Hello my Name is Havalah Israel I'm reporting miss use in people who have EBT, I live in a college based area in Toledo Ohio . I went to Vista 7/11 on January 21 12:03am and service by a white lady named Joann who looks like she in her mid to late forties as I'm checking out my brother grab some Cold Chicken that's in the refrigerator area like all of the other refrigerator items, as we ask the lady Joann do she takes EBT she says yes my my brother places the COLD chicken on the counter to purchase with EBT as we do so the lady said we can't purchase this cold food.with ebt but we have to buy it with cash enev though it's cold , I go to ask her why is that when the other food I purchased with EBT she says because we have to cook it for you ,yet this food is already sorted in 5 piece and sealed off sell and also just sold cold chicken cash to someone they didn't offer to warm it up either. I brought that to her attention and she proceeded bro sell it illegally denying my right to buy cold food off EBT that 7/11 say they take that EBT/ government guidelines are buy cold foods ONlY off EBT yet they charge My only cash this seems fraud like either warm my chick up and cook and sell it properly or take EBT since it not hot.I will be reporting this too the better business bureau as well there making college kids life harder and it's confusingStore is located in Toledo OhioOn Bancroft this is a miss leading store

As always this 7 eleven guy working in morning or afternoon should learn to show respect. Bought a vegetable oil, on the rack it had price tag of $3.59 but the guy charged me $4.59. First of all Thanks for false advertisement. and when you inform them about the mistake instead of apologizing he said it is $4.59.Thanks for best customer service. Gracias.

Cashier looked me dead in the face and overcharged me for a can of iced coffee THAT WAS ON SALE... and then had the nerve to KEEP MY CHANGE. I could see clearly he owed me .21... that’s pretty unprofessional and racist to STEAL FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF COLOR. I will not be shopping at this business ever again. I hope they close down for illegal business practices because that was so f-ing rude.

The guy there is so rude! I never had this happened to me before and I am calling the department of health to report that. I was trying to swipe my card once and it didn’t work so he took my card without asking from my hand and he wanted to insert it, I told him man don’t touch my card we are in this crazy pandemic just tell me to insert instead of swiping and then he started yelling at me and was so mad. I told him calm down and left. apparently he’s not normal.

The morning shift is very unprofessional always a bit racist and very rude sazik and the other guy there should not be running that store in my opinion and I'm sure everyone else around the area would agree the night shift are more then helpful more then friendly and deserve to be paid and treated way better then they are I'm sorry but that store is unreal and I will be standing outside to let everyone know

Was there before 1 they grabbed me my drinks, JOANNE purposefully made it so I had to wait until they rung me up after 1 and took the drinks back to the cooler so I couldn't buy them? I'll never shop here again, making it well known how this place treats customers.

Manager/Owner just stood by while his employee was rude and insulting towards me for informing them that there was an issue with one of their pumps. Card reader is broken or something. Tried multiple card and yes I have money on them. Pump wouldn't even recognize that I swipped them.
