Again Menards fails us! We were told 2 weeks ago that if we ordered grout that we would get it in 3-4 days. We go in today to order it and now we’re told it would take 3 weeks! Train the employees to give the correct information!Never received ANY of our rebate submissions! We can go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and get our 10% military discount WITHOUT have to submit a worthless rebate.Save big money and go to Lowe’s or Home Depot!

I love Menards. When I was younger and briefly lived in Minnesota for a few years - Menards was are equivalent of Lowe's or Home Depot. I'm so glad that Huber heights has a Menards location. I think Menards has the best prices around when compared to Lowe's or Home Depot and a lot more aesthetically pleasing store

Yesterday I went to Mernards to price some yard items. I received the best customer service by Matt. He answered all my questions and provided great suggestions for my outdoor project. I didn't feel rushed by him or asking stupid questions. After him helping me, I reported his exceptional customer service skills to a manager. Thank you, Matt for being a postive and kind individual. This what Matt helped me with. Whew!

Menards refused to honor posted price. When my item rang up incorrectly, for twice as much a the shelf tag was for, the customer service rep checked the price on the shelf and told me they were out of that and told me I grabbed the wrong item. I was skeptical as there were 8 of the same item in that spot. They refused to horror the posted price so I cancelled that item from my order. When I was leaving I saw the employee moving the items to the more expensive section and pulling the lesser price tag. When I asked her, so it was in the wrong spot and was labeled for less, she said no it wasn’t without looking at me and walked away. I guess I am supposed to take photo evidence of every item I try to buy to make sure it is the price advertised since they customer service folks are switching tags after the fact.

Makes a lot of sense. Menards sells Troy Built weed eaters but the tools they sell to work on the weed eaters are made for every brand except Troy Built.

I bought a lawn mower and it was defective and they would not take it back. The reason was because I had oil and gas in it. I had to ride and find a dealer that would fix the mower under warranty. It has inconvenienced me because that mower is at the shop for 5 weeks. Now, I have to pay to the grass cut. A brand new mower. The brand name was troy built. Had I known this I would have went to a dealer.

2 different employees walked away from me when I tried to ask where something is. I'm also tired of going to a store to be told that it has to be ordered online the only place they seem to offer a selection. Plus the chair I bought from here is falling apart after 6 month's.

I bought water softener salt. The assistant GM loaded my cart and took it to my car. Excellent service. Yes , I will revisit this establishment.again went in found my items for the month and left . Service was great at the check out. Went in today to take advantage of the 15%off bag sale. Walked in gathered by items and left. No I the interaction with only the check out cashier. Not overly friendly. Not sure if she even thanked me. It's okay I needed to get in and get out.

Love going to Menards. Store is always clean and well stocked. After gathering "hardware" items, always go food section to do some grocery shopping. This time I was at the store in Troy.

Bought two couches and both were broken. Still waiting on a refund a year later. Cost me over $1000 for busted furniture. Bought two cat trees... Also both broke through normal cat use. I wish I could leave it one star but at least everyone is helpful and friendly. Their furniture is just absolutely trash

I have been going to the Tipp City Menards for years now. I just love it. The other day I was in there looking for a tree I had seen a few days prior. It was sold out. I asked the nice lady tending to the plants to help me figure out what kind of tree it was so I could look for it at other stores. With no more than a brief, redneck description of this tree, she figured out what kind it was very easily. Then she spent 15 or 20 minutes calling other stores, texting people who worked in other departments, trying to find me this tree. We didn’t end up finding it. But I left with the name of the tree and a sku number to use at other menards if I wanted to keep hunting. Thank you Theresa! You are holding it down! Menards is the best! Better service. Better quality. Better in every way.

We cannot speak more on the kindness, helpfulness, and hard work that came from an employee named Kathy Fulton. She was hauling a load of pvc pipes completely across the warehouse, obviously needing help. As customers we observed she walked by 4 male coworkers who watched and didn’t offer any assistance. We ended uphelping her move the pipes across the store, while other colleagues just watched. A manager showed my boyfriend that the pipes go to the outside lot by the corner, watched him carry the whole load outside. In my opinion, this manager should have said, “I’ll take it from here thank you for the help.” But no, he just watched. 5 minutes later we passed him scrolling on his personal cell phone. Kathy made our trip to Menards memorable, but management needs some coaching on employee and customer care.

I ordered four interior doors with split jamb finished in brite white so I would not have to paint them. My kitchen installer said to go to Menards because they are cheaper. The doors had hundreds of staples and the finish was terrible. I had to pay the installer a hundred dollars to fill all the staple holes and cover the scratches. And they still have to be painted. I was given the choice of ten percent off or file a complaint. The ten percent off didn't even cover the cost of the installer filling all the holes. One guy came over and was talking nice to me and then huddled with two other guys in the corner and came back being rude to me like the money was coming out of their pocket. The doors were a mess and the customer service is terrible. I have to give one star to post the review.

I purchased 5 pallets of pavers and a skid of sand for a fire pit. The driver told me Menards policy of first asphalt or gravel surface. I only discovered that policy this morning when I asked if he would move them to the back (more than 150' from where the work was being done). He was in a bad mood, I was in a bad mood and angry. He told me he'd move them where I wanted for $10 a skid. I told him to follow me so I could show him where I wanted them and he exploded (we both were loud at this point, I was angry at Menards, not him, but he exclaimed "I own this trucking company and I won't be talked to like that, I told him to take the delivery back and then changed my mind. The landscapers are starting on my fire pit on Friday and I couldn't get block delivered by then, so I told the to put them where he wanted. He interrupted me to again remind me it was his trucking company and he refused to drop it all off. I walked away and called Menards to inform them of this. He heard me complaining to the manager about this and decided he'd best pull them from his truck. he placed them on my driveway and left without speaking to me.My wife called the manager of Menards and when it was obvious that the manager Patrick was indifferent, she asked for the name and number of his boss, he overheard an angry comment from me, and promptly hung up on my wife. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! The 2nd photo shows the distance to the back of the garage (the fire pit will be about 50' behind it) the 1st shows the name of the trucking company

Darrell the flat bed delivery driver left a pile of pavers in the driveway in a place very inconvenient for our family. We even offered extra for him to put the bricks in a different place. I am a quadriplegic veteran who rides a scooter in my driveway to access my yard and Darrell blocked it off, so I now have no access to my workshop, driveway or back yard. Long story short, the manager at Menards was unsympathetic, unmotivated and impotent to correct the situation... NEVER AGAIN will we order anything from Menards.

I absolutely love these stores. However I was pretty ticked/embarrassed in this particular visit. Long story short; the fencing in the garden section NEEDS to be marked better. Items are strapped together (and not cuttable with anything a normal person would be carrying on them). So I THOUGHT I was getting a reasonable to good deal. I took my items to the register only to find out all the items I picked were per item. So that good deal quickly turned into a deal I wouldn't normally have made. I had to have the cashier put things back, as (at the new price) I couldn't afford ALL of them. Nor was it worth it. I could take them back or never agreed to the purchase, but ill keep them and use as planned - just less area. Next time I'll be weery/careful/skeptical and probably go to Lowes or Home Depot. Bummer.

Sometimes they are the only store around that carries items I need, so I am forced to shop there. However, as I fill out the 11% cash rebate form, like I have so many times previously and never actually received a rebate, it reminds me again that this store embraces deception. There is no reason, other than they intend to not pay rebates to the greatest extent possible, that these could not be instant rebates or at least filed online. But instead of doing this in a way that would be the least expensive administratively for them, they pick a way that has to cost them much more to process.I generally prefer to deal with businesses that are straight forward and honest. I don't have that impression with this company and if I didn't need some of the products they offer, I wouldn't shop there. I'd have a totally different perspective they didn't pretend to offer an 11% rebate on everything and just stopped advertising it.

I love going into Menards..I absolute love their flooring. The supply they have is so pretty. Will be buying some flooring there soon, again...:)Great place to buy items for your wood crafts as well. Got a piece of wood to build some bread boards! Yep, great place to go for whatever home project you may have going on..;)
