when I asked register operator how come my total was so high, she didn’t even look thru what was rung up. She signed me up apparently for the beverage club, which was$5.99. I didn’t ask to be signed up for that, there is only one circle k where I live and I don’t go to it because of the store’s cleanliness. Sounds like a scam to me and it was advertised 4 monster energy drinks for $6.50, I was charged $9.50 for 4 of them. Seems like maybe embezzlement going on, whatever the case, I want my $10 back. If the owner could please reach out to me since the telephone number provided for this store is not working. Otherwise I can contact the Toledo police department instead

Fast friendly service once again. Had a very low tire which was why I stopped. Picked up some groceries and everything was great until I took my car to the pump. Inserted my debit card into the reader and no amount of pushing the button for air instead of vacuum would make it start. Lost $2. Would've gone in to complain and maybe getting my money back but it was urgent I get air in the tire. Made my way to the same type of pump that took my card successfully and aired up my seriously low tire. It's bad enough we're charged for something like Air?

They are slow the cashier talk to much when people trying to get to work...... When there is a long line there only be one cashier the other two be doing other things besides helping customers getting out the store to work in time they really need management in the morning to get them together move faster

This just recently got bought by Circle K, I thought it would finally run some of the riffraff away. Well they did, and they managed to run me away too. The 24hr subway is how 100+ railroaders a day pack their lunch, at all hours of the day and night. Well now I'm going without for a trip, walked in at 12:02 am, the girl inside yelled "we closed" as I started to walk up to subway. Huge mistake Circle K. Bring back 24 hr subway, until then, won't be back.Just an update, the subway isn't 24 hours still, and now it's not even safe to go to anymore, bums congregate outside the door and hassle people for money, if you say no you'll likely get attacked, I would walk to another gas station if I was out of gas before going here, it's a shame...Update again 2021: they tore the subway out, let the bums hang out and harass anyone going in, only gotten worse, paying customers don't want bums begging at the doorUpdate again 2023: Worse than it's ever been. Immediately when you park, bums run up to your window and ask for money, get angry when you tell them no, and call over backup bums from the door to try to get you out of your vehicle and rob you. I couldn't even go in. You need to get security at this location or people can't go there, only reason I gave this a chance is because my normal circle k was closed for updates to their register.
