He is great with my dog and was probably the only veterinarian that could remotely get close to my last dog. This place has helped me care and successfully treat 2 dogs with parvo ong many other issues. I would not trust anyone else with any animal I have.

Excellent in every way, from the wonderful secretary/receptionist to the compassionate and knowledgeable vet doctor.We had to put our 16 year old Jack Russel Poodle mix to sleep, due to many reasons, they all handled it in a very caring way, would highly recommend them!!

Jan, Vicki, and ultimately Dr. Cuesta dismissed my concerns and now my dog has potentially years taken off of her life. In late October 2021, we found a tick on my chihuahua, by late November she started exhibiting signs of Lyme disease (stiff joints and soreness in her limbs) I made an appointment and specifically asked if it could be Lyme disease which Vicki and Jan scoffed and told me to stay off the internet. Dr Cuesta dismissed my concerns as well and didn’t test for Lyme disease. So we spent the next 4 months locking her in a crate, pumping her full of steroids. Multiple appointments and hundreds of dollars later I refused to leave the office without a Lyme disease test. Jan acted like I was crazy. Turns out she had it. When I brought up my frustrations and anger with the staff, Dr. Cuesta blamed it on them being over worked and understaffed and was more concerned about how I would treat his staff than the fact they prolonged my dog’s suffering. I gave them the damned diagnosis on the first day and I couldn’t even get an apology. I switched vets and Vicki made us jump through hoops to get our records sent over and was rude to our new vet office. I found out today that due to the steroids my sweet dog has heart disease and two years left at best. Don’t go here just because they are cheaper than other places. Advocate for your pets health because this office doesn’t. 1 star because I can’t give zero.

It's the only place we take our furkids. The head veteranarian is incredibly thorough and very caring, and you know he's been applying his knowledge to all kinds of animals for years. We definitely trust them over there! When we had to put our last cat down they even sent a condolence card. Entire staff is very caring and will give you the best advice and plan forward.

Not a good place for an anxious cat, very loud and echoey with no quiet enclosed rooms. All the private rooms have only 1 door with the other side completely open. We got there 10 mins early and still didn’t see the doctor until 25 mins later and by then our cat was incredibly stressed and uncomfortable and was offered no sympathy or treats or anything but shrugged off by the doctor.

I wouldn't bother. Vicki is nice enough... I know her from Dr Kneppers office! I treated like all of my cats for worms... And also for diarrhea. Whatever medicine they sent with us did not do anything. Now I have to treat all the cats again... Do fecals exams... And lab work... All over again! If you want to guess your animal's illness.. Than go here. I totally understand that it gets expensive... Because I have spent easily close to 20 large over the years on pet care! Some people don't ever see 20 large in their lives! But take time to find a better vet. One who is more thorough and can actually let you know what's going on with your animals.... This mom and pop... Kinda guessing here guessing there thing will not work for me and my animals any longer! Thankfully I have found another place where there are just as nice.... But wayyyyyyyyyy more thorough!! Gives you a piece of mind when you see on paper what ails your pet... And not guessing based on internet searching!! Not insinuating that this is their method here! Just sayin period....

Dr Gus takes the time to get to know your pet and explain everything to you. He's great with both my dogs (pitbull and lab/mix) who are quite old and need the extra medical attention at times.

We went in with our 13 week old puppy and the receptionist was anything but pleasant. They refused to take our vaccination records from the past owner (they explained why, it wasn’t a big deal), until they threw then away so we had to start all over and had no proof of the previous vaccinations. (I’ve called several vets after and they told us they would’ve accepted them). The vet, he was nice but it didn’t make up for how rude the receptionist was. We went for her second round of shots with hopes that it was going to better, but we were unfortunately let down. The same receptionist with the same problem, and Dr.Cuesta was out of the office so we had a different vet. They rushed us out and didn’t even seem to want to be there. She never introduced herself, and instead of allowing at least 5 minutes for our pup to calm down, she called in a vet tech to hold down and restrain our, at the time, 22lb puppy.Our pup was distressed and crying the entire time. She never asked if we had any other questions, I had to stop her from leaving the room and ask about getting Lola(our puppy) fixed. She told me that we’d have to wait for Dr.Cuesta to answer any questions and then she was gone and left the room. Not only are they rude, they’re way overpriced. We’ve spent over $110 on each visit, when in the area there are vets that are far less expensive and give better quality care and actually love what they do. We will not return and will inform everybody about our experience.

Dr C is wonderful with our dog! He explains everything completely! He even drew a picture of what was going on with our baby! That to me was very impressive! I have worked in the dental field for many years and all of the really good dentists used the white board to explain things! Top notch place an the ladies are so sweetHighly recommend!!

I had to euthanize our 13 year old poodle. The staff was extremely nice and sympathetic. The vet was awesome. I put another dog "down" over 10 years ago and that vet at a competing place close by had to do a full physical for stupid reasons and charge over $300. I was only charged about $125 to euthanize our poodle here. I will come back with our other animals for care (shots and checkups) because they seem to care and have information immediately instead of having to ask the vet every five seconds.Your staff is amazing and very kind. Thank you through this hard time.

Didn't know until I switched to another vet, after this clinic gave my pet another medicine he was allergic to for the second time, that I was paying three times as much for my pet's regular medicine. And when I paid cash, the older lady at the counter actually asked if I wanted my change, as if she wasn't supposed to give it to me anyway. There is a cheaper clinic inside Pet Supplies Plus, need no appointment, quick lab results, and you are right in the room with your pet the whole time.

I took my little girl there because she hadn't been feeling herself. I know cats can be a little finicky but she had stopped eating. She's been in good hands with Doctor Cuesta. He recommended Hills Science Diet Urgent Care and now she's eating again.

My dog is family, I've had her 11 yrs, she had a skin condition that cause bleeding pus filled sores. Airport Animal Hospital got me in within the hour after calling, the Drs extensive knowledge saved me alot of money on unnecessary testing. I left with prescriptions that had her feeling better in days, an healed fully in 2 weeks. Great place, they care about my dog not my money.

Our cat Gomez was so very sick and when the blizzard hit this past year, Doctor Cuesta took the "G man" home with him so he could continue to treat and monitor his condition. Sadly, the day when the weather broke, Gomez passed away while in his care. Doctor Cuesta and his staff went beyond what any other vet practice would do. We take all our cats to Doctor Cuesta; very humane, and very caring.
