I'm greatly disappointed today went to pick up a click list and after I checked in watched half a dozen cars show up after me and receive their orders. So after 20 minutes I cancelled my order and left. Don't t understand how you prioritize pick ups

I never thought to leave a review on a Walmart and I never expected to see others leave reviews either.I mean it’s a Walmart. The shelves are pretty stocked (depending on the time of day. Going when they’re not busy helps so much). The staff is as friendly as you are to them. Meaning if you’re rude they’ll be short back. Listen you don’t have to yell at some 20 year old because you don’t know what you’re doing.Is it clean? Uh..it’s a Walmart are these things ever really clean lol. The bathrooms are a nightmare, even after they clean them they’re still somehow so dirty and sticky.I always have a good time when shopping here though. I have a lot of great memories with my sister. Never thought a simple Walmart trip would strengthen my relationship with my sister.

I used grocery pickup this day due to a conflict on time and having a lot to do that day. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:50am and got a notification that my groceries were ready for pick up. As soon I got to the pick up parking I went to the app and saw my order had been closed. I called the number on the sign and it went to voicemail. I called the store directly. The phone rang for a SOLID 8 minutes before someone finally answered. I spoke to the grocery side/pick up and was told they don't start working until 7am. I'm sorry....when I get a notification that my groceries are READY FOR PICK UP, I want to pick them up then and not have to wait for someone to answer the phone to tell me they don't start working until 7am. This is not the first issue I have had with their grocery pick up.

This was our destination for the Solar Eclipse on April 8, 2024. The wide parking lot and clear view of the sky was perfect for viewing this once in a generation event. If you are looking for an eclipse watching venue, this Walmart has everything you need.

I don't think I've ever even thought to review a Walmart. Because . . . Walmart. Coast to coast, same food, same goods, same prices . . .but not the same people! I had the privilege of entering Carissa's line today. Not the same at all! What a cheery personality. This Walmart has her, and the British guy.Those two make this Walmart worth coming to, and worth taking the time to type out a review.Thank you.

Shelves are never stocked I buy gift cards and the money I put on them is not there.walmart will not do anything to fix the problem.and why don't customers get a discount for ringing up their groceries and bagging them? We're doing their job.i won't go to Walmart unless I have to.

I wouldn’t even give this store 1 star I walked in with my service animal who detects panic attacks for me and going into stores is a big issue for me. I immediately get walked too by store staff and they ask if my dog is a service animal I say yes and handed over my dogs service ID then the employees tell me that my dog doesn’t do any service to the wellbeing of me and told me I had to leave the store. I have had my certification for my animal and my animal for a year and have been in this store many times with my service animal this is the first time this has even happened and it is unacceptable. Definitely the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had with my service animal. I will not be coming back.

Had set up an oil change appointment the day before… walked around the store for an hour then get a text they just started the oil change an hour later. What’s the point of an appointment if the business can’t even keep it??

My cats eat the friskies cat treats and I always joked around and said they should make friskies cat treats in a bag like food. Well I was at wal mart and OMG they make the bags now!!!! I couldn't believe it lol

The last few times I've went, their out of things in the grocery department. I don't like self checkout, always have to get the cashier to get it working! I don't go much, just to get a few things the other store is out of.

If i could give zero stars i would. This place is the reason malls across America sit empty. Everytime i go here, i can feel the staff following me around. The casheers are really slow. They refuse to take a passport as a form of identification. I can go on and on... Regardless of previous comments I'm in here every day...

I do shopping every week from Walmart. Staff at self checkout stared you like you are theft. It has been happening frequently. I felt like it is happening because I am Asian and I do not look like Americans. I was not done with my checkout and I had to make different check as I also did shopping on-behalf of my friends. Staff came in when I was making different bills and reminded me to scan water case. If she reminded me when I start to leave without scan then I considered their job but I was not even done with my checkout. If they check on customers via CCTV then it would be less awkward and must respect your customer’s dignity and self respect.

Getting too expensive, and they make too many rules on verifying age on dumb things, like paint, cleaners, over-the-counter medicine, and more. Plus other silly rules along these lines. Hillary Clinton is involved, so more and more, Walmart is promoting the typical Democrat control, and slowly and steadily conditioning people to it.

(Tiffin,oh) It's funny someone was their at the fitting to let me try on clothes then 10 minutes later no one. Self checkout guy was rude and a staring problem. We ask him to call for lady for the fitting room then just to tell us no one is there after staring at us for 10 minutes. I'm not buying clothes to take home to try on. I live 45 minutes away. You barely saw any employees. It felt like they were hiding or playing grab a**. Ones I did see were actually working. I rang that door bell like 3/4 times too!Bring back 24 hours and keep doors unlock for fitting rooms since no one stays in that area

What to get an oil change they said they didn't have our filter but if we went and bought one somewhere else that they would credit us for the filter. We went to Riley's and bought a filter this filter cost us $13.93 all together and when we took it back and they did the oil change they still charge us the full price when we said something they they credited us $5 for our filter. They said they didn't know how to fix it this is wrong they should never told us to go get one. This was the Walmart Supercenter in Tiffin Ohio not a happy camper.
