The manager has the audacity to interfere in his employee's marriages and has a problem being called out about it. Then he'll show up at your house while you're working 3rd shift and act like your family is his! Hope he enjoys the (diagnosed) insanity and in a couple years when he wonders how he got into the situation...I've been dealing with it for 30 years. Congratulations.

Would it kill a couple of your employees to atleast say hello at the register?Edit: No price on any of the milk. Went to the register and asked how much a half gallon is and the response was," I don't know". Umm I asked if he could guess. 😆 he replied again and said he didn't know. Then he said," I guess I could do a price check. Never will I step foot in a family dollar again. Rude

The nicest Family Dollar store I've visited. New management has really taken over and improved the layout of the store. Team of employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

So organized and clean. Probably the cleanest and put together dollar store I have been to since the pandemic.It is also the biggest dollar store I've been to. Could probably do all my grocery shopping there.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen.Every time I go in there the same worker (short blue hair) is constantly on her phone. Doesn't even greet you, just texts away. Even when I am cashing out she's texting through the transaction. I will definitely be contacting corporate.I have been in there multiple times where another worker isn't even wearing shoes! She walks around in her socks stocking shelves!

Was at the Tipp City location and only needed a couple of things. The employee there wasn't talking very nicely towards the costumer in front of me. I then went to pay and dropped my wallet on the ground. I stood there for a little bit making sure noting fell out. The employee then replied don't worry if anything did fall out ill keep it safe for you, in my wallet! I didn't care for that one bit! I am unsure if I will go back there.

I only go in these stores when I really need something. Overall store has a messy and dirty feel. They need a major overall. Having a dirty desk upfront for employees to do whatever they do up there is not very appealing either! Prices are odd like $1.60 and other odd pricing. Stuff is all mixed up. Put all health and beauty items in one section! Not 3 different areas. It's a ok store. It's all they have in Tipp city. Way way less than over hyped and over priced CVS. Customer service is ok. It's normal for them to be on a phone or way in the back because I guess only one person works at a time? I've been in a few times and seen some bad customer service. Its hit or miss. Overall store needs a make over!

Lately this $ store has been running out of carts. Even if not busy an none in parking lot. They use em all for store use. Why!? Any store I know have other carts besides shopping carts to work with.Oh an tonight June 1st at closing time there was a red headed (box colored) gal workin an she was the rudest employee that's ever worked there!

I have never been to this particular family dollar store location since living here for the last ten years. Not missing much. Seemed kind of dirty and staff were smoking at the front entrance of the store. Really classy.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, BUT THE OWNERS NEED TO KNOW THAT THIS STORE IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF SOME UPGRADING!!! THESE EMPLOYEES DO WAY TOO MUCH FOR WHAT THEY GET PAID. THIS STORE IS WAY TOO SMALL, THE CHECK OUT COUNTERS ARE WAY TOO SHORT, AND THERE NEEDS TO BE A SEPARATE STOCK PERSON ON DUTY TO TAKE CARE OF THE TRUCKS AND STOCKING SHELVES!!! IF THESE FEW THINGS WERE CORRECTED, YOU WOULD HAVE THE BEST DOLLAR STORE IN THE STATE, NO JOKE!

Just left the store, employee was mopping the floor as you walked in, lights were out in the middle of the store and cashier was on the phone talking to family member while checking out customers.Very unprofessional.
