They are so very helpful. I went in to find something to stimulate my dogs appetite after surgery. They gave me samples and offered some tips. I highly recommend this store. It is in cute historic downtown tipp city.

I stopped in while in the area on a Saturday. I started talking to the owner about my boxer and his stomach issues. She GAVE me a bag of dog food to try. Since then we have been buying our dog food from R Pets and our 9 year old boxer has never looked or felt better!Thank you R Pets!

Excellent experience shopping for treats for my dog! The man working had great treat suggestions for my dog and scooped them all for me so I didn’t have to bend down (currently 7months pregnant). My dog loves the treats I brought home and I’ll definitely be going back for more.

I had a neighbor suggest this place as being very friendly and helpful finding the right dog harnesses. That they would fit your dog and everything. It is a beautiful store and displays look great, but no one greeted me , no one offered help to anyone unless you wanted to be rung up. I needed 3 things, the most important being a harness for my Pug. After trying 3 or 4 harness on my Pug, I grabbed the one I thought fit and bought it.. Got home and tried it again in a calm setting and it was to big. So, I go back with my family and no pets and still the same... NO service. I bought another smaller harness because I like that brand, but I doubt i ever go back a 3rd time.

Rude service. We have a zoo at home and was very excited to have a local pet store. After the treatment my daughters received and the lack of courtesy and recognition, I sadly have to say that the store isn’t worth the effort with the treatment we’ve received. Pretty store and store front, but the 3 times we’ve been there, it was same service....None

Such a lovely place! The owner is really helpful and knowledgeable about the products she carries, many of which are naturally derived. I also appreciate that there are a lot of products in eco or no packaging (bulk items), reducing the amount of plastic waste. Stopping in here is a delight.
