What a treasure! Was up north & drove past this place & smelled the sweet greatness in the air & had to turn aroumd & go in to check it out (store on-site). $32 later coming out with 2 full bags & happy as can be. Don't just drive past this place, check them out! Good pricing on stuff they need to move quick.

This store has potential. It's ok. I have been shopping there for some years. The main problem is they want you to purchase something. Ok. I like to shop there. But the check out could take you a while. If there is more than 2 customers in line, be ready to wait. The cash register is a dinosaur. The wand looks like a pez dispenser. It usually doesn't work much. They have almost damaged my card several times because their card reader doesn't work much either. They run it like it's a tool. The office is upstairs but they seem to be super disconnected from the reality of the check out process. They see only figures maybe? They don't see the frustrated customers after they leave. The check out process is horrible. The employees are great and second to none. Very polite and helpful. But they are attached to the decisions of the upstairs in putting really bad equipment in for checking customers out. I really love this place and hope it changes one day. But after 7 years in, not to hopefull.

This is my first review of any company because it was so bad. If I could give this company no stars I would. They charged me 47 dollars in shipping for 6 small cans of nuts (that cost 30 dollars). First they told me that I wouldn't be charged because it was an error, then once I was charged they were back ordered on the nuts and I wouldn't even receive them. They continued to tell me that Customer Service was too busy to take my call and they would call me back. I waited over a week (I called every day and left a message) and no one has called. I decided to cancel my order, but no one could help me with that. They said no one had access to my account. I finally had to call my credit card company and cancel the payment and report this company. Worst customer service I've ever had.

Beware of these scam artists - they were at a fair in GA, and my wife purchased a few items totaling $25. Later that month when paying bills, I noticed the charge on the card well exceeded $25. Thankfully AmEx took care of the issue, but that goes to show you the integrity (or lack thereof) this company has.

I don't really like to leave a bad review, but lately the quality of nuts are bad. The package of Chocolate Nut Mix, with a use by date of March 5th, 2022 was 75%rancid! Today is Nov 28th, 2021. This is very disappointing as this is not the first time I have experienced it, and other previous nut packages have also tasted rancid and I have previously tried to excuse it "as a bad batch". Please DO NOT mix old nuts with new. It really tastes awful to eat 5 rancid ones, and 2 good ones.

I bought a bag of Trophy Nut Pistachios from my local deli in Queens NY and discovered there was what appears to be a insect egg inside with its rooting attached to a nut. I had to spit it out as it felt like something unusual was in my mouth. I got so sick and have been eating these on a regular. Never again!

Best lasagna and bread dipping oil anywhere ! Limited staff but did well. I wish they sold their olive oil in bottles. Hope they reopen their Fairfield Commons location.

Love all their products, it's hard to choose. We get their 25 pound boxes of raw shelled peanuts to feed our birds. So not only do we like their products but our feather friends do too.

The Trophy Nut Company is a hidden treasure! I was so pleased when they expanded their business hours to be open on Saturdays! Prior to that, I would ask my coworker (who lived in Tipp City) to see if she could go there for me. Now that they are open on Saturdays, I have the joys of going there myself and puruse their huge varieties!

The store is great great variety of nuts. The way this company lets Steve get away with how he treats employees is atrocious. They wonder why they can’t keep any cooks the simple answer is Steve, everyone knows it that works on the floor but nothing is ever done. You can complain to his boss but nothing will happen.

I'm giving Trophy Nuts a 2/5, because of the price of their products, and their in store hours. You guys open too early and close too soon. If you guys wanna make profit, I would suggest changing your prices, and hours.

I ordered the deluxe mix with peanuts and received 2 small cashews, 3 small almonds, 1 pecan, and the rest was peanuts. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering this product. Too expensive for peanuts.
